Rosati's Pizza in Maricopa did me right. I ordered the Chicago deep dish, and I knew we were in good hands the second I picked up the box. That thing had some heft to it. Not "pizza night" heavy. More like "somebody buried treasure in here" heavy. One large deep dish fed three of us, and we still had leftovers staring at us afterward like we had failed some kind of Midwestern endurance test. The pizza itself was excellent: thick, rich, loaded, and built like it had union backing. We called the order in, and the wait wasn't bad at all. When I got there, the restaurant was easy to find and well marked from the outside. That said, the outside signage makes the place look bigger than it is. Inside, it's basically a small room with a register. No seating. No dine-in experience. No romantic booth where you lovingly split a slice the size of a roofing shingle. This is carryout, plain and simple. The place could benefit from a few standard restaurant amenities, or at least a clearer expectation that it's not a sit-down spot. But the service was great, the order was easy, and the pizza absolutely delivered. I can't speak for the rest of the menu yet, but I can say this: I'll be ordering that deep dish again. First time ordering at this location, I am disappointed. So when I picked up my order, the girl said let me check everything to make sure you have it all. She checks it slowly & said it's all there just grab your soda on the way out. When I got home, there was no salad & no sauces for anything I ordered. I called & I was told mistakes happens if that's so then make sure you do better or better yet train better if she's new. I'm supposed to go back, but I refused. If the person claims it's a Friday & it's busy then how about double check no need to rush if it's busy. Anyway I don't think I'll come back with this kind of service. The Service is something to be desired. My order was short my salad didn't realize this until we got home and open our stapled shut bag to find we were short. We called the store spoke with Kaylee and soon became frustrated. I simply asked, do you not do quality control before you staple the bag shut? I explained to her, We don't just live down the street, we're 8 miles out one way. I wasn't going to let my food get colder for another 16 mile round trip. I then proceeded to ask if she could send my salad which cost $14.09 out on delivery and she told me she couldn't do that. This was pretty much my problem I could pay delivery myself or come back and get it. That's when my frustration went to being upset. At that point I'd ask her how is this my fault and she said you know what I'm way too busy for this and that was her defense on not checking the order before it left. She said we refund and that she had to go and literally hung up on me. I have still yet to receive that 3 days later. so I called the store back and spoke to the manager, he said his name is Taylor and he advised me he was there that night, and he assured me that he was the one that processed my refund. Here we are almost 10 days later and I have no refund and I spent 90+ dollars that night plus tip. If this is how they need to do business to stay in business I will never go back. I will take my business down the street to Brooklyn Brothers, which I have personally experienced great customer service even when they have had mistakes. Let me ask you this question. Why do you like pizza? For my husband and I, it starts with the quality of cheese. We like the richness of cheese, it 's chewiness and pull All good qualities of good cheese. The bonus becomes the other toppings. We ordered their Hawaiin luau pizza. Pineapple , bacon, we did not like the fresh tomato. But the rest of it was so good. We also got an Italian beef with au jus. Such good taste with every bite. The sweetness of the peppers and onions so complimented the spice of the beef and there was lots of beef in the sandwich. The delivery was on time and the driver very nice. We now know that the fresh tomatoes were not for us but boy was that sandwich a winner. I really like Rosati. A good place for Italian choices of pasta , pizza and great sandwiches. If you have had any problem with them, don't give up on them. Direct your concern to the manager. One time the driver forgot our canoliis. . He went back , got them and made a second delivery to us. Went to pick up my order and they said it would be ready in 2-3mins. When i was about to enter again the guy at the register came outside and told me "Hey, so we forgot to put in one of your pizzas." I asked which one? He said the 18" pizza and it would be 10-15 mins wait time! But my other pizza was already cooked. My question is "HOW DO YOU FORGET TO PUT IN THE PIZZA THAT BELONGS TO THE SAME ORDER????" That's ridiculous! No apology no discount no nothing! This location seems like it's on a downslope. Was excited to try since I've never been here before. I walk in and in smells delicious and the place is really clean. I told the cashier I wanted to try one of each of the lunch special I saw online and he then pointed to the lunch special sign and says that one and I say yes. He rings me up, Italian beef with fries for 9.95 and a jumbo slice of pizza for 6.95. The total comes to about $24 I feel like the total is kind of high but I'm also chasing my 1 year old around. I sign my credit card copy and ask him for the receipt... He gives a copy that's not itemized so o asked for an itemized copy and he says, "or kind of just comes out this way but you can look right here on the screen" I look and he adds a side of fries and then charges me 11.95 for the meal and says, "I think it's a tax thing" I told him if the Italian beef comes with fries why would you charge me for them? Hr them proceeds to ask me if I want him to take them off, I say yes and ask him is he adjusting the price of the sandwich as well. He said he doesn't control the website the owner does and so I say well what about this sign in the store? He proceeds to ask me if I wanted him to adjust the price because "it will be worth it"..... UNBELIEVABLE! I ask him to updated the price also. He then seems very upset. He tells me the price will be $17. I ask him when I should expect a refund and he said it never went through. More customers come in, I leave check my guess and guess what he charged... $24. Get home, pull the food out (which at this point, I'm afraid to eat) the pizza is old and hard as a rock and there's not peppers on my sandwich and a slither of cheese. I head back to return the food and get a refund. I walk in and was greeted with the most warm welcome by a young girl with pretty pink hair, I explain why I am unhappy and she asked my if the pizza was overdone and I tell her it seems to be old and with no hesitation, she apologized and gave me a refund. Said she wanted to print out a receipt for my record and that I should have my money back in 2-3 days. That was the easiest part of that debacle. I would give zero stars if I could but the second interaction with the young lady atleast deserves a star. 0/10 do NOT recommend. read more

