I ordered two pizza's and a Alfredo at 1750, delivery came at 1840. One of the pizza's was wrong - called back and they said they would rush a correct pizza to me with a free order of cheese bites, that order never came. At 2000 I called back again and was told the second order was cancelled and never filled. This person told me I could either get the pizza I ordered sent out as soon as possible or take a credit for my next order. No offer to do anything about my pizza being 3 hours late. This place has gone downhill this past year. We have been a weekly customer since they opened up. The quality has gotten so bad. Their app is terrible for time tracking; once you place the order 15-20 minutes. Take about 15 minutes to get there from my house. Once I get there, it's another 25-40 minutes. Pizza pick made easy and quick! Was able to figure out the app in order to order the order in an orderly fashion. Order Up! First time I've used the Domino's app. I'm a genius! Had 3 different kind of pizza's: Pepperoni & Sausage, Pepperoni & Black Olives (do you see a theme here?) and Spinach with Mushrooms. Although the latter was the weakest on the bottom of the ladder, can't beat the 5.99 price for each pizza. Would purchase again but will attempt different flavors and ingredients next time. My sister and I visited our grandparents in Maricopa and they requested pizza... thin crust pizza. My first thought was where do they sell thin crust pizza?! Who knew that Domino's has that? We ordered a medium cheese pizza and we customized the second medium pizza. Our total was about $33 including tax. I looked up a coupon brought down the total to $18!! That almost brought down the total by 50%. The delivery man could not be any more nicer. He was super friendly and made a quick conversation. My boyfriend and I never had pizza for years, but I had mentioned about it recently, and he just decided to order pizza for dinner last night. I looked up pizza places nearby, after doing some my homeworks I chose Domino's, which has the best reviews in town recently (Maricopa is very small town). We gave it a shot! We ordered a 14" thin large pizza (he thought we could have leftovers) with pepperoni, Italian sausage, onions, black olives, mushrooms, and pineapple (highly recommended). And 2 ranch sauces. Total $32.21 (not cheap). Would be at our house in 30'. I was excited while my boyfriend told me to calm down it would be not that great, said I'd disappointed =)). But I could say it just took under 30' we got the pizza ( which we didn't expect it, because it's Saturday night.) Then we finished the whole box (no leftovers) =)). My boyfriend and I couldn't even believe that. We were totoally satisfied, it was worth it. CHOOSE THIS PLACE!!! One of the best run businesses here, and the food is great too! They once made a MINOR mistake on an order of ours and Gary (i believe is his name) the manager more than made up for it. They credited us our entire order and just tonight we took them up on it. I've been ordering from this location since we moved to Maricopa 8 years ago. Never really had issues until recently. Our last order was cheese pizza, normal order. The center was a huge bowl of grease, It made the pizza extremely soggy, moist and disgusting. My 5 year old that loves pizza wouldn't touch it. I called to make a complaint, the lady manger I spoke to said it was the combo provolone, Parmesan and Asiago that caused it to do that. She put a credit on my account. I thankful she did. Well today I went to use the credit. Decided to order the cheese pizza with original mozzarella they use. The delivery driver showed up, I tipped him $5, he asked to check it before I leave. I open the box to find the same issue. He tells me it's because of the cheese, it's greasy. I'm aware pizza has grease but this is an excessive amount of grease. Like I said I've been ordering here for years, I know what a cheese pizza looks like. The driver offered to take it back. I refused. Told him I'll just order from somewhere else if this what I can expect now. I had already placed a future online for another day. Contemplating on canceling that order, I decided to leave it and it would be the last time. I didn't want to waste my time trying to get a refund. Untill...I get not 1 but 2 missed calls from a man at dominos. He didn't leave his name on my voicemail. I call back and speak to Janice I believe is her name, apparently the man didn't want to get on the phone, but told her to ask me if I wanted to cancel my future order. No apology nothing...just do you want to cancel your order since your not happy with this one. I asked her are you using a different cheese or cooking the pizzas differently because something is off. This isn't a 5-star restaurant by any means but definitely best bang for the buck out there. Of course you're limited by your (bad) pizza ordering habits and the pizza is a good as your combinations. A medium BBQ chicken pizza with roasted red peppers, Hawaiian Volcano and must-have Hot Buffalo Specialty chicken for $6 each!? Yeessss! I've not been Domino's biggest fan in the past but their new taste is genuinely the best in the bargain pizza biz and they have consistently over the past year got each and every order correct and on-time (many times slightly early). Carryout is the best option as they have everything ready w/i 10 or 12 minutes and the staff in-store are fantastic. Today I ordered a Brooklyn style 9 topping pizza, and it is AMAZING! The ingredients were so fresh, I tasted every mushroom. Wife ordered 3 item pizza plus wings because of on-line offer for $18.95. So I go over to pick it up not aware of the actual order, was charged $19.15 plus tax for just the pizza. After getting home wife was a bit angry, checked her order, when she called them they explained she didn't push the buttons right when she placed on line order so we were charged $19 for a pizza they advertised for $7.99 and forget the wings.
