I've given this Little Caesars location in South Jordan more chances than I probably should have, hoping each visit would be better than the last. Unfortunately, while the pizza is exactly what you'd expect--decent and consistent with the brand--the customer service has been consistently disappointing. Every interaction I've had here has involved rude or dismissive behavior from the staff, including the manager. It genuinely feels like simply placing an order is seen as an inconvenience. If you order anything outside of the "Hot-N-Ready" menu, the attitude gets even worse. My most recent experience was especially frustrating. I placed an online order for drive-through pickup, scheduled for 4:38 PM. I arrived a couple of minutes early at 4:36 PM, and the employee told me to circle around and not come through until the time my order was promised. Just to be safe, I parked, waited about five minutes, and then returned to the drive-through. When I pulled up again, the same employee scolded me for not announcing that I was coming back. After apologizing, I was then criticized for not being close enough to the window. I explained that I planned to step out to grab the pizzas and place them in my back seat, but instead of acknowledging that, he slammed the window while complaining loudly about me to other employees. At that point, I was honestly confused--I had tried to follow instructions and be patient, yet was treated as if I had done something wrong. The overall atmosphere at this location feels negative, like the staff are unhappy and taking it out on customers. It even made me nervous to eat the food. It's disappointing because the product itself is fine, but the service makes it hard to justify coming back. Absolute terrible customer service, the employees have no care in the world. No proper greeting just "what do you want" and poor hand off, no professionalism or even some kind of friendliness. I've been in the area since 2015 and this place used to be great now i would avoid it at all costs. This is clearly a staff issue and I hope corporate begins to see that.(evidence is all of the other yelp reviews within 1 year, with all of the same concerns) the food wasn't the worst considering the price you pay. It is absolutely ridiculous that there is no manager there after 7. I attempted to call in an order and waited for over 10 minutes just to not even speak to anyone, at some point I just hung up because it's clear no one was going to answer the phone. I love the convenience of the drive-through. My order was simple. Cheese pizza, crazy bread, and buffalo ranch dipping sauce. My order was filled quickly and I was on my way. I should have checked the order before I left the drive-through but didn't because it was such a simple order. When I got home and opened the box I had been given pepperoni pizza , crazy bread, and cheesy jalapeño dip. My kids were unhappy and refused to eat the pizza because of the pepperoni. I didn't have high expectations for the quality of food but the pizza wasn't even close to fresh. Also I paid extra for a dip that we didn't even eat. AVOID THIS LOCATION!!! This store literally operates as the pizza-version of Seinfeld's Soup Nazi episode, with nothing funny about it!! I am a faithful Little Caesars customer that orders 3-4 times a month, minimum - but I have finally had it with this location and their HORRIFIC customer service. Not once have I felt welcomed or appreciated at this location. The service here has never been "with a smile," and it's clear that everyone has contempt for the customers, as the ambiance is anything but welcoming. But, the pizza was good and on time, so I just dealt with the discomfort. However, after my experience today, I am done giving this location any business. Today I arrived a few minutes earlier than my scheduled pickup time, and was the only person in the lobby. A few moments after entering the lobby, a larger older man quickly barked "what do you want??!" Surprised by his demeanor, I stated I had an online order and understood I was a bit early, so I was just waiting. He aggressively demanded my name, then went into the back and ripped an order off of the board; storming back to tell me it wasn't ready, and then rudely demanding that I leave and go wait in my car. Wow. I was shocked, as had had not said or done anything to provoke rudeness in any manner. In fact, as a long-time service industry worker myself, I am always very kind to workers, as I 100% know the issues and challenges they face each day. But, I went out to my car...and pulled up Yelp...surprised to see how many others have had this same type of experience, seemingly with this same employee! You can read the multiple other recent reviews that call out this employee who they say routinely verbally abuses customers - and I am now part of that group. I'm not sure if this guy is the location owner, a manager, or an hourly employee. But whatever his role, his rude and aggressive approach is clearly driving customers away. Please be warned that if you choose to order from this location, you should not expect to be treated with any level of kindness, appreciation, or respect. Ironically, after sitting in my car for barely 60 seconds, the Little Caesars app notified me that my order was now ready for