Had a bunch of people over and tried to use Little Caesars delivery that is through DoorDash. So we ordered 10 items when our driver Julian arrived, he only had five items. I asked where the rest were and he said that was all that was in the pizza portal. I asked if you've looked at the receipt that said 10 items when he only got five if he asked anything and he said that was all that was in there. The food was good, but I would not use DoorDash or Little Caesars delivery ever. To be a grown man and think that when a receipt says 10 items and you only deliver five that you did your job is just mind numbing. I'm so Service that is supposed to save you time end up wasting time is now I have to either go up and argue with the people a Little Caesars, I have to deal with DoorDash customer service, and on top of it I have to figure out what else to feed my people. I hope DoorDash finds a perfect ambience in hell. Because that is where they belong. Just a trash service that needs to go away. read more

Customer service is terrible. I've been to this location more than a few times I was there today at 12 noon, the young lady there, has no customer service. I've encountered her at least three times and every time she has a nasty attitude, she don't need to be in the front. Will not be back. I remember when I was a kid, and my dad on Friday nights would stop and pick up Pizza Pizza from Little Caesars. It was so good back in the Eighties when I was a kid. I am not sure what happened over the years. I have not been a big fan of Hot and Ready pizza. I saw commercials for the Pepperoni Cheeser Cheeser. And it looked delicious on TV. I've been here a few times and always had a good experience. Today I was the pickup person for my office so had a large complicated order. Aaron was extremely helpful. Kept track of everything on the phone while i placed my order and had it all correct. When I came to pick it up, each box had a sticker with the item on it so I could see at a glance what was what. The food at this location is always fresh and there's hardly ever a wait. read more

Ordered delivery. The driver forgot the Diet Pepsi. Called Little Caesar's on 12 Mile and Evergreen. They did not care. Was told that it was a Doordash issue. Called Doordash. Was told by Doordash, that the money goes directly to Little Caesars. Called them back again, and was told that the manager wasn't there. Called Little Caesars Customer Service. The trick with little ceasar's is to maintain low expectations and you'll be fine, however, i found the dirty rolled up floor matts on the service counter, the dirty empty flatware containers and general level of filth in this store to be "just too much". I did file a complaint with your company regarding this local store in Southfield. On 1-25-25 at approximately 1:25 pm Est to place a pick up order for an event being held at Southfield Public Schools. I requested for the time of the order to be ready at 4:45pm est. When I arrived at 4:45 I was told by the young lady at the register that my order had just been started and wouldn't be ready for about 15-20 minutes. I asked to speak with the manager (who actually took my order over the phone), she rudely explained to me that she hasn't started my order because other "big" orders were already placed before me. I explained that if that was the case, then a different time should have been suggested. When I asked for her name to file a complaint, she rudely replied that she didn't have to give me that information. As a patron placing a huge order with your business, I feel as though this situation was handled with no regards whatsoever for my time, patience and money. I will be sure to do a review on yelp and google about my experience here at this local franchise to be sure that the public understands the lack of consideration and appreciation for the demographic that patronize at this franchise. read more

A pretty speedy location, however, the background conversations while they were preparing my order were incredibly inappropriate for a business setting. The cashier didn't really acknowledge me as a customer other than to take my money. She was invested in her odd conversation with some of the cooks in the back of the location. What a refreshing looking Little Caesars. This local pizza operation was outfitted with new wood paneling, chrome trim and large video screens that even showed me what food was Hot 'N Ready. The new design worked too as I tried a new menu item that I wouldn't have normally tried. Instead of a my usual order of a large cheese pizza, I purchased a custom pizza - which apparently starts at $6. My pizza had pepperoni and banana peppers and it was deal at $6.50. I guess most 2-topping custom pizzas would be $9.00 but the awesome crew gave me the Hot 'N Ready pepperoni price plus $1.50 add on for peppers. Additionally they encouraged me to try another product with peppers and so I did with a nice order of Italian Cheese Bread with jalepeno peppers on top. It reminded me of the cheese bread Little Caesars used to sell with hot cheese sauce. Anyway, the pizza came out quickly. The store was clean and the service was great. What else can you ask for, especially at such a great price. read more
