I've given this Little Caesars location in South Jordan more chances than I probably should have, hoping each visit would be better than the last. Unfortunately, while the pizza is exactly what you'd expect--decent and consistent with the brand--the customer service has been consistently disappointing. Every interaction I've had here has involved rude or dismissive behavior from the staff, including the manager. It genuinely feels like simply placing an order is seen as an inconvenience. If you order anything outside of the "Hot-N-Ready" menu, the attitude gets even worse. My most recent experience was especially frustrating. I placed an online order for drive-through pickup, scheduled for 4:38 PM. I arrived a couple of minutes early at 4:36 PM, and the employee told me to circle around and not come through until the time my order was promised. Just to be safe, I parked, waited about five minutes, and then returned to the drive-through. When I pulled up again, the same employee scolded me for not announcing that I was coming back. After apologizing, I was then criticized for not being close enough to the window. I explained that I planned to step out to grab the pizzas and place them in my back seat, but instead of acknowledging that, he slammed the window while complaining loudly about me to other employees. At that point, I was honestly confused--I had tried to follow instructions and be patient, yet was treated as if I had done something wrong. The overall atmosphere at this location feels negative, like the staff are unhappy and taking it out on customers. It even made me nervous to eat the food. It's disappointing because the product itself is fine, but the service makes it hard to justify coming back. I hope management takes steps to improve the customer experience, because right now it's consistently unpleasant. read more

Came in and wanted a sausage pizza and the guy acted like it was the biggest inconvenience to have to make something other than the cheese and pepperonis that were already ready. So nvm I'll go elsewhere. read more

So all I wanted was a cheese pizza and because the fact that I guess they didn't have any made already, they refused to do service and wouldn't even allow me to pay and then walked off when I asked if I can get an order, completely ridiculous. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I called in about 20 minutes before closing (I know it's late and I totally understand things have been cleaned up and they may not be taking orders anymore) and I'm told that they only take orders in person since it's so late, so yeah that totally makes sense and is fair. I did have one more question and got hung up on as I was asking it. Anyway, I drive over there and the person that told me they only did in person orders said oh yeah we don't do any new orders 15 minutes to close (again I totally get that I'm not upset with the policy) but like why didn't you just tell me that on the phone..... read more

Whoever was working today (February 13th) needs a big fat kiss and a big fat raise. I got crazy bread and the cheesy Italian thingy and oh my god. Guys this was the greatest I've ever eaten. I don't remember the guys name but he was so nice and makes some good ass crazy bread. read more

Little Caesars Pizza - Pizza Near Me - South Jordan, Utah

Absolute terrible customer service, the employees have no care in the world. No proper greeting just "what do you want" and poor hand off, no professionalism or even some kind of friendliness. I've been in the area since 2015 and this place used to be great now i would avoid it at all costs. This is clearly a staff issue and I hope corporate begins to see that.(evidence is all of the other yelp reviews within 1 year, with all of the same concerns) the food wasn't the worst considering the price you pay. It is absolutely ridiculous that there is no manager there after 7. I attempted to call in an order and waited for over 10 minutes just to not even speak to anyone, at some point I just hung up because it's clear no one was going to answer the phone. Corporate needs to completely start over with this establishment and fire everyone inside of it, especially the absentee managers. read more

Got some breadsticks and was very disappointed. They were very bland and didn't have any cheese on it. One of the breadsticks was even ripped in half, maybe they got hungry?? There was another employee just on the phone laughing and talking to whoever she was. Was not satisfied at all. Couldn't even finish the breadsticks because it was so nasty. read more

I love the convenience of the drive-through. My order was simple. Cheese pizza, crazy bread, and buffalo ranch dipping sauce. My order was filled quickly and I was on my way. I should have checked the order before I left the drive-through but didn't because it was such a simple order. When I got home and opened the box I had been given pepperoni pizza , crazy bread, and cheesy jalapeño dip. My kids were unhappy and refused to eat the pizza because of the pepperoni. I didn't have high expectations for the quality of food but the pizza wasn't even close to fresh. Also I paid extra for a dip that we didn't even eat. I ended up rather disappointed over a meal that I already had low expectations for. read more

Avoid this location at all cost!!!! Horrendous customer service and pizza tasted like it had been cooked a month ago. I love little ceasers. Just go to any location but this one! read more

