We decided to take ours home for two reasons. One we have a little one and unfortunately, she wouldn't eat this type of pizza. Two, the the seating was not conducive for family setting. My husband and I have very different tastes when it comes to pizza so fire fresh pizza is a great option for us, as they offer whole pizzas and pizza by the slice. I got a slice of artichoke pizza and my husband got the bee sting. He obviously prefers spicy, while I do not. First of all the service was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We found out they are family/locally owed. I let them know it was our first time and they told us the best tips to reheat the pizza at home, which worked out great for us! We talked about the other pizzas that are offered during the week. We stopped by on a Sunday evening and it looked as though they had sold out of some of their more popular items. Again, we took our pizza to go and reheated it in the air fryer as suggested. It reheated perfectly! Super crispy just like right out of the pizza oven. I had to buy a side of ranch because I love ranch with my pizza. I am so glad I did. The ranch is so fresh and full of herbs! I think it would be fantastic to buy a side of this on its own. My husband loved the heat level of his pizza and the crispness of the crust. My crust also was delicious and crispy. The vegetable toppings were perfect. This pizza is SO good. The flavor options are not just your ordinary options. I am obsessed with the crunchy-soft crust. This is my new pizza sport for sure! Saw this place from a social media and it's near us so we decided to give it a try. If you are looking for this place, it is all the way in the back of the industrial complex of Allen Ave. Or just follow your nose with the oven baked aroma. They serve by the slices and also full sheet or half a sheet of pizza. The varieties for the pizza topping are pretty unique. We picked pastrami(Johny Brown) and pepperoni drizzle with honey(Bee Sting). They will heat it up when you picked your selections. Go there before 1:30pm before they run out of choices. Fire Fresh Pizza offers solid ready made Roman Style slices! I had come by to Fire Fresh Pizza during a break time and this pizza was definitely FIRE! The location is in a business park so be on the look out the pizza flag and their logo to find them. The parking lot has spaces all over. The staff was kind the moment I walked in. They greeted me and were ready to help me in moments. I had told them I never been before so the staff educated me on their pizza style and most popular options. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. The location has few table top seats but there are 2 patios style seats near some of the trees if you want to eat outside. They had a handful of slices ready to go. Slices are Roman Style per the staff, so they are light, crispy and airy. I decided on the "Bee Sting" and the "Meat Your Maker" slices. The slices were heated up and topped with some basil for freshness. The two slices came up to about $17 total. I decided to eat it outside and once I opened the boxed it looked amazing. They cut the slices up so it came it 4 pieces. Both of these slices were bomb! They were as advertised. The slices were crispy and airy. A lightness in each bite with the same balance of deliciousness of their ingredients. The Bee Sting had a good heat to it. The Meat Your Maker was a savory option for the meat lovers. Overall, it was a 5/5 experience for me. I look forward to dropping by to get some ready made slices since there are only few pizza spots offering them. I've never really heard of roman style pizza before so when I found this place on yelp, I was really intrigued. I'm used to getting chicago or new york style but wow, this place truly gave me a change of heart. I love that they have so many different types to choose from. and the crunch on the crust? WOW so good. The pesto here is delicious! I got a few slices and even after the next day, I reheated a few and it was still just as good. The team here is also really nice. Insane. I can't believe this place is right in my backyard. They've been around for 7 months but today is the first time I've tried their pizzas and their food truly lives up to their name - it is FIRE. Delicious, filling and healthy. I saw a 2 star review saying Costco pizzas are cheaper. That's true. But what that reviewer neglected to mention is that Costco uses additive-enriched flour. Don't get me wrong, Costco's food is great to get in a pinch. But without fail, I always get a tummy ache after eating it. I don't have a gluten allergy but I definitely react to flour additives like bleaching agents, sodium pyrophosphate (the chemical that makes pizza fluffy and light) and potassium bromate (a known carcinogen that strengthens dough that is banned in the EU but not here). Pizza made with that kind of flour just sits in my stomach and takes forever to