Food is good. The woman who works in the restaurant as a waitress seems to have a split personality. Pick up orders: friendly. Waitress: unfriendly, rude and not on the ball. I have never left a terrible tip until the last time I visited. I think she just wants to work the take out. I will never eat in house there again. This is our family's go-to for Chinese Food. We've tried other restaurants around the area, but always come back to Little Chopsticks. Friendly service, heaps of food that's ready in 15 mins and I never need to ask for extra sauces, because the quantities are appropriately sized for the meals :D. I so appreciate that they still serve freshly prepared dumplings, spring rolls and egg rolls. We've ordered the same apps at other restaurants and were served something similar to what you can find in the frozen food section at the grocery store. I would come to this restaurant for this reason alone! Sweet and Sour chicken is a favorite and served with fresh and crisp veggies. The white and fried rice is always fluffy, noodles are never mushy. They offer the standard variety of favorite dishes and apps including some of the best Crab Rangoons I've ever had. The food here is standard industrial American Chinese food, but it's done well. Nothing I have had stands out as spectacular, but on the flip side nothing's been gross either. The staff are very friendly, and they're quick in the kitchen. The prices are reasonable for the area. read more

Ok... so since my initial review, I have gotten takeout from this place at least 3 more times. None of my latter visits measured to the level of quality of the first time I visited. The second time I ordered, they actually forgot one of my items. The third time I ordered from there, things tasted off and a bit stale, the fourth and perhaps final time I ordered, the General Tso had a sort of "chemical" taste to it. I don't really mess around with that so I'll most likely pass on future visits. It's a shame, but I suppose my search for Fall River Chinese food that isn't questionable continues. Until then, I'll be making my pilgrimages to Sweet Ginger in Fairhaven. read more

We order here about once a month, at least. Sometimes takeout, other times delivery. We have never had a bad experience. Food always arrives on time and still hot usually too! Delicious and very affordable. read more

Little Chopsticks III has always been our go-to Chineese-takeout place, mainly in part to it's close proximity to our home. Last month I got a flyer from them stating that they would be serving, you guessed it, sushi! This brought me GREAT excitement, I am a huge sushi-monster and there is really not a lot of Japanese restaurants within 5-10 minute drive that serve it. I had reservations about the experience being that it was in-fact a traditional American-Chineese food restaurant. But out of curiosity, I ordered a sushi-regular and a side of spicy tuna. I'll start with the price, the sushi-regular is about 5-8$ more then some of the BYOB-college area sushi places in Providence, which in most cases boast pretty decent sushi. So that is kind of a turn off, I typically go to this place for a cheap quick dinner but I was willing to pay a premium price if the meal was good. While the atmosphere is decent and fairly clean, I opted for take-out so I could enjoy the sushi with a nice drink. My first gripe was the wasabi and ginger that was packaged much in the same way soy-sauce to-go is. A lot of Japanese restaurants use the little dixie cups to package these items to go; if your lucky the wasabi and ginger is fresh.. sometimes it's made from power or a can but still isn't half bad. This stuff was pretty bland and a pain because in-order to get the amount needed to enjoy my meal I had to open up 8-10 plastic packages plus find a little dipping cup for my soy-sauce. But whatever, I got take out. Then it was the taste test. I am always a huge critic of Nigiri-rice because it plays such a large role in the texture of the sushi. This rice was about a 4 out of 10. It was definitely long-grain sushi rice but it was slightly over-cooked and didn't seem to have the normal dressings (rice vinegar, sugar, salt) that normal sushi rice has.. so it was bland. It stuck together but mainly because it was over-cooked. The fish shared this blandness but quality was what mattered to me here; I'll note the Salmon and Tuna Nigiri since I have the most experience tasting these raw. The first was good, not super fresh. It was again probably a 4 out of 10, you could tell that another six hours of oxidation and it would taste fishy or too chewy for a fatty fish. My rolls were wrong, I got vegetarian instead of Spicy Tuna. I agree that it was partially my fault, there is a huge language barrier between the concierge and myself, and I neglected to use the menu numbers to order. I highly recommend using the numbers to order, easier and you get what you want. The rolls weren't bad. Again, the rice kinda took over with it's lack of flavor but the veggies were fresh. My overall opinion was that the sushi was less than worth it for the price. I suppose if desperation strikes you it is not an awful choice but there are far superior sushi places (like Jackie's Galaxy) less than a 20 minute drive away. That being said, for American-Chineese, it's not half bad. I know the reviews on Little Chopsticks are less than stellar but my family and I have made many a good meal out of the Pu-Pu Platter for two. The batter is good, clearly fried fresh, the right price and ready fast. Just wouldn't recommend the sushi-menu. read more