I remember eating Little Caesar's pizza when I was a kid-and I could finish half the pie by myself. Fast forward a few years, I can still put away a few slices, but I'm slowing down. If budget is more of a concern than fine cuisine, then this may be the appropriate solution. I, personally despise cheese, which makes this pizza great. The cheese peels off cleanly. I have noticed that there is more sauce than I prefer. But if I get crazy bread, I just dip it in the extra sauce. (When life hands you lemons, right?) Service at this location is ok. Nothing remarkable, but it serves the need. read more

Little Caesars Pizza - a pepperoni pizza in a box - Pizza Near Me - South Jordan, Utah

AVOID THIS LOCATION!!! This store literally operates as the pizza-version of Seinfeld's Soup Nazi episode, with nothing funny about it!! I am a faithful Little Caesars customer that orders 3-4 times a month, minimum - but I have finally had it with this location and their HORRIFIC customer service. Not once have I felt welcomed or appreciated at this location. The service here has never been "with a smile," and it's clear that everyone has contempt for the customers, as the ambiance is anything but welcoming. But, the pizza was good and on time, so I just dealt with the discomfort. However, after my experience today, I am done giving this location any business. Today I arrived a few minutes earlier than my scheduled pickup time, and was the only person in the lobby. A few moments after entering the lobby, a larger older man quickly barked "what do you want??!" Surprised by his demeanor, I stated I had an online order and understood I was a bit early, so I was just waiting. He aggressively demanded my name, then went into the back and ripped an order off of the board; storming back to tell me it wasn't ready, and then rudely demanding that I leave and go wait in my car. Wow. I was shocked, as had had not said or done anything to provoke rudeness in any manner. In fact, as a long-time service industry worker myself, I am always very kind to workers, as I 100% know the issues and challenges they face each day. But, I went out to my car...and pulled up Yelp...surprised to see how many others have had this same type of experience, seemingly with this same employee! You can read the multiple other recent reviews that call out this employee who they say routinely verbally abuses customers - and I am now part of that group. I'm not sure if this guy is the location owner, a manager, or an hourly employee. But whatever his role, his rude and aggressive approach is clearly driving customers away. Please be warned that if you choose to order from this location, you should not expect to be treated with any level of kindness, appreciation, or respect. Ironically, after sitting in my car for barely 60 seconds, the Little Caesars app notified me that my order was now ready for pick up. I hope that one minute of rudeness was worth losing yet another customer. Thankfully, it was loaded into the holding oven, so I did not have to speak to any employee to retrieve the last order I will ever make at this location. read more

Literally the worst pizza ever. I get it- it's $5 bucks. But honestly, the worst pizza ever. I got my crazy bread, opened it up in the car to eat a stick, it was SO cold. Drove back through again.. got a burned bag. Literally burned. The pizza was thin, gross and soggy. The cheese was old. It tasted as if it was sitting out and they microwaved it. It was greasy and just gross! I'll never get pizza there. Ever. read more

This is the third time I've been here and the customer service is bad every time. Especially avoid coming in 15 minutes before closing because they will be very irritated with you. So irritated he struggled to tell me what they had left. I'm assuming it's because he wanted me to leave. If you're open until 10, you help customers and treat them well until 10. Little Caesars is convenient but damn they need to work on their customer service! I will definitely avoid this location in the future. read more

Horrible. Long wait. Chaotic. Stay away on Friday nights. I ordered my family's food via mobile app on 10/14 at 6:58pm and it told me to arrive in 30 minutes. I waited 45 minutes before heading over and waited 30 minutes in drive where manager could be heard screaming at people on the speaker (forgot to turn his headset off). Then I get to the speaker and he tells me it's not ready - Seriously?! It's now well over an hour! He sent me to wait in the parking lot and told me to walk inside after about 30 minutes and it should be ready. But I say that I have my dog with me so he tells me to just get back in the drive thru line after about 30 minutes. Okaaaay. As I waited the 30 minutes tho, I hear all sorts of yelling at customers and customers turning to yell back as they're leaving with their food. And not just one customer, multiples. This manager is yelling at customers - What the heck!!!! I finally return home with my family's food after a 2 hour+ ordeal to find ants crawling in the box. I didn't order ants. What a nightmare! What a waste of money! I was not going back there to resolve this issue since I didn't want to be yelled at or get angry and yell back. Who is overseeing this location? Corporate needs to send someone asap to mystery shop this place on a Friday night. We won't order there again...maybe a longer drive to a different location??? read more

Ordered my food in the drive through and they seemed inconvenienced and told me it would take 15 min to cook it. I paid and they had me to park in the front and I was told they'd bring it out to me. I waited for a long time and when I finally checked how long I was waiting it had been 35 min. I had sleeping babies in my car so I wasn't going to go in (which is why I went through the drive through in the first place.) I went back through the drive through and they magically had it ready ASAP. No "I'm sorry" no "we apologize" nothing. I was handed my order and I'm finally on my way. Will not be back and I'm annoyed I just waisted my time and gas. read more

