The manager reached out to me, we spoke about the issues with the quality of the food, the service being poor and she let me know that a few internal issues has been resolved. This location takes forever for a 1 topping pizza. If you call and order they ask so many questions and make you repeat your information numerous times still they ask you to repeat yourself. This guy's accent is so thick. It sounds like he's got peanut butter stuck to the roof of his mouth or he's drunk. Just go to Little Caesars across the street. You can get your pizza in less than five minutes. I've come to this location before and it takes them literally 45 minutes to cook a one topping pizza so if you got two hours to wait for Pizza, this is your spot. Placed the order at 11:14 AM and got a notice close to noon that our Dasher would arrive at 12:03. Almost thirty minutes later I had to reach out to the restaurant and make sure the driver didn't get lost. It was another 10 minutes or so before he arrived with the pizza...and yes it was cold. I eat here weekly. I've been ordering the same thing every week for years and I never know what I'm going to get as far as consistency. I started giving specific directions but they only listen occasionally. I hate paying for pizza that I don't eat. They don't have any set standards for the amounts of ingredients and toppings. Not everyone wants a half inch of sauce and an inch of cheese... also don't want just cheese a d bread. If all the employees were making the pizza the same way... that would be a very helpful starting point. I will say that about 75 percent of the pizzas are good but 99 percent would be better. I believe that the new employee turn around is part of the problem but they need to set some standards that every employee can follow. read more

Round Table Pizza is a long-time favorite of mine with their King Arthur's Supreme. I have been making the rounds to the local pizza establishments in town knowing full well that the best pizza in town is none other than VIP. This Round Table is my second favorite. The King Arthur's Supreme comes loaded with pepperoni, Italian sausage, salami, mushrooms, green peppers onions, and black olives. My Portuguese heritage loves that this pizza comes standard with linguica. Guinevere's Garden Delight is another favorite of mine which comes loaded with fresh veggies. I would like it if Round Table had a thin crust option for the GGD pizza, although there is a gluten free crust available. The service here is usually fast and friendly. Due to C-19 restrictions in this county, the large dining room is closed, and masks are required for entry. Contactless payment is not truly contactless. I used Apple Pay for payment of my order, but I was still required to use a public pen to sign a paper receipt which is kind of bizarre to me. read more

Its fair to say its a average pizza spot. Usually, I don't have high expectations as it's considered fast food. However, this particular location, for some reason, cannot get my pizza right upon arrival It's cold, or the ingredients are not good. If you order desserts such as cinnamon breadsticks, they always arrive cold and burnt. I've been to this place a handful of times and every single time I've gone, the place looks very well kept. I've never seen garbage or dirty dishes laying around. The salad bar is amazing with its variety of choices... it's always stocked, and never messy. My orders have always been accurate and hot. The employees.. well I'll say they are kind and professional but in my experience they have always seemed unhappy. It is what it is though.
