The owner is very unprofessional. Kicked out my guests for an event I held there over a deposit dispute. Insulted me in front of everyone and quite frankly just embarrassed me. Service was a 1/5 half the time no one was there to serve and when they were they looked irritated. Food was 2/5 it was good but took way too long. Went to this place with some friends that we were visiting. They always order pizza from here. Tonight was my first dine in experience and it was horrible. We were greeted by a young lady who seemed irritated that we even walked in the door. No hello or welcome. Just are you dining here like she hated her life. For a Saturday at 830pm they were pretty much empty but a couple tables. We requested a larger booth so we can have room and she shoved us in a small booth as she seemed like she didn't want to clean any of the dirty booths that were larger. The atmosphere was blah. No excitement out of any staff nor any smiles. Our waiter finally came over and again no smile. He just seemed like he would have rather been anywhere but there. He finally took our orders. My husband and I shared a calzone. It had ricotta, mozzarella and pepperoni but the sauce was served in a styrofoam cup. The center was cold but the bread was crisp. Sauce was cold. Nothing tasted good. Ricotta tasted old and mozzarella tasted stale. I will not be back and I don't recommend. The staff needs to smile and appreciate their customers. We had Encanto delivery this evening. We are flying back to Houston in the morning and stayed at the Antelope Hills Inn near the airport.. Jack at the reception desk recommended Encanto. An interesting layout and decor for this place you walk in and feel like your in a Mexican restaurant with some Italian decor. But it's clean and nice. Great large banquet room for large gatherings. The wait staff are great and Aloha friendly! One gent half Korean made us feel like we were back in Hawaii. They have a full bar and I'm sure they make great cocktails. But we didn't have any. We were with a group of about 20 and the salad, pizza and chicken wings rolled out quickly. The salad was good and had thinly sliced salami in it which was tasty. The pizza well it was good but nothing special similar to Pizza Hut or other large chains with that bread type thicker crust. The toppings were standard fare. The chicken wings were great. No breading but served immersed in the sauce. Standard Buffalo NY style sauce from medium to hot. Very messy but good. Again service was great and the atmosphere. Great place for groups or for a quick easy dinner. I didn't try there lasagna or classical Italian dishes or sandwiches. So maybe next time. I'd give it a try! read more

To start off the server was friendly and sweet. We ordered an appetizer of cheesy bread, I ate about 1/2 a piece when I found mold on the bottom. We had also ordered a 14in meat pizza and teriyaki boneless wings. The pizza was over cooked, the sauce was watery and sweet. The wings at first was the wrong flavor so we had to wait for them to remake them. When we did get them they were overcooked, they were salty and tasted like the oil needed to be changed. Came her for the first time today. 7:00 pm. It's pretty quiet. Thought that might have been been an issue. And .... the boneless wings weren't very good. But the buffalo sauce on them was yummy. We tried Encanto for some pizza with friends. The supreme was very good. Sauce was tasty, the onions were sweet, and it was good pepperoni. Also had the Caesar salad which was very good. Our friends added chicken wings to their order and said they were meaty and cooked well. The prices for both food and drinks were reasonable. Our server, Alexis, was wonderful. Came here on Sunday night and had excellent customer service. The guy taking my order was extremely busy but him and his manger were very calm and kept checking in to know I was not forgotten. I usually get this restaurant once a month and I am always pleased. Their prices are good and usually when they aren't as busy my order is ready in about 15 minutes. I have only had their hot and honey hot flavors because they are my favorite so can't speak to the others but these flavors have always tasted good. Their pizza crust is very yummy and their pizza is very good. I love ordering from this spot for their consistency and will continue too. We went here for the first time. Had the shrimp scaloppine and creamy jalapeño tilapia. The scaloppine was far too creamy overwhelming any flavor. The tilapia, which also had spaghetti, was very good. The creamy jalapeno was perfect as the not too hot. The service was excellent and personable. Our newly-built neighborhood community used Encanto for one of our dinner get-togethers and the Encanto staff did a fairly good job of taking care of us all. I think there were 12 of us at this event and the server did her best at keeping up with our drinks, but fell a little short on remembering who ordered what. Absolutely disgusting food and fairly poor service. The cooks here don't seem to know how to cook edible food. We tried giving this place a chance, ordering from them a handful of times over the last year or so, but the food has always been disappointing. Today was the last chance they'll get. My husband ordered a French dip and we paid an extra dollar to make it a baked sub. It was burnt and seemed like they dipped the whole thing into a deep fryer instead of baking it. It was slathered in what appeared to be grease. I got the buffalo chicken sliders. The buffalo sauce tasted fine, but was very watery and was just a puddle in the food container, totally soaking the buns. It was gross. Also, the chicken was not breaded. This was a to-go order and was told it would take 30-40 mins to be ready. I got there about 25 mins after ordering and the place was practically empty. I stood at the front desk for at least 5 mins and even rang the bell before I went looking for someone. The cashier was nice. Even though I picked up the food well before the 30-40 mins I was told, it was cold and seemed like it had been sitting around for about 20 mins. There was a bunch of condensation in the to-go containers and everything was soggy and gross and our house is only about 3 mins away from the restaurant. My husband's French dip was also missing the au jus. Just a total waste of money and food, because we threw about half of it away. I really don't know how this place is still open. There's never anyone there. I'd definitely advise against eating here. read more

