I called the store to explain the situation, and the manager answered. I told her what happened, and she said, "Okay, you can come pick up your wings." The pizza is good for the price You Bee' s charging close to 20$ for a 1 topping and you still have to bake it. Round Table charging close to 60$ for a 1 topping plus delivery. This has happened to me on multiple occasions. Customer service is non existent. Manager sitting in the office not overseeing what is going on. I've picked up food here a few times for my partner and I've also gotten feedback from his personal experiences with this place. There have been a few times where I have tried to call and they absolutely don't answer their phone. Each time I go into the restaurant there is a crowd and it's not obvious who's in line to order and who has already ordered because there is no organization. The fridge for drinks and stuff doesn't often have a lot of product in it. They never seem to have hot and ready pizzas when I go in so I always have to wait. The prices have gone up a lot over the years it seems so now you're just getting a really cheap pizza for the price of a better one almost anywhere else. I guess the good thing should be that you don't have to wait for it because it's already made.. but like I said that hasn't been the case each time I've gone. I use to come here many years ago and it was far from prefect but at least it felt right employees looked more happy to what they do now. Also there wasn't no bumms hanging out like they do now. And quality of the pizza is disgusting taste like rubber if I want that I can go to my local tire shop and eat a tire cause it seems like the same thing.
