Quite possibly the worst experience ordering food, and this is despite dashers having stolen from me in the past or a restaurant that delivered to the wrong address and called me a liar. So this is obviously bad. Ordered pizza last night around 6:30. The app said it would be ready by 7:30. The tracker showed the pizza wasn't placed on the oven until 7:40. And for 40 minutes, there was no update. Called the store and was placed on hold for 20 minutes. During the time, the app said our food was ready. There was a massive line going into the parking lot, and one man became so irate, he went into the back/kitchen area to scream at the employees, and the police were called. Dashers traded stories about this place being terrible since at least October and finding it impossible to get their orders for their customers. We didn't get our food until after 9 pm, and it was cold. What makes this so funny is my poor husband is the most forgiving man on the planet, and has never left a negative review in his life. Tonight they had at least 20 pizzas just sitting on the counter, none in the little machine, while as many people were in the lobby trying to get their food, while being ignored. Honestly have never had any issues with this place. I feel like there's a special kind of person in terms of efficiency, that works in or runs a pizza place. Either way, the food has always been good, the service has always been quick. No complaints. And the pizzas are always consistent, which is something I don't see often. My husband and I got two pizzas one was the new Asiago Crust the other was a thin pepperoni pizza, we also got a order of crazy bread. The crazy bread was the best that I have ever had, zero complaints. The pizza however was not edible, both pizzas were a saucy mess, over half a inch in sauce on the thin crust which made the crust a floppy mess and not crunchy how it should be yuck. The rating is for the customer service I received at this location as well as kudos to the developers of their phone app. I placed a large "future" order through the app in the morning around 10:15am before Little Ceasars was even open at 10:30am and the app worked awesome. One of the easiest app profiles to set up. Upon ordering, I was alerted that my order would be ready by 10:38am and then was alerted via the app exactly at 10:38 that it was ready for pickup. Wow!!! That was fast!!! Upon arrival I was greeted by a very pleasant female employee who explained how the pick up works for the app orders (small orders are placed in a waiting station that you need a code for & it shows your name on a screen - you get the code when the order is placed in the app) but my order was larger so it was stored in the back and had to be brought out to me. They brought it to me quickly, asked if I needed any help and any plates napkins and held the door for me. This was such an easy, timely & overall very good experience! Background: As a way of saying "thank you" for a huge renovation project, I wanted to feed a crew of construction workers who needed to take lunch at 11am. Little Ceasars was the only pizza place nearby me (that I'm aware of) that was open before 11 am and able to accommodate a short lead time for placing the order since I failed to make arrangements in advance.
