The supposed manager is, without question, the worst part of this establishment. He speaks as though he has chewing tobacco in his mouth and, more importantly, consistently demonstrates an unacceptable lack of respect toward customers. What is especially concerning is the way he speaks to and treats women compared with the men who come into the store. My husband was the one who first pointed out how noticeably different and disrespectful his demeanor is toward female customers. I was there yesterday when another customer asked him to read the names on the multiple orders sitting in the heated holding area in an attempt to clear the lobby. Instead of assisting the customer, he said nothing, turned around, and walked to the back as though he were deliberately avoiding the situation. Meanwhile, the younger employees who work there are doing their best to keep orders moving, remain professional, and stay calm even when customers become frustrated or escalated. Their behavior is far more appropriate for a leadership role than the man who currently claims to be the manager. If management is looking for someone who actually knows how to treat customers, communicate respectfully, and handle pressure, they should seriously consider promoting one of those young men rather than continuing to put customers through this experience. And if you're a DoorDash driver, don't expect any better treatment. To this man, apparently, you mean absolutely nothing. Quite possibly the worst experience ordering food, and this is despite dashers having stolen from me in the past or a restaurant that delivered to the wrong address and called me a liar. So this is obviously bad. Ordered pizza last night around 6:30. The app said it would be ready by 7:30. The tracker showed the pizza wasn't placed on the oven until 7:40. And for 40 minutes, there was no update. Called the store and was placed on hold for 20 minutes. During the time, the app said our food was ready. There was a massive line going into the parking lot, and one man became so irate, he went into the back/kitchen area to scream at the employees, and the police were called. Dashers traded stories about this place being terrible since at least October and finding it impossible to get their orders for their customers. We didn't get our food until after 9 pm, and it was cold. What makes this so funny is my poor husband is the most forgiving man on the planet, and has never left a negative review in his life. We ordered an Old World Fanceroni Pepperoni pizza, but what we received upon delivery looked like a basic cheese Hot-N-Ready with just a few pepperoni pieces tossed on top. My husband and I got two pizzas one was the new Asiago Crust the other was a thin pepperoni pizza, we also got a order of crazy bread. The crazy bread was the best that I have ever had, zero complaints. The pizza however was not edible, both pizzas were a saucy mess, over half a inch in sauce on the thin crust which made the crust a floppy mess and not crunchy how it should be yuck.
