I had a very disappointing experience at Little Caesars Southside in Parkersburg. I ordered a pizza expecting something hot and fresh, but what I received was completely burnt and way overdone. The crust was hard, dark, and tasted bitter, making the whole pizza almost inedible. It honestly felt like no one bothered to check the quality before handing it to me. Please do not ever serve burnt pizza -- that should never even be an option. I usually don't complain, but this was unacceptable. I hope they start paying more attention to their food and customer satisfaction because this visit was a huge letdown. read more

Service was awful! We waited forty minutes after the promised time, after paying in advance online, before being told that they forgot about mine and multiple other orders. A couple of us left without pizzas...after a very long time in the store, sitting in front of the workers. It's not like they didn't see us there. And, as other people were walking in, they were being told by the staff to go to the other location on Seventh Street! They need to be re-trained, or they need new management. read more

[[Fri.17.Feb.2023 @ 12:05pm]] Went to Lil Caesars Pizza to get the GrandKids some Lunch, it was ready to go once i arrived, placed in Suv n seen it was so Fresh it was Steaming from being Hot, then noticed that the Pizza Steam was changing the Climate Temp in Suv by Fogging up the Windows. Very good Delicious Pizza this afternoon, the Staff was nice and helpful and was wright on time having Pizza ready to go once i arrived. read more

Super cheap - two large pizzas with crazy bread for $14 is a great deal. Since I "special" ordered a sausage pizza we had to sit and wait for a bit but it really didn't take that long. There are plenty of seats inside. It's good pizza for five bucks. My husband doesn't care for it - he likes supreme and pineapple pizzas, all that fancy stuff. The boy and I are pepperoni and sausage people. This was great for us. Plus, when your furnace dies right before the trip and the repair man cleans our your travel budget, beggars can't be choosers. :) It was clean inside and it's a super efficient operation. The gal who took our order was cranky and irritable but the gal who gave us our order more than made up for it. She asked our son if he had a coloring sheet and then also gave him a bracelet and animal crackers. Those cookies were a HOOT! They were in the shapes of pizza slices and Caesar's head! I special ordered a pizza with different toppings instead of getting a hot and ready pizza. The pizza fell flat. I ordered a large pizza with sausage, pepperoni, extra cheese, and banana peppers. Well, it had no extra cheese, the toppings were skimpy, and the staff was talking about the customers in an unflattering way. A man came in and ordered a special pizza, not unlike I did. They were in the back making silly comments about it. They even commented on my order saying "Oh well, when you order a special pizza it takes a while". Are they not intelligent enough to know that people have ears? I have had bad success with 2 of the stores in my area. I just need to get pizza elsewhere. read more
