there is an older man with white hair that works there. a little guy. super rude every time he's helped me in the drive through. he rushes you, practically throws the items at you. and when you ask if you can get the rest of your change (because he forgot) he gives you an attitude. I don't know what's going on there. maybe he's trying to get a little side money??? I work at a pizza place. there is no way they would ever let us act like that. so, I'm guessing he's probably a manager or supervisor that can just get away with acting like a teenager with a bad attitude lol. Ordered a deep dish pizza and it was raw. The crust was doughy very under cooked. I had to put in my oven a cook it throughly. Was very disappointed. They weren't even busy I was the only customer there. This is usually not like them my pizzas have always been good. Wow, just tried the stuffed pretzel crust pizza. It was amazing. Bought using the application and received a free 2 liter as well. Haven't been a fan of Little Caesars since they went to the hot and ready pizza. This trip changed my mind. I'm really loving this pizza. read more

Horrible service. Placed and paid for the order on line. It stated jt would be ready in 20-25 minutes. I didn't get the complete order for over an hour. By the way is was a cheese pizza and cheesy bread ( so nothing difficult). The manager was rude, unprofessional and used multiple curse words while yelling at us because they were busy so therefore he says we should not have ordered. When I said just never mind, I'll take a refund for what I didn't get he said no and to go call corporate. Waited another 15 minutes for the pizza. All the while he was throwing a tantrum and cussing . If this was the manager no wonder the place is a hot mess. read more

I ordered 3 orders of the stuffed krazy bread then paid. Waited for 20 minutes, then got them and drove HOME. I took out the three bags and and they were all regular cold breadsticks. I called the store on my way BACK to ask them to have some ready for me. I got to the store and they had one ready and told me it would be another 15 minute wait. I asked for my money back and to just take the one bag of stuffed krazy bread. The girl at the window proceeded to make me pay for the one bag. If I could give it 0 stars I would!!!! Always waiting an hour for hot and ready! they tell you 15 minutes and then oops! someone forgets to put the pizzas in! When you go in to check on your order, they stare at you and keep talking amongst themselves. Never helpful and the service is rediculous!!!!! Honestly they need a new manager or to hire one if they don't have one. Someone needs to open a new quick pizza service in the area to shut them down. read more

My friend and I stopped by to get free pizzas on veterans day. We sat at window for several minutes before an employee came to take our order. When she did come to window I asked her if she was doing the special for veterans. Exasperated she said, "yes but I just gave out 50 pizzas and I am the only one here. It will be 8 minutes before the next ones are ready." We said that is fine. She went to get our sodas and on the way back said to another employee who I am guessing might have just came in. "figures 5 minutes to 2." We are thankful for you supporting the troops and she was probably exhausted if she was the only one scheduled to work, but that was rather rude. read more

Everything I've had at this place has been good and the people have been polite and the pizza was made the way I wanted it. I wouldn't say it's the best pizza but for the price paid you can't get a better deal unless its a really great sale. read more

This was one of the most what experiences I have had in many years. I went in ordered 2 pizzas and 3 crazybread and waited over 30 minutes. 6 people came in and out by time I was asked what I ordered. Never was given a receipt. Then she took my pizzas out sat them on the counter and said she had to get my bread. The pizza sat on the counter for about 5 minutes before she came back said I will put it back in the heat box. Then 8 minutes later I finally got everything. The manager said to his crew "Nobody better be standing a round or head's will roll". I guess my head should be rolling. Then when I told her this was joke and I will never be back, she said " A joke really a joke". So the Massillon OH Little Caesars is a horrible service pizza shop. I think the manager is not suitable to be in that position. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Also while standing there they messed up 2 other oders. read more

This pizza and service was horrific. I was charged for something I didn't order and before I could ask why it was so much the transaction was already thru. I was then told I can't receive any kind of refund just a voucher for the wrongly priced item. Upon comming home the pizza seemed to be old and left out...the cheese looked hours old and the crust was that of day old pizza. I'm very displeased as I have been to this establishment before and never had remotely close to this kind of horrible service. read more

Ordered a pizza online and when I went to pick it up they had no record of my order. I showed them the TEXT confirmation of my order, but they didn't know what to do. I was told the manager would call me the next day, it has been 4 days and still no call. I filed a protest with my bank to get a refund of the charge. Never again! read more

Okay So I got peperonni roll ups just now went to the gas station before my friend came back outside garlic butter leaked all over my pants ruining my pants! So I go back threw the drive thru and the kid at the window said Idk what you want me to do! I said can i plz speak to your manager! So the manager comes to the window and i told him there is so much garlic sauce on these i could wring them out and it soaked my pants ruining my pants! he proceeded to tell me I don't know What to tell you thats how much they want us to put on them! No sorry ma'am I can replace them! Or even offer my money back just a silent blank stare like I did something wrong! So a million thumbs down to the rude dudes at the drive thru! it's a fast, cheap pizza place with a drive thru. you don't even have to call ahead, just pull up and grab your hot n ready and off you go. never had a bad experience here. the food is good for a $5 pizza. I'll be back again! read more