To each their own; my roommates and I are divided on this one. They enjoy getting delivery from here, mainly because it's literally two blocks away. I, on the other hand, am not a big fan of the food. Similar to other reviews here, there's no single glaring issue with the food (for the most part). It's just not... good. You know how everyone has that one friend who just isn't a good cook but no one is willing to say anything? This is like that. It's not inedible or anything, but I have no desire to order from here again. In addition, the prices would be reasonable if this were any other restaurant, but the food just doesn't deliver the expected value. I will say that when I've gone in for take-out, the dining room looks nice. Typical asian buffet style furniture. But I've never actually seen a soul there other than the staff. I wish I could offer more constructive criticism, but all I can say is that next time my roommates order from here, I won't be joining them. read more

Szechuan food in Fall River? Really? C'mon, really? Not some Cantonese joint but real Szechuan fare? You're sure that it's not simply a chow mein sandwich shop? -If you ask me again I will hit you. I come here frequently as I work nearby. I was dubious at first but have had some really good experiences. Atmosphere would be a 2 at most. The restaurant is dated and blah Booths are visibly numbered. Soy sauce bottles are always empty. Utensils and napkins are in a caddy on the table. Service is a solid 3. There has only ever been 1 guy running the front. He is a male in his late 20s or 30s. He has a neutral personality but is very efficient. There are at least a few people in the kitchen from what I hear from voices. The food is a solid 4-4.5. The menu is pretty typical other than the order of it is odd. Rather than just sections they have lists of the most popular entrees and appetizers as one. This is also on table tents. The buffet referenced in previous reviews no longer exists. The combination plates are where it is at. They have the same plates at lunch and at dinner. Sizes seem to be the same. Each plate comes with entree and rice and your choice of an appetizer with additional appetizers available for a small charge. Most places have a warning of "No substitution," this place has a list of substitutions and the prices. I have had the orange chicken, szechwan chicken and the peanut chicken. Ail are very good and plentiful. I usually substitute chicken lo mein for the rice. The lo mein here is awesome, no overwhelming amounts of sprouts and onions or other things but mainly tasty noodles and chicken. I have had egg rolls and boneless ribs for appetizers. Both are very well done. Food is always piping hot snd fresh tasting. Prices are average. Come for the food not the atmosphere! read more

We've ate here many times, the customer service is never 5 star but usually average. Tonight it was unacceptable . We ordered $60 worth of food and had it delivered. The first meal I removed from our box was so hot the bottom had melted and when I picked it up the scalding contents fell out onto my leg . The 2nd meal was just as hot but thankfully I picked it up with caution. But still 2 combo meals that were not edible , full of melted plastic. read more