I don't know if management changed or what happened because this used to be a great little Caesar's but I've gone there twice recently and both times I've left super angry. The first time I tried to order online and it wouldn't let me use a gift card so I walked in the store and tried to order a custom pizza and it was a bigger older Hispanic guy that took my order and it was probably the most disrespectful experience I've had for a long time. He kept interrupting me, treating me like I was stupid, and acting like me being there was a burden. It didn't help that he didn't speak great English. If you work at a place that is customer service you should be able to communicate... I talked to my mom about it because she goes there too and she said that she was helped by the same Hispanic guy and that he was super rude to her as-well. the second time I tried to order online at 9:20 (closes at 10:00) and it said they weren't doing online orders so I drove to the store and got there at 9:35 and they just told me they weren't doing custom orders at that time. If I'm paying double what I used to be paying a couple years ago for the same quality pizza I should atleast be able to order a pizza 25 minutes before they close. I pray that someone from little Caesars reads this and makes some changes because whoever is running this store clearly doesn't care about the customers. read more

Very disappointed. Got a thin style pizza half was burned the other half was much, ordered stuffed crazy bread and it was completely doughy. Will not be back! read more

This location has really gone down hill over the past few months. From sitting at the drive through speaker for 5 min before being acknowledged to having to pull right back inside to return a room temp pizza (more then once). I stood at the counter inside while the employee would not get off his personal cell phone to respond to me. I tried to find the owners number or email to contact them directly instead of this review to no avail. Please address the staffing issues and the cold poor quality pizza. You used to be the best location. read more

So I know how this location gives cold pizza so I asked for fresh order. We waited for 20 minutes when the girl came out and exasperated said I'm so sorry here's your order. When I took the boxes I should've known the cold boxes was an indication that this was neither a fresh batch or a hot and ready one. Sadly kids were hungry when we got home so we dealt with it. Never going to this location again. read more

Just a pizza you salty critics. If you're looking for a pizza that is hot, and ready, there is a pizza there.

This location is the absolute worst! It's the closest location to me by quite a bit it wouldn't even bother. The drive up window is literally its only asset. Every time I have gone in there (and I go quite frequently with two kids who like pizza) the place is full of teenage employees goofing off without a single adult in sight. Even the "managers" are infants. This results in zero quality control; inaccurate orders 90% of the time, neglected orders left on the counter to get cold and practically raw crazy bread. If you need a quick bite, the hot and ready stuff at the drive thru is the only thing worth stopping for, but just forget about a custom online order. read more

Little Caesars Pizza - Pizza Near Me - South Jordan, Utah

I'm really going to need this location to step up their game. If you can make it into the drive through without making a 100 point turn, you've passed the first hurdle. If they have pizza ready, thank your lucky stars. If it's hot, thank them again. And again. If the person at the window is in any way kind, looks you in the eye, or acknowledges your existence upon paying, congratulations! You've just witnessed a miracle! And if you get home and there's actual cheese on your pizza, knock me down with a feather. I won't believe it. read more

The service is horrible here. Customers would pay for the food up front and never get their pizza until they actually came and asked for it after 30 minutes of waiting. Two girls that waited so much longer than I had their 6 pizzas sitting out in the kitchen for maybe 45 minutes. I waited 40 minutes for 2 pizzas and only received it by reminding them I ordered pizza. Here they know how to take your money but not give you your pizza. read more

Excellent ! They are brand new so I could not find their number, but I went in and saw an amazing swarm of peppy young guys and gals working together in a smooth symphony of orchestrated pizza making. Super unresponsive workers. First I pulled through the drive thru around 8:30PM and waited for about 5 minutes for someone to greet me. No one did. So I pulled around to the front and figured I would just go inside. As I pulled around I saw 2 very frazzled ladies were walking out confused. To the side of the ladies was a guy from door dash talking on his phone. As I approached the entrance he said he's been waiting 20 minutes to pick up his door dash order but that they refuse to greet him. Perplexed by this mystery I headed inside. I waited 8 minutes before giving up. The two teenagers working the Sunday night shift seemed very busy. They were making what looked like 40 pizzas at once. While I waited for them to greet me I saw 2 more people come through the drive thru with no luck. I get that they were busy, but they ignored EVERYONE. A simple "sorry we are really busy" would have gone a long way. This is just terrible customer service. read more
