Parking is dicey in this small one way drive through lot but ordering is easy through the app! Added bonus? It was a long day. Didn't feel like cooking after a long day and a flight. I ordered from Little Ceasar's in Wahiawa while driving home . Scheduled pickup time for 7:15pm. When I arrived at 7:05pm, my 3 meat pie was ready for pickup. I used the code went to my email to retrieve my pie from the warmer. So I skipped the long line that was waiting. 5 !!! This is by far the worst little Caesars on the island. I thought Waipahu was bad but this place takes the cake. I have ordered from this location on three separate times. Each time the pizza dough smells like it's spoiled. The food is half cooked and in the middle of the pizza is cold. At times you can catch the workers hanging around outside. It really is a horrible place to eat. I would not recommend this place. In fact I would recommend the Board of Health to come and check this place out raw and uncooked products are being served. read more

I don't know about you but the stuffed crazy bread tastes different now. It doesn't seem to have that familiar slightly salty taste when you bite into it (like a pretzel but not as salty) and the cheese doesn't seem to have that melted gooeyness even when it just came out of the oven. So major issues with customer service. I have past orders for delivery so I know it's not a common issue but tonight was definitely an issue. I live on base and my info says I'm on base. First driver picked up came all the way to the base only to turn around and drop the pizza back off at little ceasers and refuse to deliver on base. Ok, no big deal a new driver will deliver. So keep that in mind. He took the pizza, put it in his car and drove back to drop it back off. New driver decides he will deliver but only if the store will remake the order since it had left with someone else and came back into the store, so who knows what original driver could have done to it. They refused to remake 2 deep dish pizzas. Just two. Nothing major so instead they canceled my order and now I can't order from dominoes because I have to wait for a refund. So messed up to not just make a new pizza. Terrible customer service and I've worked in the industry. I know how it goes. This was definitely something they could have done. read more

We order 2 combos of bread sticks and a pizza with cheese stuff crust. Pizza was okay as we waited to get home to eat it, cheese felt like soft cheese sticks then haha. 5 stars for the breadsticks! We decide to sample them right when we got back into the car, and ended up finishing both bags! The combo comes with 8 breadsticks and a large container of sauce. I ordered delivery from this location and I live less than 10 minutes away. They took over 2 hours. The driver kept saying he was on the way but somehow the delivery time kept changing to a later time. When I called their customer service they were rude about the situation. I called them at least 4 times. The driver arrived after 2 hours, he couldn't even get the address right and parked up the street and I had to come out to look for him and wave him down in the dark. Of course the food was cold and old. Terrible service. The customer service line did nothing to try to rectify the situation. Never again. read more