First of all the order was 2.5 hours late. It was charged to my Uber Account as delivered. If I had not called Uber Eats customer support support I would've have never received it. It arrived burnt and crooked as if it had been dropped. It still had the original receipt on it, which tells me that it was reheated, hence the reason why it was burnt. I could smell that it had been burnt before I even opened the box. And the wings were dry and greasy, obviously reheated as well. I am extremely disappointed because I received delicious orders from them before. But this is disappointing, not to mention disgusting. I paid $55+$ for a burnt mess. And they were dishonest because they entered that my order was completed/delivered in my Uber Eats account, when it wasn't. Whoever was working on Saturday 03/28/2026 when this happened, should be ashamed. I'm from Chicago and this was Rosati's representation of a Chicago Style Deep Dish pizza and wings, that looks like someone had delivered them after they were run over on the Dan Ryan Expressway. Rosatis Pizza was such an amazing experience, we recently moved to Maricopa and we called Rosatis Pizza and we were fortunate enough to speak with Hailey who was absolutely amazing, we have a tree nut allergy in the family and she went over the ingredients so that we fill comfortable with the order. She went over a menu with us and answered every question in the most polite and kindest way possible, she was an absolute Joy to deal with, she even left us a written letter with their specials and deals and said welcome to Maricopa on the end of the letter, it was just so nice of her to go out of the way to do that, Thank you Hailey!!!!! I ordered a thin crust pepperoni pizza, garlic bread and a slice of chocolate cake. I've been ordering this same order in various Phoenix and East Valley locations for over a decade. Always delicious. This location failed me. Cake was dry but also gross. Can't explain the weird taste. Garlic bread was cool. Pizza was COLD. They didn't close the box properly. Some pieces of the pizza were all crust as well. Even if it was warm it wouldn't have been OK. Needless to say I won't be back. I'm also considering requesting a 50% refund, which is rare. I buy food frequently from Rosatis, usually about $80-$100 to feed my family almost monthly. Tonight, we received wings that were burnt along with a calzone. I offered to take pics of the food to show them, was told that wasnt necessary. I also informed them that my son ate a little bit of the calzone (part that wasn't burnt) and they offered to remake the wings, not the calzone and that I would have to go back and get them. I wanted to wait on the wings for say tomorrow and was told per the owner, they don't do any "I owe you's" and the food had to be replaced same day. Its now almost 8pm. I asked if it could be delivered since we are inconvenienced and only getting wings replaced, which I was told they have to charge me a delivery fee. I asked for compensation at this point, or like a 20% off my next order, well, the manager said no. So, another $4 out of pocket, plus the tip for the driver. This is the second time I've had an issue with my order, the first time they made it right and we didn't have to pick up food the same day, etc. Not sure what is going on or why we have to have the wings tonight, minus another calzone and have to pay for the delivery. I won't be ordering from them for a while now, this just does not sit right with me. All burnt items should have been replaced whether someone took a bite or not. read more

