I got pizza to pick up when the store opened to take to the beach. I placed an order online for it to be ready in store. I followed the pizza tracker on the app letting me know when it's ready. The app notified me it was ready for pick up, so I went in. When I came in, there was only one guy working which I understand is hard when you are working by yourself. But I'm confused why it said it was ready when it wasn't. I came and the guy said a few more minutes. I ended up waiting an extra 15- 20 minutes in the front waiting area while he finished the pizzas AFTER the app told me it was ready. This was a bit frustrating as we thought the app was meant to be accurate on timing. The pizzas were good but the guy forgot to put the grease catcher in one of the boxes. And they were out of Parmesan cheese and plates at the store. read more

I ordered from this store a few days ago. The delivery time kept changing and when I finally got my 2 pizzas the crust was burnt and the pizza was undercooked. What a waste of money. Its like the oven was too hot and it was getting burned so they had to take it out before the whole thing was done. Love their new location in Village Park! The ambience inside made me feel like I was at a pizza bar with their 3 screen TV's and several booths to sit, watch and eat pizza. Today I received friendly service by the cashier and glad my order didn't take too long to be made. Food ordered was perfect for dinner. I came here today because I was really craving for pasta and some sort of chocolate dessert and I knew dominos had it! Very disappointed!! Ordered and paid online. Checked in and turned on hazard lights as they request on the app. Waited 20 minutes. No one came out. Went in to see what was happening ... the girl said they couldn't find our car. Please note that as we sat there at 6:34 pm, it was nighttime and we only saw our cars hazard lights flashing. On Sunday evening, November 26, 2023 I called the Kunia location because according to the app it stated that my order was "Complete" and had already been "Delivered". I called the location inquiring as to why the tracker stated that my order was delivered when it wasn't. I wanted to be sure that it wasn't incorrectly delivered to another address. The employee who answered the phone told me that my order was almost at my address. When I asked him how he knew that when on my end it stated that it was already delivered. The employee told me that he's able to see the delivery driver's location on their end. I asked the employee where the driver's current location was and he said he didn't know. I then stated to the employee, "You can see your delivery driver's location on your end, but you don't know where he is?" The employee then told me that he was going to put the manager on the phone. When the manager finally came on the phone he was rude from the start. He did not introduce himself nor apologize for the confusion. The first thing that he said to me was, "What's the address?" I told him the address and the manager's reply was, "He's on his way." When I asked the manager why it states that my order had already been delivered, the manager's rude response was, "I don't know. That's just how the app is. It's so that he (the delivery driver) doesn't have to press the button when he gets there." I told the manager that his response and tone was rude and his response was, "You're the one with the attitude." I then said that I didn't have an attitude, I was merely asking simple questions that both he and his co-worker could not answer. The manager then said, "Well I just told you he's almost there." I never went in person but we order delivery from this location using the handy App. However, be warned that the delivery fee is $5.99. It really adds up and makes you not want to tip the driver. But too lazy to pick it up. The pizza is consistent and my husband loves their hot wings which are soft and sitting in sauce, there is no crispy factor for these but they're good. I prefer my wings crispy and dry but that is a personal preference. Hand tossed crust is also preferred over the other choices. When you use the App enough times you get a free pizza. read more

This Domino's is located in Kunia, directly to the side of Bank of Hawaii. The Parking can be tight at times, but I didn't have a problem when I went to pick up my pizza. this evening ravyn was our delivery person and the manager on duty was garret i believe who took my call. i explained that my order on one of the extravaganzza pizza with the extra pineapple topping was miss 2 toppings , the italian sausage and beef. he wasn't at all apologetic and said with a slow soft voice and right away said he could refund me for the pizza that was missing the two toppings so i immediately told him that i wanted the pizza made correctly and delivered to me instead and i can give them back the pizza they had made incorrectly. the manager went on to tell me it would take 30 (more) minutes and i responded with ok. i waited a moment to listen if he was going to say something more but heard nothing then after he just hung up without reassuring me with a explanation, apology or concern. what ever happened to great customer service and mind you we tipped the driver $10 dollars cash. this is the worst experience with dominos pizza kunia read more

Worst customer service ever. The store manager was very unprofessional and argumentative, when they failed to deliver and place the correct order when we phoned in our order. I'm now awaiting a response from Domino's corporate office. Domino's at this point has lost a customer for life with me and my family. I'll be sharing my experience with all military personnel living in the Kunia area. This issue was over a .79 cent packet of buffalo sauce that we ordered, but they didn't deliver and refused to deliver, and then indicated that we didn't originally order it. Their phone calls are recorded for quality assurance, after playing it back they'll realize it. Their store in Waipahu is less than a mile from our house, we'll be ordering pizza from any other place than Dominos even though they are the closest. read more
