It's been awhile since I last stepped into this Boston's North End Pizza in Aiea. Our original plans were to go to the Kaimuki Boston Pizza, but upon walking into the pizza joint in Kaimuki, there was only one pizza in the display case. It appears that the Kaimuki location wasn't ready for business, so I suggested to my friend - Mark C. that I'll head on down to the Aiea Boston's North End Pizza. Worth the drive down to Aiea? TOTALLY WORTH IT, my friends! This particular Boston's North End Pizza is spacious & has a lot of seating. The restaurant also has an ample parking, so no issues finding a spot to dine here. This Aiea restaurant was super busy the afternoon we came here, but ordering our food was a breeze, and getting our pizza slices was pretty quick. What can I say about the pizza? I now this place has been here awhile. Located right behind the 711 on kamehameha highway in Aiea same drive way as Tamuras. Its obvious this used to be an old pizzahut way back in time. The insides is airconditioned and there are tables and chairs to dine in. No waiters or waitresses. You order your food at the counter and grab your own table The restaurant is split. The kitchen and counter is as you walk in with bathrooms to the right. The kitchen is an open kitchen so you can actually watch the workers make pizza. They also have a showcase with pizza by the slice. Service staff was very busy and was just very busy (kind of like a chinese restaurantjust get it done). The slices are huge but the prices reflect that. A lot of people was waiting to pick up pizzas to go. Whole pizzas range from $32 and up. The crust is not the real crispy type more on the softer side. We all have different prefferences I prefer a more crispy crust. A popular pizza place that has been around for long time...not the cheapest but a lot love them. If you havent tried them yet might be worth it to check them out. read more

What a crazy hidden pizza gem in the middle of Aiea! I'm one of those commuters who are just ready to get home - tunnel vision - nothing stops me. So after years of passing by these random buildings on the side of the road, I finally turned right....and that was right. Okay, well it wasn't random I ended up here, our friend group decided to come here for dinner, so I am grateful for them for knowing this place and planning a dinner here. I love the decorations here and the open kitchen adds the the ambiance too. It's of course, Boston focused with a lot of no-nonsense attitude to spare. The staff also matches the friendly atmosphere, it seems like they all get along and have fun running the show. This is especially important since it is almost like an "open kitchen" concept. You see and hear everything so you see the dough flying along with their banter back and forth as well. Pizzas were amazing! They had a bunch of different flavors and were very helpful offering to cut bigger size slices smaller so the kids could eat or easier to split the pizza. Our favorite was something with cheese, spinach, and another topping. There was also this one with bacon that hot the spot with everyone on the table that we ordered ANOTHER ONE! The best & biggest pizzas! This is a must try for the freshest pizza. I absolutely love their original pizza sauce. It's a bit sweet which I really like. They definitely have something for everyone from garlic, mushroom, fresh tomatoes, the classic pepperoni, spinach and so much more! You can order by the slice or order a whole pizza! They even do half and half if you can't decide. I must say the pizzas here are HUGE so come hungry! Like 19" wide pizza big! The pizza itself is thin crust with a super crispy bottom and crust. It balances out the saucy topping. One "slice" is actually 2 slices so you definitely get your moneys worth! Wow this place is amazing, I haven't come to any Bostons pizza in maybe 10 years and recently came to this location. How did I forget how good the pizza is! Plenty of parking in back, and so much good pizza. We ordered a half sausage, spinach and garlic and half of their "Big Red" which is tomato, garlic, mushrooms and spinach. It was more than enough for for 3 people. The atmosphere here was awesome, they had live football on TV and the employees and atmosphere was very upbeat and happy. First time eating in and didn't expect much, besides greeted by the smell of fresh pizza and full display of pizza slices. It was around 1pm and there was a wide variety of red sauce pizzas and a few white sauce. I wanted to try their cheesy garlic bread since I seen many photos of it, and it was alright, I expected a little more of that cheese pull moment, however the cup of marinara sauce made up for it because I get to use it on my pizza crusts. Let me tell you, I was expecting just a slice, but nope. One order of your pizza of choice, is actually two slices. So if you're wondering why you pay $6+ for a slice you get two for a price of one. Can't complain and the pizza, it's amazing, thin, foldable slices with a fat, fluffy crust to dip in that sauce. *chefs kiss* need to wash it done with a can of cola as well. Regular pizzas like cheese and pepperoni is about $6+ but ordering a specialty pizza like "Spicy Jenny"or Carbonara is around $9+. The dining area is spacious and has a lot of tables for your group or by yourself. These pizzas are huge! I ordered 2 pizzas for 3 people thinking I'd have a few slices leftover for the next day... I have an entire pizza leftover. The spicy chicken pizza was good, but the pepperoni was out of this world. I really enjoyed it. The crust was thin and flaky, not too much sauce, with the perfect amount of cheese. The only complaint I have is about the ordering website. The add on selections are not mobile friendly so I accidentally fat fingered onions instead of jalapeños. Best pizza on the island! I moved away in 1983, and this pizza establishment was born in 1994. The location it sits at now used to be a Pizza Hut. I don't know how and when I was introduced to this pizza but it keeps me going back, even though I see the prices going up all the time, it's still so good. My favorite is the spinach, mushroom and garlic. I always get that and I can usually try another piece from my daughter because they cut it in 2 pieces and she always get something different. This past dine in, they had a Carbonara pizza, that was pretty good, buy I'd have preferred a little more white sauce. The crust is the best. Its crispy and chewy. I could only wish to make crust like that. You choose your pizza and they put it in the oven for 5mins, it's never burnt. They are continuously making new pies. read more