Wow, what a difference from the last time we went here. Four of us decided to stop in here for dinner and we really made a mistake. It was empty. Right at dinner time and that should have been our first clue, but the other couple was already discussing what they were going to order, so we sat down and hoped for the best and we certainly didn't receive the best The server was wearing a shirt that literally looked like it had been wadded up for a week or two, but yet here she was standing at our table to take our orders. The food arrived, some kind of baked pasta with chopped up "meat" on top.. I lucked out as there was none on mine for some reason and I was not going to mention it. The food was barely warm even though we were told to be careful about the very hot plate.. Obviously not too hot since I picked mine up because my garlic bread was under it... Ah, the garlic bread... No garlic or cheese taste, but it was greasy from something... Dunno what though. The garlic bread must have been in short supply as we each got 2 pieces that were about 2 inches long and looked like they had once been hot dog buns. Our friends ordered dessert and didn't even finish it even though they had been very excited about it when the server had mentioned it as it is normally their favorite dessert... All in all a total failure. We all left feeling ripped off, hungry and really freaked out by the really unkempt server. Avoid this place. read more

So we started ordering from Dough Boys, which had great pizza. Unfortunately, they don't always have delivery. So they referred us to Encanto's. The first few deliveries were fine and why there have been some issues. The quality of the pizza wasn't as good after a whole. Tonight, we decided we wanted try it again after not having pizza for some time. We looked on the website. While we remembered them having an adult xtra, it stated that there was only a large and it is 16 inches. We were advised that it would be an hour and 1/2 wait for delivery, which as fine. We ordered 2 large pizzas. It came about when they said it would. But it was only 1 of the 2 pizzas. He looked at the receipt, realized there should be 2, and was very apologetic. He said he would be back. He did return with the 2nd pizza. He was Avery nice guy and I give him credit for handling an awkward situation as well as he can. The problem comes in with the pizza and the management. The pizza had to be warmed up in The microwave and had very little cheese. It also seemed smaller than the last time we ordered from them. So I called to let them know and asked when the 2nd pizza would arrive. They told me that they do have an extra large that's 16 inches. I let them know that their website does not reflect this. One of my biggest problems is lack of accountability. They told me it's not their fault what he website reflects. At some point, the employee, without telling me he was placing me on hold, handed the phone to the manager. The manager told me they had no control over what was in the website. When I continued to explain-and I was never rude, just matter of fact, he took no responsibility. Then he offered to give me the number for Little Pizza. Several times. It was shocking and his demeanor was very flippant and dismissive. He offered to give me a free pizza on my next order.I asked him for a credit since I didn't think I'd be ordering from them again. Again, his flippant demeanor didn't change. I printed out that I was letting him know that the I was letting him know that the website did not reflect the restaurant's menu and I would think it would be appreciated. Again very flippant and unconcerned. He actually had to clarify with me that he was the manager/owner because after he offered the number to Little Caesar's I thought maybe he wasn't the manager or owner. I want to give this place 5 stars because me and my bf love this place. The food is GREAT. Have never had any issues. However, tonight, I wanted something sweet and ordered cheesecake with our dinner (all take out). So we get home, eat our food, and I open up the box with my cheesecake in it and I literally started laughing. The cheesecake is 5.99 and it looks like 1/2 a piece that's my only complaint. It wasnt bad or anything! It was delicious, but You might as well go to Safeway or fry's and get a little mini cheesecake for 5.99 but at least it will be a whole piece ‍ BUUTTTT the FOOD is amazing.
