We ordered 6 XL pizzas and salads for a group of 30 kids and adults. Gave the 3 hours notice. Order showed up 30 minutes late and all of the pizzas were undercooked, boxes were crushed and pizzas were smashed in the corner of the boxes as you can see in the photos. One of the pizzas wasn't cut and we asked for paper plates and napkins which they didn't include. Also they forgot 1/2 of our salad dressing. Worst pizza experience ever. This place did not disappoint . We were greeted immediately upon entering the establishment . The person in charge of the cash register and taking orders was very pleasant and patient. Was wrong was rude and I wouldn't feed it to a dead person.the owner and employees were so focused on anyone using the restroom they forgot who was coming in to eat their food and pay money to sit and enjoy family time with them.Where they enjoyed some pizza. Ordered a pepperoni pizza. Was told it would take 10 minutes, after waiting an additional 20 minutes this is the pizza I am given. Completely burnt pepperoni. I spoke to the cashier to either get a new pizza that isn't burnt or get a refund. They refused to give me a refund or replace it. They told me to wait for their boss which might take 20 minutes (that's if the boss even shows up).I left the building with the burnt pizza and $25 down the drain. I was put in charge of the pizza for a small outdoor gathering of family, and the Yelps led me here. I had forgotten they are here on State Street (what a rad address, by the way, 777) and as I was on a tight schedule, they were the most convenient pickup location. I ordered right here on Yelp which was absolutely the most convenient. I was able to schedule a pickup several hours in advance so I could swing by, drop in, and be on my way. Well, it almost was that smooth. They're taking the mask thing VERY seriously here, so I had to return to my car and get mine. I did have to wait a few minutes while they finished the order, but it was in the right window of time and it was hot when I got it. I ordered a basic pepperoni and a basic cheese (7.99) and then a Hawaiian and potato something or other (12.99) and it was pretty reasonable. They make larger pizzas, but mine were all 12-inch and everyone was A-OK with the choice. I think I would describe it as a local pizza joint--a step above the predictable big chain pizza joints, but not specialty like others in the neighborhood. read more

I really wanted to like this place because of their pick up specials and it was around the corner from my hotel. The pizza dough was not cooked all the way it was still raw! I hope the manager reads this because thats not good business practice. The wings were hella salty. The Pazone was the only thing I ordered that was cooked well and tasted the way it was supposed too. Then again it was also the only thing not on the pick up special so maybe that makes a difference? I don't like to leave bad reviews but the pizza and wings were just not good. Probably could have had better at 7 eleven they sell pizza and it's cooked through for $5 too read more

We ate here after a stop at Big Deluxe Tattoo and I can honestly say that this is a great joint for GOOD, CHEAP pizza (also wings and bread sticks). They also have a large sitting area to eat your pizza or hang out while you wait. This definitely qualifies as a "hole in the wall " pizza joint. One might not have a very favorable first impression of the place - which is understandable based on the sketchy characters hanging around outside, the dim environment and the not-so-glitzy ambiance/decor. However, no one got sick, the food was tasty and the cheese and pepperoni pizzas were only $5 ..... no harm no foul. In my opinion, some if the best food options come from the least expected places and I have zero regrets giving this place a go. Parking was plentiful, but we were there at 8pm-ish and there weren't any businesses open at this time to compete for parking. The service was counter style and the owner was SUPER pleasant. Heck, he even offered us a deluxe pie for 1/2 price because they made it by mistake .... BONUS!!! I don't know if we will visit the area again but, if we do, I would gladly enjoy another pizza at Wild Pepper Pizza. read more

I ordered using UberEats late on a Sunday night. My order arrived in a timely manner. The food was warm, but not hot. The driver did make another stop prior to my delivery so that's understandable. My unwrapped fork was thrown in the bag. I was still hopeful when I removed the lid from the aluminum container. Unfortunately, I was quickly disappointed. The pasta lacked flavor and sauce. The onions were raw and most of the pasta was almost dry with only a tiny amount of what looks like could be the Alfredo sauce. Our group was three and we tried a lot of the food on the menu and nothing really hit. The pickled cucumbers were good. The dumplings (which we were told by our server are handmade) were genuinely flavorless and the wrapper was way too thick and chewy. We tried the pork buns as well, same issue, a serious lack of flavor and seasoning. Pork belly entree was middling, just a flavor profile that didn't work. I had the fried chicken sandwich and it was fried crispy but the sauce and toppings were unmemorable and lacked any kind of punch or umami to speak of. It came with a side of food service fries, which were crispy but served with plain old ketchup. Oh by the way everything is expensive. Starters were $15+ and most entrees, including noodle soups were $20+ which is crazy. Cocktails were $18 and no wine pour less than $16. The only thing cheap is the beer which makes sense because it was mediocre at best. Server brought the check, said "no rush" and then we waited while he sat three tables, brought drinks for three tables and took two food orders. After 15 minutes I took the bill to the till and had him run it in front of me. I still tipped because I'm not that person. Not going back, there's better beer and Asian food elsewhere.

The absolute worst service I've ever dealt with needs to be shut down. it's a stain on the community. if you wanna have a terrible experience this is the place to go. Very disrespectful. Not patient. They want you in and out as someone who has never been I stood there for less then 60 seconds looking over the menu before being greeted with "what do want ?" And told him I just needed a moment and he decided to say "come on I'm a very busy man what do you want ?" If I could give this place 0 stars I would. WTH This place is so freaking good! I do Postmates, and so many locals kept ordering from here. I was already pretty impressed with what I saw every time I picked up orders so I decided to try it out tonight. I can't do gluten but like everyone else who breathes air I still like pizza. I work for a Government Assisted Apartment complex. That being said i have to verify things like employment with all applicants so i can assist them with a place to live. In 3 years of doing this the manager of this place has been by far the rudest and unprofessional person i have ever spoken too. I have to fight for their OWN EMPLOYEE to not be homeless because of this management. Truly saddening!!!!! read more
