Made a yelp account just so I could complain about the Dinuba store. I absolutely love the breadsticks but having to get them from this little Caesar's is a pain in my butt. Because I love the breadsticks so much I always hope for the best which is why I continue to purchase from this store. Breadsticks are almost always burnt, dry and with only an extremely light sprinkle of parm. Other problem is I use to work here and know there's a difference between the dough for the breadsticks and the dough for the pizzas. This store uses the dough for the pizza to make the breadsticks and I can't for the life of me understand why. It makes the bread sticks flat and dry . On the amazing days I do get lucky and get the good kind of breadsticks I have to purchase a cup of their garlic butter and use my parm I bought at Walmart. This last trip was looking promising till I got home opened up my bag and discovered a breadstick with blue mold on it . Just fantastic. read more

Hardly any toppings and pizza was not good. Will not go there again. The staff was unprofessional and lacked energy.

I need to stop going to this location, and I only go due to necessity. It's closer than the Dinuba location. I would not recommend. I barely do reviews, but the pizza at this location never seems to be fully cooked and it's usually cold! The cheese was not melted and all in all just a waste of $20. The workers are nice and polite, but really need to consider learning how to properly cook a pizza. Little Caesars in general is usually so good for the price, but this is just a disappointment. Don't recommend this place. Last time I purchased 3 pizzas (approximately 3 weeks ago) and they got one wrong. They have slowly been getting worse over time. Tonight I make it easy and ordered 2 ExtraMostBestest® Cheese (see their picture and what I received). I even had who appeared to be the manager (Black Shirt) verify my order. I love little Caesars but dis like the one here in my hometown reedley a bunch young kids who don't give a dam about customer service. I ordered a veggie pizza, when I got home the box was torn and the pizza fell out. I called to speak to the shift about it, the girl who answered was rude and said wait, and hung up on me. We frequently go to this location for our thin crust pizza. We do have to wait a little bit, however, it is because we always order special. Never have a problem. Staff are nice except, there is one girl who never lets you finish ordering in the drive through. She always cuts you off like she's in such a hurry to get you out! Okay, they really need to start making sure their sodas are not expired. We got our order, with a 2 liter Dr. Pepper, went all the way home and it had expired back in May, and was completely flat. Ask for a new one, get it, taste it before we leave, FLAT again and expired again. Go back through drive thru and ask for Pepsi. Get home. and its freaking FLAT again. WTF. Terrible service. Ordered out for delivery, and only half of our items were delivered. We called and called several times with no answer. This isn't the first time this location has messed up our order, but for how subpar the pizza is and how awful their customer service is, we won't be going back. Now we're out 2 items and $10. I went through the drive thru right around 1pm on a Thursday. I ordered a $5 meal deal. The service was quick and friendly, but the pizza was terrible! It wasn't cooked all the way through and it was cool to the touch. I'm pretty disappointed and probably will not return. read more

I go here at least once a week, Sometimes more. I can't speak for the others but i personally haven't had an issue with this location. Staff has always treated my professionally and the food had always been as expected. Twice I've ordered over 15 pizzas for events. Each time no issues. This has got to be the worst pizza ever. I realize the quality of food service in the city of Reedley has gone down considerably over the past 2 years but this is ridiculous. We order the pretzel crust pizza but told them no nacho sauce, just mozarella cheese. Husband got it home and guess what - nacho sauce and burnt crust. Husband took it back, explained we wanted another one made with the pretzel crust but only mozarella, no nacho sauce. You guessed it - nacho sauce and raw crust. Whoever they had making the pizzas should go back to school. These were terrible. Manager tried to make excuses but this is not okay. We will be going back to Pizza Hut where we got good service and good pizzas. Sorry Little Caesars, you just aren't doing a good job at this location. read more