pick up. I hope that one minute of rudeness was worth losing yet another customer. I remember eating Little Caesar's pizza when I was a kid-and I could finish half the pie by myself. Fast forward a few years, I can still put away a few slices, but I'm slowing down. If budget is more of a concern than fine cuisine, then this may be the appropriate solution. I, personally despise cheese, which makes this pizza great. The cheese peels off cleanly. Horrible. Long wait. Chaotic. Stay away on Friday nights. I ordered my family's food via mobile app on 10/14 at 6:58pm and it told me to arrive in 30 minutes. I waited 45 minutes before heading over and waited 30 minutes in drive where manager could be heard screaming at people on the speaker (forgot to turn his headset off). Then I get to the speaker and he tells me it's not ready - Seriously?! It's now well over an hour! He sent me to wait in the parking lot and told me to walk inside after about 30 minutes and it should be ready. But I say that I have my dog with me so he tells me to just get back in the drive thru line after about 30 minutes. Okaaaay. As I waited the 30 minutes tho, I hear all sorts of yelling at customers and customers turning to yell back as they're leaving with their food. And not just one customer, multiples. This manager is yelling at customers - What the heck!!!! I finally return home with my family's food after a 2 hour+ ordeal to find ants crawling in the box. I didn't order ants. What a nightmare! What a waste of money! I was not going back there to resolve this issue since I didn't want to be yelled at or get angry and yell back. Who is overseeing this location? I don't know if management changed or what happened because this used to be a great little Caesar's but I've gone there twice recently and both times I've left super angry. The first time I tried to order online and it wouldn't let me use a gift card so I walked in the store and tried to order a custom pizza and it was a bigger older Hispanic guy that took my order and it was probably the most disrespectful experience I've had for a long time. He kept interrupting me, treating me like I was stupid, and acting like me being there was a burden. It didn't help that he didn't speak great English. If you work at a place that is customer service you should be able to communicate... I talked to my mom about it because she goes there too and she said that she was helped by the same Hispanic guy and that he was super rude to her as-well. the second time I tried to order online at 9:20 (closes at 10:00) and it said they weren't doing online orders so I drove to the store and got there at 9:35 and they just told me they weren't doing custom orders at that time. If I'm paying double what I used to be paying a couple years ago for the same quality pizza I should atleast be able to order a pizza 25 minutes before they close. Ordered my food in the drive through and they seemed inconvenienced and told me it would take 15 min to cook it. I paid and they had me to park in the front and I was told they'd bring it out to me. I waited for a long time and when I finally checked how long I was waiting it had been 35 min. I had sleeping babies in my car so I wasn't going to go in (which is why I went through the drive through in the first place.) This location is the absolute worst! It's the closest location to me by quite a bit it wouldn't even bother. The drive up window is literally its only asset. Every time I have gone in there (and I go quite frequently with two kids who like pizza) the place is full of teenage employees goofing off without a single adult in sight. Even the "managers" are infants. This results in zero quality control; inaccurate orders 90% of the time, neglected orders left on the counter to get cold and practically raw crazy bread. If you need a quick bite, the hot and ready stuff at the drive thru is the only thing worth stopping for, but just forget about a custom online order. read more

Two girls that waited so much longer than I had their 6 pizzas sitting out in the kitchen for maybe 45 minutes. Super unresponsive workers. First I pulled through the drive thru around 8:30PM and waited for about 5 minutes for someone to greet me. No one did. So I pulled around to the front and figured I would just go inside. As I pulled around I saw 2 very frazzled ladies were walking out confused. To the side of the ladies was a guy from door dash talking on his phone. As I approached the entrance he said he's been waiting 20 minutes to pick up his door dash order but that they refuse to greet him. Perplexed by this mystery I headed inside. I waited 8 minutes before giving up. The two teenagers working the Sunday night shift seemed very busy. They were making what looked like 40 pizzas at once. While I waited for them to greet me I saw 2 more people come through the drive thru with no luck. I get that they were busy, but they ignored EVERYONE. They are brand new so I could not find their number, but I went in and saw an amazing swarm of peppy young guys and gals working together in a smooth symphony of orchestrated pizza making. They have ready made, and you can order and they are super fast. They are instantly busy which says something about their quality of pizza. I will for sure be back for more.
