There really should be a sign or something that says pick up AND in person orders so that we all line up in one line or for the worker to straight up say, "who's next?" Before helping people (just a suggestion). Although online my order said it's be ready by a certain time. I still had to wait about 5-10 minutes more. I ordered a BBQ blaze sandwich with fries and 2 mild crispy tenders. The wait was not too bad. As I got my order, the lovely worker made small conversation, which was nice. I got home and I come to find out there are no pickles in my sandwich :( (it said it came with pickles online). The fries were delicious but towards the end they were stale, and crispy. The chicken tenders were sweet and delicious but I didn't like the oil hanging out on the bottom. Maybe next time I'll try a dry rub flavor and be sure to have the pickles in there before I leave and try another type of fries. For these reasons I give it a 4/5.
