Upon our arrival it is OBVIOUS that the ownership has changed. I immediately(respectfully) ask about the previous owner. It is quite arrogantly explained to me that said previous owner was never the owner but a leasee of theirs. I then ask if they are cooking the fish the same way as non former owner leasee guy. To which they reply, that it was THEIR RECIPE in the first place....uh ok.... After a 30 minute wait for our take out order, we finally get our bags and are out the door. We get to the house, and prepare to DIG IN...to find the most horrendous display. Fried fish is what we ordered. What we received were strips of fish that had NO COATING that looked as if they were fried in OLD GREASE with minimal to no heat. ICK. i immediately called them to inquire, surely believing we had been given someone's "Special" order. NOPE. this is how "they have always done it". uh...NO.....i informed them i was on my way to return and receive my refund. they need to call the non owner but leasee guy back and tell them he can have his business back.
