This was a walk-in order. I did not use the app. The store was pretty much empty right before lunch hour when I went. The wait time was OK 10 to 15 minutes and the price was nice. The pizza, however, was poorly made. The pizza was so greasy that the grease was practically soaking through the box. Also, the pizza was too salty. The salt still lingers on my tongue as I write this review. And the pizza was undercooked, too doughy. This is the worst pizza I have eaten in a couple of years. I should've returned it after the first slice, but I was too hungry. Also, the clerk was not able to smile back when I picked up the pizza from the counter. Unfriendly. I may try this place again in a year to see if it is any better. I'm better off getting pizza somewhere else. I award Little Caesars pizza a couple of stars for affordability. read more

I don't know if these chain restaurants read Yelp reviews... Normally, I like inexpensive food, especially with today's inflation. Pizza is always a crowd pleaser and it doesn't take me much to be satisfied by pizza... I remember enjoying Little Caesar's around the corner from my parents' house and elementary school back in San Diego and enjoyed their Crazy Bread+marinara sauce for over 30 years. Then, there were those $5 pizzas. Now, I enjoy their stuffed crust pizzas and partnership with T-Mobile Tuesdays! What I don't like is when Little Caesar's serves pizza that isn't fully cooked in the middle. Last night, I had a slice of my usual favorite, the pepperoni stuffed crust pizza. When I was trying to pull the slice, it immediately fell apart. The "not fully cooked" middle texture grossed me out, so I ate the pepperoni slices with the stuffed crust. Funny, we usually leave out the crust, but now, I'm choosing the crust! I usually don't really care if chain food is subpar unless I know I'll be eating from there again (Little Caesar's is a staple at many Waipahu events...). I'm honestly so shocked by the reviews. I've been here multiple times and luckily we've been given fresh, I mean FRESH stuffed cheese bread each time. Those things have me hooked on them. But it's also the super nice and professional girlies working there, that really helps make the experience feel better. 12/09/24 This review is for their online delivery. It's been awhile since we've gotten Little Caesar's pizza. Ever since they closed the one in the old K-Mart on Salt Lake Blvd yrs ago, they are far & few between. We'd end up getting it from the Kaneohe store since it's not far from our dr's ofc. They finally opened one up at the NEX food court recently which makes it so convenient & closer to us. Never realized that Little Caesar's has delivery now, even better. I placed my online order with the NEX food court address selected for a 5PM delivery time (it was about 3PM). Received the usual email & text msgs of order rcvd, etc. I did not realize it until much later when I was tracking the order on their map that is was coming from Waipahu. I took a closer look at the email & sure enough, it gave the Waipahu store address. Say what?!?! After searching their website, I finally found the NEX store address on a different page where it stated, "online ordering coming soon." Had I known that, I probably would not have ordered since that was not showing on the page I had selected for choosing a store. They use Door Dash for deliveries which provides order tracking & estimated delivery time, driver name, & phone number. Communication seems to be ok, I had no issues. I was concerned that my order would get here on time since the tracker showed the driver was on the way to the store & it was about 4:30PM. Estimated time was 4:51PM. I had selected no contact & the drive left my order at the front door on the hood of a car and on time. I was quite surprised. Somehow the tracker is a little slower than what is actually happening. When it showed it was 7 minutes away & I could tell on the map that it wasn't , & then I get a text saying the driver is approaching your address?!? The food was still hot & complete. The online ordering does not give you any option for special instructions for the food. But, they were running a 15% off your order $15+ on game day - Mon, Thurs, Sun so we took advantage of that. We ordered a large stuffed crazy crust pizza with mushrooms & Italian sausage. Pizza was ok, we've had better but because they have good cheap prices, you get what you pay for. We liked the flavorful Italian sausage but the mushrooms were canned. We prefer white sauce & have had it before at Little Caesar's but when ordering online from this location, did not give us the option. We also ordered their new menu item of cheese & herb crazy puffs. It comes 4 to an order that costs $4.99. We ordered 2. When I opened each box for the crazy puffs, one box was all intact. The other box, 2 of the 4 pieces had the cheese spilled over to the bottom of the box in a big mess. Don't know if the store is to blame or the driver. It kinda looked like it toppled over while it was still hot. Except for some red sauce in these, they were actually pretty good. Gooey mozzarella cheese in a flavorful puff of buttered dough. We paid just under $30 (including the driver tip & discount) for our order, not too bad. Overall, food was ok. Not the best pizza but they do provide good value & is probably the cheapest pizza over the competitors. On the other hand, you do get what you paid for but if you need a quick fix for pizza & on a budget, Little Caesar's fits the bill. read more