I haven't been to Boston's Pizza in such a long time!!! Why though? I have no clue! I need to be coming here more often when the need for pizza strikes! I've missed their delicious, extremely large slices of cheesy goodness! Not to mention, I absolutely live all the Boston paraphernalia! Go Red Sox! Go Celtics! I'm not a huge fan of the other sports, but Go Boston! Lol. The space is large and open while lots of room and tables. My kids made friends with the kids sitting next to us, and decided to camp under a couple tables. Most of the staff are nice and friendly. One person rolled her eyes at me when I asked if they could cut one slice smaller for the kids. When the pizza came to the table, it was cut once like all the others. But then the guy who brought the order over realized it was for the kids and took it back to be cut smaller. Thank you to that guy! Go figure, that's what I had asked for to begin with... I can't believe I forgot how good Boston's pizza is. It's been a while and I usually go to the one on Waialae. It was my first time at this location and I like it better. They have a bigger selection that's already pre-made and you can actually dine in. Their pizza slices are huge, but on the pricey side. You get two pieces per order. We got the pepperoni $7.64 and cheesy garlic bread $6. You order what you want in the display and they'll heat it for you in the oven. The pepperoni pizza was cheesy, gooey and really oily. I guess that's what makes it good, lol. Their marinara sauce is full of bold flavor. You can see the workers making the pizza from scratch. They toss and twirl the pizza dough in the air. The cheesy garlic bread was also very good. It came with the marinara dipping sauce. The hubby and I shared the pizza and garlic bread, since it was so much. We were both full and happy. read more

Pizza is decent, price is reasonable. Problem is the service. Several times I've had Kristyn take my order and ring me up. She definitely needs to improve on her customer service. Was a last minute decision to stop by but im so glad I did. I was hungry after flying into Oahu and this was near the airport so I decided to check it out. It blew away my expectations! Definitely in my top pizza places list. The pizza was phenomenal! Crust was definitely the highlight. Perfectly crisp outside, some softness on the inside, some chew but not hard. I picked up 2 pizzas from the Aiea location on Friday afternoon. I was surprised that they were so busy! Lots of people had ordered online and their pizzas were ready for them. There was a constant stream of people the whole time I waited for my order. The lady who was taking orders is a rock star. She was taking orders, ringing up people, calling out orders, cutting pizza, packing up the pizza...everything all with a smile! There are tables so you can dine in if you want to. There is a large parking lot so parking shouldn't be a problem. Had to wait about 30 minutes for my 2 pizzas which was no problem. We ate the pizzas at home a few hours later so it wasn't 'fresh out of the oven', but they were good! The fam liked the spinach, garlic mushroom one more than the Boston Special. I love this convenience of being able to get a slice without committing to a whole pizza ! This place is definitely one of my go-to drop in pizza places when I just want to treat myself. Most "slices" are about $10. But don't let that price tag deter you, these slices are HUGE! I made the mistake of getting what I thought was two slices (total price came to be about $21) but I left with half a pizza . And when I say half a pizza I'm talking Costco size half a pizza!! My husband and I stopped by on a Monday right when it opened. We ordered pepperoni slices and then slices with pepperoni, onion, bell peppers, and sausage. Both were really good. Great food and service! I ordered a pizza and when I picked it up it was wrong - red sauce instead of white. I checked it in the parking lot and headed back in to see what they could do, because my husband can't eat red sauce. One of the employees was at the door and immediately asked if something was wrong. He took ownership of the problem, and immediately said they would start another one for me and told me to just keep the one that was made wrong. 15 minutes later I was on my way home with two pizzas, both of which were perfect! I don't say that often about pizza, because I grew up in the pizza capital of the universe (NY, not Italy!) so I'm a complete pizza snob. But this pizza was made right. Great pizza, but the customer service was awful. The fat guy behind the counter was careless, made obvious mistakes, and didn't seem interested in taking care of customers. I asked for a slice of meat lovers, and instead of giving me an actual meat lovers slice, he tried to throw extra meat on top of a stale pepperoni slice and pass it off as what I ordered. Then, less than two minutes after I placed my order for something else, a fresh meat lovers pizza came out. I asked to change and he said, NO! Pizza is decent to good toasted fresh out of the oven. Think I got tiktoked because one of two slices was half the normal size.

My favorite pizza at Bostons would be the Pepperoni, Mushroom, and Black Olives. Bostons is usually quick and the pizza is best enjoyed while still hot. The size of the whole pizza and slices are great! You can easily share one slice with another person! This location has a good size area where you can dine in. The staff is usually very friendly when I stop in. The pizza would be perfect if the crust could be a bit softer, but overall still a great pizza. read more

The food and service was great. All the one star reviews seem to be by impatient people. Myself and another customer did have to wait additional time but the staff offered food items to make up for it. There was also a very rude lady coming in complaining that someone else got their pizza before her and distracted all the employees from concentrating on other customers food.
