pizza was ok, but the employee who lied to me needs to be placed on an unemployment line ASAP. When I picked up my order, I forget the desert. So I went back, and when I asked the guy he told me he had no order for me, so I spelled my last name just to make sure, and no order. I then asked if I brought the pizza I just picked up about 10 minutes ago and brought it inside and tossed it around would he then believe I had ordered a pizza. He then changed the reason to I needed a receipt. I told him the receipt was at home on my computer, but the magic number to get the pizza was 018. He then told me I was out of luck since he could not look up previous orders. I told him to shove the desert and I would never return. I called LC's customer assistance and the lady told me they CAN locate older order especially easy for ones just a few minutes old. I then told her the guy either lied to me or was too stupid to work, or maybe both. But they need to fire the guy and send him to the end of the unemployment line. Needless to say, this old Detroit boy will NEVER enter another Little Caesars again and that is a shame, i was almost raised on it. Will little Caesars to a thing about it? I doubt it. Big business does not care about their customers, but in this case, I am no longer a customer. And with Dominoes and Pizza Hut less than a mile or two from this Caesars store; not a problem getting pizza in the future. read more

I placed an online order. Received an email and text verification. 5 minutes later I get a text that my order was canceled. I called the store 5 times and the phone just rang. I emailed and text then. NO response. Called my bank to stop the transaction. Worst customer service ever! read more

First of all, who owns this place? They ought to be ashamed and leave the "fast casual" restaurant business ASAP. The phone is NEVER answered. Not sure if this is the case, but the workers told me that they got a new computer system, but the owner never bothered to fix the phone. Hmmmmm...anywho, sometimes the restaurant is randomly closed, typically without a sign on the door. The product that is produced is okay, but it's just not worth the trip taking the chance that the place is open. As an added caution, the last time I was there, I observed that the kitchen and employees are not clean. This little Caesars pizza location is awful. They NEVER have pizzas ready. If I could give 0 star I would. the employees that work there are always so rude & they always seem so stressed. On top of it all it's always trashy, super messy. there i was driving to little Caesars i was dying of starvation i haven't eaten for about 5 hours i walk in to buy a pepperoni pizza (HOT AND READY) they had one left the young man told me i said "thank god I'm hungry." i usually don't talk to people cause they always let me down like they did here... I pay for the pizza in cash, The pizza is still in the warming oven. As I'm getting my change and receipt another costumer walks in and yells whats ready and another worker looks in the warming oven and pulls out the last pizza, MY PIZZA that i just paid for and hands it to the costumer and i say i just bought that, and they tell me there is another one coming in a few minutes.. Hot and ready was definitely NOT either one. Went at 7:30pm, steady but not slammed. No pizzas ready made, only wanted a $6 cheese and a pepperoni. Took 21 minutes and going to the counter twice. Got excuses ... "it's coming up next." (Wrong). Then got "the ovens haven't been working right." (Please tell customers that so we can have the option of going elsewhere). They are no gourmet pizza, but they are cheap and for the price they are really good. I can spend $5 on a large pizza and make it last 2 or 3 days. If you're having a party they are the way to go, get a bunch of pizzas for cheap. There customer service is hit and miss, but usually pretty good. If you're going here, you're going for the price not the service. read more

I have always gone to little caesars, but after I went in tonight I was so disgusted. Some of the employees have somewhat long hair and not one was wearing a hair net, they weren't wearing gloves, and they were touching the screens and not washing their hand after wards. There were people who weren't in uniform in the back, "chilling" and the customer service absolutely sucked and it took long for our food to come out. They should get new management that cares about the health code regulations. read more