I was in waipahu and needed to get something quick for dinner. I thought I would try the limited time offer of a 2 topping large pizza for $7.99. Use the app or website for ordering ease and to get this and other offers with promo codes. I used to always buy a pizza out of Waikele Kmart so many years ago and enjoyed the pizza back then. Now there are only a few Little Caesars locations left. This location is in a strip mall where Jack-in-a-box and Arby's are in the Tropicana Square. There is a large parking lot but be careful at night because there are more questionable people lurking around. There was a murder and a mugging I know of at the nearby Waipahu Bus Transit area nearby. The pizza turned out very delicious to me. I chose sausage and beef. The crust was perfectly made to me - not too crunchy and not too soft. The toppings were spaced well with a good quantity of sausage and beef pieces. I was hungry and 2 pieces was enough for me. Service - Poor. Customer service was very poor. Food - Paid for delivery and it came to the house cold, and they forgot our crazy bread. We called the store to see what our options were for the missing crazy bread and the "manager" said all we could do was pick it up. We suggested a refund for the item not delivered and she was very rude and insisted they wouldn't do it. We felt it unfair because we paid the service and delivery fees for our food only to have to drive to the store for some crazy bread that was $6... We couldn't get refunded for that??? Anyways, i wouldn't order here again, or suggest anyone else order here. My suggestion - Fire the entire staff, hire new employees. Ordering on the app was easy and the wait time was pretty much on point (Door Dash is the delivery company). I was hungry for their Detroit style deep dish pizza so we ordered that with the stuffed crazy bread and some sodas. We received everything according to what we ordered. However, upon inspecting the pizza it looked horrible. Maybe it was deep dish but someone took a pin to it and let all the air out causing it to be flatbread instead. Everyone was craving some crazy bread so we stopped by for some as it was in the area. I haven't had it in a very long time and remember when it use to be in the K-Marts on Oahu. Crazy bread was the best! The employee who helped us was nice. We ordered three orders of stuffed crazy bread. The pieces were bigger than the regular ones. When I bit into a piece, the bread was soft but I prefer the regular crazy bread vs the stuffed ones. The smaller pieces were sooo delicious especially when it was fresh out of the oven. The cheese inside of the stuffed crazy bread today was not soft or stretchy and the bread didn't seem fresh although we purchased them a little after opening. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. AWFUL EXPERIENCE, RAW FOOD. we ordered two pizzas and breadsticks, TWO hours ago. When it FINALLY showed up, we got the incorrect order. They gave us wings instead of our two pizzas. I thought to myself, it's fine let's just get a refund, I called for TWENTY minutes. No answer. So we had to call the little Caesar's corporate delivery assistance number to get a refund in a week. I said it's fine let's just enjoy our food, and the wings, WERE COLD. Cheap delicious pizza?!?!!! Hell yeah! Knocked 1 star off because their phone manners and their phone calls aren't the best. 1 more star for not being consistent! Sometimes my marina sauce is cold and sometimes its hot. And sometimes my stuffed crazy bread is perfectly made and sometimes theres no seasoning/Parmesan on it. Its weird!!! But I will still continue to come here because their pizza is my favorite! Cheap prices and pretty good pizza. It is Hawaii but they did have a couple of dead roaches that were on the floor as well but the workers were cool just a bit unprofessional. Pizza pizza in Waipahu. This is a good place to pick up a ready to go pizza but a lousy place to park. With so many shops in the area and a ridiculously small parking area, it can be challenging. Try and avoid peak meal times. Pizzas are hot and fresh. Lots of choices and the price is right. The crazy bread comes in plain, cheesy, or even with pepperoni. Great as an addition. Prices are reasonable but higher in Hawaii than as advertised on national tv. Everything good about this place except for the parking. read more

