We were ordering online and put in the wrong time as I hadn't changed my van clocks. I walked in to talk about my order being at the wrong time. I realize, this is our fault. I was just hoping to be able to get the time changed on our order. The girl at the counter wouldn't listen to me, talk to me, or let me explain ANYTHING to her, she was waiting for quarters and couldn't leave the register. I tried to tell her ours had already been paid for and I just needed to talk to her. She waves her hand back towards the register and says she's waiting on quarters and can't do anything. They constantly sell dough sticks. It usually isn't a problem as I can ask them to "twice bake" them so they are done properly. The breadsticks pictured are as done as they can possibly make them, you have to special request to get them even this done. Tonight the "manager" told my wife he had a standard to uphold and wouldn't bake my breadsticks. I called little Caesar's and spoke to another different manager and she didn't seem to care either. I am done trying to eat here and if this is the standard little Caesar's is being held to nationwide I am done eating there no matter where I am. They didn't have any problem at all burning the pizza (I didn't ask for that) you just can't have breadsticks that aren't dough. read more

Placed an order online. Didn't even get the order right. Missing items from our order. Pizza looks like a 2 year old made it, half our pizza didn't even have cheese on it. They refused a refund. You have to go back and get the items redone or get something later. Horrible service. read more

I waited 30 minutes in the drive through for one pepperoni pizza! The ordering part was fast and the girl was nice! But I watched them make the pizza and set it by the window then I went bad because, we could see the pizza sitting there but no one came back to the window to even take our money for 30 minutes. Honestly don't know what or why I expected something different. Called them up, spoke to a guy, asked for two pizzas with varying toppings ....key that they both have EXTRA sauce and EXTRA cheese. Well they sure charged me EXTRA... it came to 23 bucks... Should have checked it at the store, what I got was two of their hot and ready pizzas that they sprinkled the extra toppings. I.e onions peppers black olives and whatnot... so devoid of cheese and sauce that you can actually see the dough in patches... :( Should've just saved myself $10 and got the standard crap.. sigh read more

They don't answer the phone. Ordered on the app, but when i called to make a change no one answered the phone. i have called over 10 times in the last 15 minutes and it just rings and rings with no answer. Also when your order something on the app and they are out of it at the store. They just don't make any of your order and let you know they don't have it when you walk into the store. For the money you can't beat Little Caesars Pizza! After checking into the Springhill Suites we were hungry but wanted something fast and easy that we could take back to our room. Little Caesars came to our rescue with pizza pizza and crazy crazy bread. For $11 we walked out with one large pepperoni pizza, crazy bread with sauce and two small sodas. I would rate this location in Vernal, UT at 0 stars if it were possible! Waited in line for 38 minutes before finally flagging down a worker to attempt to take my order. I asked to speak with a manager and the manager tried to de-escalate the situation until this cocky, loud mouth guy named Brandon came to the window and said that I have no right to be upset or talk to "his workers" that way and that they aren't serving me! Then, he slammed the window shut and walked away. I then drove around a manager named Cheryl and that guy Brandon came back to increase my tension! Again, he was very unprofessional unlike the other manager Cheryl who was trying to de-escalate the situation. Brandon really knows how to push people's buttons. Not sure if he thought he was tough but as a former boxer/kicboxer of 15 years that pretty boy wouldn't have stood a chance. This guy Brandon had bloodshot eyes and maybe his escalating attitude was a result of being high. Anyways, worst service by far and a waste of an hour trying to get 1 pizza and a crazy bread! I am always super nice until somebody proves me otherwise and starts acting cocky! On another note, on my way into the store I slipped on ice that was all over their sidewalk and possibly acquired a low ankle sprain as a result. I am in the process of contacting corporate to have that guy Brandon evaluated for drugs and lack of customer service skills. I ordered pizza and said I was on my way, they said we will put it in now. Had to make a stop which took about 10 min so arrived about 15 min later. The drive through line was 3 deep so we parked and went in. I walked in, there were several people working, buzzing around, but not a single person acknowledged that I walked in. Finally I was asked how I can be helped, i said I had called in an order and gave my name. She went to the back, didn't say one minute or hold on, nothing. Came back and said it is going to be 8-10 minutes, she charged me and so I go out to my car. My teenage daughter and 2 little cousins in the car. I waited 15 minutes and went back in. In the mean time, several people came and went inside and the drive through. Same thing, no one acknowledges I exist. The girl is obviously looking for something (assuming my pizza). Another guy comes out and says how can I help you. The girl speaks up and says she has been helped, yet she never said a word to me. then she plops two pizzas on the counter, goes to get the breadsticks and there are none. Still doesn't say anything to me. The guy asks her what is going on and she says there are no more breadsticks. Reminder, several people had come and gone most ordering breadsticks. So the guy tells me they are waiting on breadsticks they aren't done yet. It has not been 40 minutes since I ordered. So he offers me stuffed breadsticks but says "I have to warn you they are thicker so we can only fit 3 in a bag", I am over it by this point, and I say whatever I want to leave. Finally the girl says sorry about that. The end. Note, acknowledging people goes far and probably would have made the experience a ton better. read more

To start the floor walking in was dirty and had trash on it. The hot and ready pizzas sit there and they won't sell them, when questioned about it I was told that it is already sold. You can see them but they respond it will be 15 minutes wait; ended up waiting for 30 minutes. Wanting to get the pizza decided to wait ... Bad idea the chairs were sticky and the pizza was greasy.