Came in on a Thursday afternoon. The dining room was empty but they were busy with frequent pick up orders while I was there. The atmosphere would get 2/5 stars. The interior was clean, but pretty ugly as far as decor and style. It looks like it could use a renovation and some new decorations. The service was 4/5 stars. The man who greeted me at the front was also my server. He was generally friendly and accomodating. 5 stars would be reserved for someone who listed specials or gave suggestions. The food was a 3.5/5 stars After reading many complaints on here I was expecting the food to be much worse. I generally shy away from "american" Chinese food. Which usually fried and greasy. I ordered the schzechuan chicken and asked for it extra spicy. The food arrived quickly and looked pretty good. The taste was very good. I would consider it slightly above mild spiciness. However, I love spicey asian food and am used to much hotter, so for the average Eater it would probably be very spicy. It came with a side of white rice which was average steamed rice. My only complaint about the dish would be that it was a bit on the oily side. Overall it was much better than i expected. If you are coming here for anything other than fried greasy American Chinese food this is much like any other Chinese restaurant. If you're looking for something a bit more authentic or traditional there aren't many options. I would recommend ordering one of the spicy schezuan dishes. read more

This restaurant has decent food. Recently, they have changed their lunch buffet system to a format I don't care for, so I won't be going back. Rather than a plate system, you now purchase one styrofoam container (think of it as a trough) with one fill'er up. It's rather uncivilized and if you happen to find a cold or worn-out dish, you can't take what's good and wait for the others to be replenished. read more

Excellent food and exemplary service! Really, the staff is nice, professional, and incredibly friendly. One of the few places around that offers delivery (and they're so fast!). We tried to order today, Dec 31st 2017, and had a major issue. I called at 530 pm thinking we can beat the rush. We were told sorry the driver is not in til 7. Call back then. Thinking this is really odd you tell me to call back when you should have taken the order and then had it delivered when he came in? Well surprise surprise when i call back at 705 and told by a guy this time no sorry were not doing delivery! When i asked why would the woman say call back at 7 guess what i hear in the backround? A woman SCREAMING NO NO DELIVERY TELL THEM NO DELIVERY! Seriously?! The guy continues to say oh we got really busy. So in less than 5 min you got so busy that you cant deliver? General tos's chicken tasted weird i had to put the crabrangoon to make it taste better...if u are going to eat in the restaurant the large is so small :( the boy eric touch the hole fork that he gave me to eat with no silver wear was on the table!!! I am always reluctant to write a negative review about a family owned business because I realize they feed their family based upon the business they receive. The food is simply not good. We ordered 6 dishes and not one was considered passable to be ordered again. We are not foodies that are hyper critical. We simply wanted a warm meal that had flavor. The restaurants atmosphere was poor. The owner's 4 children were running about and making all kinds of noise. This was at 8 pm and we were the only patrons which made it really uncomfortable. So sorry to only give 2 stars, but this rating is being charitable. The people I was with had a negative experience 3 months earlier, but figured we should give it another try. Oh well Little Chopsticks 3 won't be getting our business again and it is so close to my family's home that we wish it was a good Chinese restaurant. read more

The gentleman who took our order was nice. I bought two combination plates. One plate had Lobster Sauce, House Fried Rice, Boneless Ribs, and Crab Rangoon. The taste of the Lobster Sauce was good ( I didn't see any meat in the sauce only eggs) House fried rice had a little flavor. Boneless Ribs were dry. I really enjoyed the Crab Rangoon. The second plate had Lobster Sauce, Pork Fried Rice, and Chicken Fingers. The Pork Fried Rice didn't have much flavor. The Chicken Fingers were (very small) but good. When we got to the hotel we noticed the Pork Fried Rice was missing I called the restaurant and the gentleman who took the order apologized and quickly delivered my rice to my hotel room. read more

Great place, food is way better than most of the Chinese places in Fall River which tend to be terrible and very dirty.

Scallion pancakes are my favorite. Pork fried rice combos are really good price and can come with appetizers. I really like their crab Rangoons and BBQ ribs too. For more authentic Chinese dishes, the rice noodles are good. read more

Ordered a combination dish to go kung pao beef, when I got home and opened the container all they put in it was fried rice and an egg roll.

The food was amazing. We just recently moved to Fall River and have tried a few different places that we hated. Little chopsticks has the best lo mein. The prices weren't crazy either. This will definitely be our go to place! read more