Was craving Stuffed Crazy Bread from Little Caesars today. So decided to take a cruz to Waipahu location . Their located in the same shopping center with Elenas Philippino food and Arby's, Jack in the Box. I remembered when Little Caesars was located in K-Mart but of course all K-marts is non-existence anymore. I believe there's only 4 Little Caesar one in Ewa Beach, Wahiawa, Kaneohe and of course Waipahu. I ordered their stuffed crazy bread it comes with 3 cheese stuffed bread w/ 1 marinara dipping sauce . The price is $4.49 for 3 stuffed cheese crazy bread. Lucky I ordered 2 orders because just 3 bread stuck cannot fill me up .It was stuffed with Mozzarella cheese and it was oozing out and garlic butter brushed on top . Of course you need to eat this fresh when you buy it. If you bring it home I don't think it will taste as good just my opinion read more

My daughter wanted to try Little Caesar's "Fanceroni Pepperoni" pizza which their website describes as "The pizza is covered from edge to edge with old world pepperoni and a crust that is crisped with cheese to the edges for a caramelized crunchy crust experience." Well the pizza doesn't look anything like the picture or description. It looks like it has a regular crust and the toppings don't go "edge to edge" or have the "caramelized crunchy crust experience" either. Check out the pictures.... Horrible horrible horrible customer service. I went to pick up my pizza today. There were 3 people in front of me. Another man came in after me. A male employee in the back said out loud "we're getting busy" a female than yelled, very inappropriately and said.."they better be ready to wait" with the rudest attitude. On another occasion I came in to pick up an order and the heavy-set female was rude. I will never come to this location again. I started coming here about a year ago to redeem my T-mobile Tuesday deals. I order through the Little Caesar's mobile app and I schedule an advanced pickup time. I like that they always update me on my order (when they're preparing it, putting it in the oven, etc) and it's always ready at my scheduled pickup time. I even scheduled my order a few days in advance and the app sent me notifications as they were preparing my order. I've been scheduling my orders for pickup sometime from mid-afternoon to late afternoons and had no issues with getting my order on time. So far I tried the Slices-N-Stix, ExtraMost Bestest Cheese, (Batman) Calzone Pizza, and Classic Pepperoni Pizza and they're all good with the right combination of tomato sauce and cheese. In my opinion, it's exactly how a pizza should taste. I noticed that it starts to get busy during the late afternoon to evening so I think it's better to go mid-afternoon. I plan to keep coming back here, especially to redeem my Little Caesar's T-mobile Tuesday deals. read more

So we're barely in this area but had to meet someone & my little family was craving for pizza & have had Ceasars in forever. PARKING: Parking is no problem. Huge parking lot & never fills up. SERVICE: Where should I start? Well when we got there I felt it would have to be awhile since I see people waiting inside & out. I placed my order & asked the young lady about my height 5" how long is the wait. She told me about 20min so I waited in the car for 20min. On my receipt it showed 4:26. Whe. I went back 20min later, another taller lady was in the front. After she helped someone I asked her about my order. When she looked around I heard the guy in the kitchen say he doesn't know about my order & just put it in the oven. I was like are you serious? & after that the lady who took my order ended up tell me they were out of the Twix cookie dough brownies. She probably gave away to all the other orders that was after me since no one heard my order. I don't get how they have a register & it doesn't print to the back people. When I finally got my order all the people around me was new people. So when I FINALLY got my whole order & looked at the time, it was 5:03!!! Damn that's crazy. A lady who parked next to me left waaaaayyy before me & she had almost the same amount of order as me!! I'm glad that this place still gives free chili flakes & cheese for free. Prepare for a long wait when ordering here, even with phone or online orders. Please try to be understanding, this location is often understaffed and when there is staff it's often teens or young adults, they try their best. They constantly do a great job at making pizzas and are always so polite. They are always busy here so plan accordingly, I recommend calling to check if you're order is ready before showing up, not even the email notifications are reliable so keep that in mind. The food always taste the way we remember it and is always good. They do keep the store clean despite the long lines of people waiting. They do a great job keeping the store running and my family will continue to support this business for hiring teens and young adults. read more
