The food was actually hot, fresh and perfectly presented. The diner is very clean and presentable. The service was very friendly, but this location seems to be very understaffed. This was my first time at this location, and the front registers weren't working, and everything had to be ordered through the drive thru registers. I will say, the staff did an amazing job working through the issues, and serving the customers as quickly as possible. I'm not sure if it's always like this, but I'd suggest going when it's not peak hours. read more

Food - Tonight's order is an eight piece meal, extra crispy with 4 biscuits and two sides of mashed potatoes and gravy. Like every visit I have had to wait on something. Today it was the biscuits. So I had to park. The biscuits were crammed in the bucket with the chicken. Smashed biscuits, and I had to wait for that. One of the two graves was open and had to open the plastic bag from within the sink. Thankfully they give a lot of gravy for the potatoes so we did not run out. Service - I understand making chicken and biscuits takes time. But it is the job of the manager to forecast and plan accordingly. They should not be out of biscuits or chicken at the start of the dinner rush. 4:30 or 4:45 things should be in high gear. In general they are always out of something and you have to wait. There has been times the items were not even available. Parking when you have to wait on food is always a challenge. I have gotten to the point to ask specifically where they want me. I am there pretty often due to delivery pick ups and I encourage everyone to stop ordering from there. I have seen an employee not wash hands after the bathroom. The male night manager was touching food without wearing gloves. They move at a snail s pace. They are constantly out of something. They have run of chicken multiple times with a 20 minute wait. I have to say, the Nashville tenders were really surprisingly amazing. They came out super fresh, crispy, and hot. I could tell the biscuit was fresh as well. My daughter was assaulted by the Store manager left several messages and 3 months still have got no response police were called as well I asked and asked for the upper management but kept being told that it's the STORE manager and that she is the one who is needs to resolve this but she is the one who repeatedly got in my daughters face that is 16 years old. I really like KFC but recently it's been hard to find a location that has good service. I used my KFC app and went inside to pick up my order. After the app said order was ready for pickup I asked for my order. I was told they didn't see my order on their screen. I showed them my phone order and they said they were out of pot pies. Not sure how I was able to order something and get a message my order was ready when it was never prepared. I asked for a refund or substitute for the pot pie I paid for and was told they can't refund third party online orders. I told them it was the KFC app, not a third party. I was offered a bucket of chicken that was sitting there the whole time. I had ordered original recipe thighs but was told this was extra crispy. I refused the bucket and asked for original recipe. My sister visited the KFC here in Maricopa, AZ and had a horrible experience which resulted in the manager having the police come to our home and having her banned from the restaurant today. The incident started with the restaurant not having any dark meat and refusing to substitute it with white meat. My sister asked to speak with the manager. The manager had multiple excuses about not having dark meat; my sister, then, asked her to bring down her tone. The manager named (Christine/Christina) became more hostile and said that my sister was rude and that she was not going to wait on her and closed the drive-thru window. My sister went into the restaurant: not cussing, yelling, or creating an unpleasant scene. She turned her video camera on starting recording the manager. The manager immediately ran to the back of the restaurant and called the police. My sister paid for her order and proceeded to go to her car. The manager ran out of the restaurant and took a pic of her license plate without her permission. My sister came home and about 10 minutes later, the Maricopa police came to our home and advised my sister that she is not allowed to return to the restaurant, for 2 years, or she will be arrested. Now, after posting a video to IG, Facebook and on our community website, Nextdoor, the complaints are endless about this restaurant, as well as the manager. My sister has NEVER been arrested and will not go to jail just because she was a falsely accused for being an irate customer. Furthermore, we have no intentions of EVER buying anymore KFC at ANY of your restaurants. Plus, we've already reported this incident to the BBB.