Atmosphere - The process started online, which I will not rate. Wow I did not expect this. There is no dinning room. My hallway in my house is bigger than the area you can be in. Basically a cashier with the kitchen behind them with a warmer off to their left. Food - Size they are a Chicago based pizzeria we had to order a 10" deep dish. 10" was the smallest size. Deep dish does take extra time so prepare accordingly. We selected pepperoni for the topping. Those pepperonis were an extra $2.75 for the whole pizza, which is not bad. I had two slices of pizza with a total 5 pieces. My wife had a slice with none. The pepperoni were only along the crust so there was a lot for cheese and sauce without meat. There was a ton of cheese in their dip dish. Service - We ordered online and states an extra forty minutes which is not an issue. I ordered around 3:30 for 5:30 pickup. They should be able to plan for that. I arrived 10 minutes early and the pizza was already waiting for me. The pizza was still warm when I got home. The pizza was covered in tin foil inside the box, and I had the passenger seat warmer going to help. The interaction with staff was very limited. One of my Yelp friends in Las Vegas ordered from a location there, they received crushed red peppers. It was not even offered. Future - Now I am interested in their thin crust pizza. read more

I had wanted to try Rosati's the last time I was in Maricopa. I have been to Chicago so I was eager to try 'em out. Rosati's left me with a smile on my face. We all shared a thin crust pizza, a couple of us had the Italian Beefs and we also shared a salad. The pizza tasted as if was from Chicago and the Italian Beefs were very tasty and the au jus just made it even better! There is no seating inside, but there are some common tables and chairs right outside. The customer service was great the food was delicious. The hot food came out hot and salad was cool, refreshing and enough to share. I would definitely come back soon for another Italian Beef. Keep up the great work! Yum!!! read more

DANGER!!! Steel wool in Rosati's Pizza from Maricopa!! I am absolutely disgusted and outraged to find this when taking a bite. It got lodged between my teeth and I had to carefully pull it out. I'm just thankful my 2-year-old son didn't get ahold of this. We called and spoke with the manager who said she couldn't refund us our order and could only apply a credit for our next order because if she offered a refund the store manager would be mad at her. She was kind enough to offer the owners phone number of who could have cared less. Not once did he apologize for the incident, kept interrupting, and made it seem like it was our fault for wanting a FULL refund after our family was too afraid to eat any of their pizzas. The owner's solution was to send a delivery driver BACK out to pick up the pizzas and only THEN would he be willing to offer a refund. We gladly accepted to return this food but would never expect to be treated so poorly for something as horrible as this is. It sounds like there definitely the mistreatment of employees and customers if the store manager is afraid to do right thing due to fear from her owner. I have tried over and over again to give rosati's a chance primarily if they prepare a good product it's hard to find a better pizza, wings, and salads. Of course like many restaurants today product quality is non existent. This location is so bad it's sickening. The staff does not care one bit on whether the Rosati's name gets drag through the mud or not. They cant even prepare a salad to order. Also, ever heard of a pizza restaurant close at 7pm on a Friday? No? Maybe? Well I haven't. I would understand on a weekday but not this location, bad food, don't give a s*^t attitude and they close early on one of the busiest nights of the week. Was going to order a 14 inch thin crust cheese pizza and we arrived at 7:44 pm because the website says they close at 8:00 pm. We go in and, after waiting at least 5 minutes, they finally come to the counter and said they can't make us a pizza because they had already shut down all of the equipment in the kitchen. If you close at 8:00, don't you think you'd be able to make a simple cheese pizza within that time? Not even to mention the fact you that didn't even lock the door and we had to wait just for your staff to tell us we can't order anything. Our first time trying Rosati's. We ordered from their website- easy to use. We chose pick up. We ordered 2 pizza's we used a promo. Our first pizza was the 18" inch pepperoni and bacon. The 2nd was a tomato basil olive oil. Both were so good not overly sauced. They cut into squares which I love. The only issue we had was the garlic bread the marinara sauce the container's lid warped so it opened in the bag and really no sauce in the cup cuz it was in the bag. Will still return. read more

This is the third time I have ordered from this location and pickup one time as well. I called the store to let them know that the cold cut sub that was just delivered was not acceptable, because it was soggy and drenched in dressing. I was told by the manager that this is how it is supposed to be made. See attached photos of their website and what I received. I don't think this is acceptable. Just don't understand what the pricing methods are for Rosati's-nothing special or notable to warrant $100 for 2 pizzas and 2 salads...I get that food prices are through the roof but sheesh.