FOOD SAMPLED: Pepporoni Lunch Combo $7.50 TOPPINGS: (7/10) Okay amount of pepperoni to slice ratio. Though smaller than the large pizza, it's advertised as "hot and ready" and this did taste like there was more cheese as evident with a little pull. I didn't know about Stuffed Crazy Bread until my cousin told me to order it from here and it was sooo good with the crazy sauce. The pizzas we ordered that same day (the 3 Meat Treat and Veggie Pizza) were pretty decent and tasty. My cousin also added to our order the Cookie Dough Brownie with M&M's and the Cookie Dough Brownie with Twix for our dessert and they were just okay. I don't think I would get that again. After my first experience ordering from here, I've been craving Stuffed Crazy Bread so ordered ahead through the Little Caesar's mobile app. I wasn't getting any updates for my order but I went to the restaurant anyway hoping it'll be ready at my scheduled pickup time... It wasn't ready yet so I waited for it. I decided to order it again another time, and the same thing happened. Since this place is close to my workplace I thought I should just give them one more chance, and the worst happened... they didn't even get started on my order! I waited about 10-15 minutes for my Stuffed Crazy Bread since there were other customers waiting and ordering. I hate how they don't update me on my order so I don't know whether or not my order is ready and it's not like I scheduled the pickup last minute (I ordered over an hour in advance). Also, the last 2 times I ordered the Stuffed Crazy Bread, it was super oily. I guess it depends who makes it. I haven't ordered it since then and that'll be my last time ordering from this location. The other location I go to now always updates me on my order and it's always ready at my scheduled pickup time (even when I scheduled it days in advance). I was going to give this place only One Star but the worker on my last visit was really friendly and left a good impression. I noticed how he talks stories with the customers (probably they're regulars or he knows them personally) and he even stepped away for a moment to open the door for an elderly customer. I didn't feel rushed either while I looked over the menu. The associate even made sure we were able to get our discount for being part of the military. Placed an online order for a stuff crust pizza, supreme deep dish, and crazy bread. It was hot and ready when I got there to pick it up. Took it home and finally opened the box for the stuff crust pizza. It was literally soaked in oil and coming out of the box. Tried to take the pizza apart, it just fell apart as it was soaked in oil. My deep dish supreme and crazy bread was great. So I called the store and tried to talk to a manager but it seems he was busy at the time, so one of the worker asked if he could help me take my order. I said I don't want to order, I want to complain. He then said about what? Told him the stuff crust pizza was soaked in oil and it was coming out of the box. He told me that's how they make it, by layering it with oil. They are told to double butter it, once before cooking and once after cooking. Then add two layers of Parmesan cheese which is why it's oily. He kept insisting thats how it is, it's just topped with choke butter. I explained to him that I had this same pizza from another location and it was nothing like theirs. He made it seem like I was lying about the pizza. Then the phone went silent, and then I'll assume the manager came on the phone and I had to repeat what I said to one of the workers. Manager also insisted that's how they are told to make it. He then said I could of requested less butter on it, but you can't do that on app which I told him that, then he said you can call in and request it. I told him that the other location I didn't have to request less butter on it but he insisted again that's how they are told to make it. I worked for a Little Caesars franchise in high school which started my addiction for the Italian cheesy bread (ICB) which is what I was craving for my lunch today followed by a Pepperoni and sausage pizza, I'll most definitely have left overs for sure. I called an placed my order over the phone for pickup, the man who answered the phone was very polite and calm while taking my order this carried on with my entire experience that I had with the crew members this evening, based on my arrival my order was ready to go, the staff was still very friendly. The quality of the pizza has by far got to be the best Little Caesars pizza I've ever had to be completely honest. While at checkout the man asked me if I wanted any crushed peppers or cheese. I declined and left after my transaction was complete but once I got in my car I realized I didn't have a dipping sauce for my ICB so I then reentered the restaurant and approached the counter and asked the kind gentleman working for two marinara sauce which they didn't charge me for, this may not mean a lot to some people but I was very touched with how nice and polite the staff at this particular location has been for my experience! It did not provide a receipt like the website does. That's why I had no idea what I ordered and paid for. Not very user friendly. Never use it. Not many Little Ceasars left on the island, so I'm glad there's still one fairly close to where we live. My family and I really enjoy the stuffed cheese bread sticks. One order comes with 4 pieces and cost under $5 an order. This location has no dining area. If I remember correctly, there's a wooden picnic table right outside if you wanted to have your meal there. Other than that, it's more like an express... order and go. The prices are very fair. The one thing I really have always liked about Little Ceasars is their doughy pizza dough and breads and the garlic salt and cheese that's sprinkled all over with tons of butter. Anytime I've come to this little building strip I never have a problem finding parking. It can get a little tight though. Because Little Ceasars is the next town over from us we don't order here often especially since we have other pizza joints closer by. But, whenever I get the occasional craving for The stuffed cheese bread, Ill be in the neighborhood. On another note, that guy they have dancing outside with their sign, advertising their low prices, is very energetic! His up beat sign waving is sure to catch many drivers attention. And he's really lucky that the building blocks the sun off most of the day. Nice touch, lol. read more

Surprisingly we liked the pizza from here better than Pizza Hut or Domino's. The first time we ordered the stuffed crust pizza and it was a little greasy but still tasted good. This time we got the pretzel crust and it was sooo good (better than the pan pizza). My son liked the M&M brownies too. The pizzas here are also cheaper than the other pizza places (a bonus).
