On par with a lot of the other reviews the food was good but the service makes the experience very awkward and uncomfortable. The vibes between the employees is incredibly uneasy, they all seem like they don't want to communicate with each other or work as a team. There was very poor delegation of tasks, due to this lack of communication, despite 5 employees working, they were barely able to get one customer completed every 10 minutes. It also says that they perform audio and video recordings of guests for employee training purposes, if you're doing that and compromising guest privacy at the very minimum have a team that demonstrates it. The owner really needs to address this issue, there's multiple reviews here that point it out but no action being taken. read more

Over priced for what I received. I ordered a Meatball speciality pizza, and a chopped salad and a couple fountain drinks. The meatball pizza came and there were six slices, each with one piece of meatball on it. The crust was burnt. The pizza was difficult to eat. I was there for a two hour meeting. It was freezing in the meeting room. We were told they don't have control over air conditioning. Service for ordering was satisfactory. Food was made in a timely manner. Staff were courteous and helpful when asked a question. Ambiance was simple. Place was clean, tables were clean and floors were also clean. I'm sorry to say I will probably not return to this pizza restaurant. read more

We've gone a few times, and it's always the same. Sometimes (like our last visit), there's one employee (this time, I think he was the manager) who seems happy to be there and friendly to the customers. On this visit, we tried two of the "Spicy & Sweet" specials. They were delicious. The hot honey was great. The spicy cheesy bread and meatballs were delicious. I'd never tried either of those, and both were really good. The pizza is always good, and the fold (like a calzone) was good too. As far as fast food goes, this is good. I went to this location and they said I could only have 5 toppings for a build your own! 5!!! Never have I heard of this new rule and if you order online you are allowed as many toppings as you wish. Even on the poster they have hanging inside it says "any toppings". It is the saddest pizza I have ever eaten from blaze. read more

We ordered original crust, light red sauce, mozzarella, fresh basil, fresh roasted garlic cloves, cherry tomatoes, a little salt flake, oregano and olive oil drizzle after it came out of the oven. The one option I would have liked to have ordering Blaze through Door Dash would be to ask for the pizza to be a little crispier. Overall the pizza was very good, my own mix and match of toppings made for quite the "delightful" experience for my taste buds! But adding a lot of toppings lead to a very fragile and almost "soggy" pizza. Pro Tip: don't go overboard with toppings or your pizza will not hold its structure. Either double up on the dough or ask for extra crispy. The cheesy bread was just "ok". It wasn't very flavorful, was more "doughy" than anything! Me & Eds has a better version of this, so I would pass. The desserts here are lacking in options; but they aren't bad either. The s'mores dessert is good, it's almost like a moon pie but two cookies and s'mores in the middle; delicious! Then the brownie covered in olive oil impressed me the most! It was moist, full savory and sweet chocolate flavor! Must try! Do yourself a favor and go pick this up! Normally delivery isn't "bad" but for this pizza it is. You rather have your pizza hot, fresh, and not so soggy! Having it possible waiting for your driver, having too many toppings and then finally arriving at your house 30 min later doesn't make for the best quality. I'll start out by saying that the pizza was really delicious! When I walked into the restaurant, I was able to walk right up to the counter as there was no one else in front of me. It took a while for the employee to start my order because they were working on online orders. eventually got me started with what kind of dough I wanted, but went back to their online orders. After about 10 minutes of waiting, I was able to get my pizza started down the assembly line. The pizza was cooked relatively quickly and I was able to add any toppings on after the pizza was cooked. I also enjoyed a bundle deal that they had going on for two pizzas and two sodas for $22. I took the pizzas to go and they even tasted great the next day reheated. It seems like this may have been a staffing issue because the dining room was also a bit messy with tables not being cleared and food scraps on the ground, but I saw a total of 2 people working. I will be going back to Paul's Pizza, but I will probably place an order online because it seems as those have priority and I do not want to wait for 30 minutes for my pizza again. read more

They put sea salt mushrooms, then it goes in the oven when it comes out of the oven. You can have it drizzled with pesto or garlic sauce or barbecue sauce. I had mine with pesto sauce. I went here a few times during the tail end of COVID 2022 - 2023. Each time the employees were kind of goofing around. The last time was the worst, seemed like a female shift lead or GM was flirting with the guy on the oven. She did not provide good service or act friendly with me at all, even acting grumpy when I asked for ingredients that had run out, though they literally just had to get a fresh container out somewhere behind them or under the counter. The sauce was the main culprit, and it's so key for pizza but this was old and the container so extremely empty, they were scraping the sides getting basically only the really oxidized, unappetizing sauce that remained... even then not quite enough to fill a serving spoon. Several other ingredients looked like they had been out too long and were wilting or changing color. Lastly since this was still during COVID, it was pretty annoying to see multiple hand sanitizer stations completely out, and it was not busy when I went. Unfortunately I will never be back to this location, just not worth the price-to-quality ratio... and I can make this kind of pizza much better and healthier at home. Also, consider that this review is from someone who worked many years in food service and customer service... as such I always tip well, even at takeout places like this, and I'm extra understanding. But for me to be nicer, more engaging and accommodating than the staff is completely unacceptable. I've rarely had such an unnecessarily bad experience. read more

I wish I could give zero stars. Don't waste your time, energy or money!! The place was empty when we got there except for maybe three workers. It was a full three minutes before we were even acknowledged. The workers were too busy complaining about another worker (or supervisor). The only person who was friendly was the girl who was manning the oven. We hadn't been here for a while but they used to greet you when you came in the door and were very willing to make sure that your pizza was exactly as you wanted. Today they couldn't care less. It was our first time here. The place was super clean and all the staff was extremely friendly. The staff that took our order, Veronica, was really patient and explained the process. I ordered a gluten free crust (not due to an allergy or anything) but she asked if she needed to change her gloves. So coThe girls that built our pizza Kas & Joselyn were extremely helpful.