digest. When I ate Fire Fresh's pizzas, I did not have that reaction. The only reaction I had was sadness because we finished the pies. It's clear that their flour has none of the dangerous toxins Costco's flour (and other establishments') has. The fun guy (funghi) was out of this world - the mix of truffles, arugula, mushroom and cheese was a taste I won't soon forget. Divine! The pepperoni was excellent too. The flavors of the sausage and tomato sauce danced on my palate and deepened with each bite. I'm eager to support this business because with all the health issues Americans now face, it's of primary importance to my family to consume food that is nutritious and devoid of all those enhancers. So glad this gem is nearby! We will be visiting them again sometime this week when we don't know what to make for dinner. And many more times after. :) read more

Omg -- this place is amazing! I first tried their pizza from the food truck at Claremont Ale Brewery on a Wednesday night and loved it so much that I had to check out their brick-and-mortar location. They offer Roman-style pizza by the slice as well as whole pies. I ordered the same whole pie I had earlier in the week because it was just that good -- even though there were so many other slices I was tempted to try. To my surprise, after I paid, they gifted me two slices of another flavor I'd been eyeing. It was such a thoughtful and generous gesture -- truly above and beyond. That's 5+ star customer service right there. The spot can be a little tricky to find, and there's no indoor seating, but there are a couple of shaded tables with umbrellas just outside, which make for a nice place to enjoy your pizza. So this is a follow up to my last review on Fire Fresh Pizza. My guy and I went to "Burning Bridge," brewing, we were wanting to order from this place since they were at a pop up at Old Stump. My guy called to order a pizza, the person who answered told him to order online. Hmmm! Interesting.. So he looks up online and no where to order, but on door dash. The pizza said $19.00 but you had to order on DoorDash where prices go up to $25, plus delivery. We just wanted to order a pizza, pick it up and go back to the brewery. DIDN'T happen. So we drove over, my guy walked in to order a whole pizza, they said they weren't making whole pizza, only pizza slices that were already made, sitting in the glass area. It was only 7 pm. Interestingly enough, I was scrolling through Instagram and I got a video pop-up that was not too far from me about a new spot. I love a good pizza with good crisp and the video showed just that. I decided to come to this little hole in the wall and try it out. They had a special for five different kinds and I took advantage of that opportunity. They were slices. Let's just say that I was very pleased. I was a little worried because it was a Roman pizza and I thought it was gonna be thick, but it was nice and crispy on the bottom and soft on top. It was the perfect combo. My favorite was the cheese, believe it or not even though that's not my normal go to but the pepperoni was also good. I wish the pepperonis were bigger. and maybe a little crispy, but I put hot honey on it and everything was good to go. Some of the pizzas after they are put back in the oven are drizzled with pesto sauce. I think that it could've used without it or they could've put it on the side because some of the pesto sauce was a little salty. All in all I for sure will be back and now that I know what my go to favorites are I will definitely place an order to pick up before this place gets so busy. read more

Glad I tried this. It was awesome. I've had a lot of LA pizza, including many of the west side options, this compares with the best of them. It's most similar in style to Triple Beam, being Roman style- I think it's better by a fair bit, tbh. It's really good here. The pizza I got was fresh with a fantastic dough base and flavors. I tried a variety- some standard (pepperoni/ cheese) and less standard (pastrami and grape)- and really liked it all. I need to add more pictures next time of the shop itself , the inside is very clean and welcoming- great for a slice shop.- I liked the aesthetic.) Service was welcoming and encouraging. Tried this place today with my wife, two daughters and their two guys. Sampled several different pizzas. All of them were great. Don't be afraid of the partially cooked pizzas they have on display thinking they won't be fresh. They popped those suckers in the oven for a few minutes and they were hot and crispy. We were greeted by a woman (wish we would have gotten her name) who explained that this was their full time prep kitchen that they decided to open up. They usually do pub crawls and private events. We immediately noticed the logo...FF Foo Fighters. We got the Meat your Maker and the Johnny Brown. Both were exceptional! We enjoyed every bite, the crust was amazing and toppings excellent.
