We were looking for a pediatric dentist for our children as we had been taking them to our dentist, who we love. However, we figured a pediatric dentist would be better equipped and outfitted for wiggly kiddos. I asked in a local Facebook Mom group for pediatric dentist office recommendations based on the needs of our children, and I saw overwhelmingly positive reviews for a few. From there, I took to Yelp and I saw the 5-star reviews for Little Cloud. I called them up, and the receptionist was so delightful and happy to answer any questions. They take our insurance and had openings, so we made our appointments. Now that we've had two cleanings there, it was time to write another all star review for them! I can't praise Dr. Rachel and her office enough! First off, they are easy to make appointments with and have their own private parking lot right in front. This makes everything so easy. Her staff are sweet and sincere, and joyful! When you're greeted, the energy is positive like not only are they happy to be there, but they're happy you're there too! That type of energy and atmosphere is exactly what you want at a pediatric dentist's office! The office is SO cute and well thought out! There's a fun light-up wall with knobs for the kiddos to play with, plus some more toys and books. The furniture is adorable with little cloud stools and a very cool light up cloud ceiling! I mean, this office feels straight out of Instagram/Pinterest! It's way too cute! However, the praise doesn't just stop at the office decor. Looks aren't everything, so more importantly, Dr. Rachel is such a pleasure! She's fantastic with children. She has great techniques to work on babies and nervous children. Fidgety kids? She has TVs mounted on the ceiling as well to hold their interest while she works. She has a fun bar where kids can pick their flavor for their cleaning. Every detail here has been thought out. Plus, she is so kind and informative! She tells you what she's doing and gives helpful intel and advice. Her office is very modern, and bright, with the latest gadgets to help her do her work smoothly and quickly. She also offers appointments where her specially trained therapy dogs can be present! The dogs are in the office twice a week. Our next appointment is when they're there and we're excited! Plus, after the appointment, kiddos can head to the prize wall and get a gapcha! So fun! Plus, on our first visit, they took a cute Polaroid of us to commemorate our visit, and the kids got some cute little items! I love the cloud toothbrush cover! Plus, my baby loved her cloud squishy toy! The entire practice goes out of their way to not only make you feel welcome, but to make the visit fun and enjoyable! This second visit, any nervousness was gone! It was the best dental visit my 6-year-old has ever had, and our 1.5's visit was also a breeze! I couldn't believe how well it went, and its a testament to Dr. Rachel and her team! This is the type of vibe I want when I take them to the dentist. Every single person we encountered was amazing -- starting with the receptionist who greeted us so warmly at the door and immediately made us feel welcome. Our hygienist, Irma, was beyond wonderful. She sang songs to my daughter, explained every step so calmly and gently, and truly helped ease any anxiety a first-time dental visit might bring. Watching my daughter feel comfortable and happy was priceless. And then there's Dr. Rachel -- hands down the sweetest, most patient, and kind-hearted dentist we've ever met. She has such a natural way with kids that you can tell this is more than just a job for her. But the staff who completely stole our hearts? Pearl and Onyx, the fluffy white cloud therapy dogs , along with their incredible trainer (Dr. Rachel's amazing husband!). They added such a special, comforting touch that made the experience truly unforgettable. The decor and overall warmth of this office honestly makes me wish I were a kid again -- I'd love to come here for my own dental appointments! (Sadly, Dr. Rachel only sees patients up to age 26.) We could not be happier with our experience at Little Cloud Pediatric Dentistry! After our twin girls had a less-than-great first dental visit at a different office, we were nervous about taking them to a Dentist again. My child needed a filling and Dr. Rachel and her team walked us through the process seamlessly. We took our son for his first dentist visit around 18 months and were beyond impressed with Little Cloud! The facilities were beautiful and fun for the kiddos -- my son was super comfortable in the waiting areas playing with the light board and watching Ms Rachel. They then gave us a short tour and brought us back to the exam room, which again was gorgeous. All of the staff we met from the receptionist (Marielle) to the hygienist and Dr. Rachel were fantastic and made my son (and us parents!) so comfortable. As if that wasn't enough, the little prize my son got to pick out at the end was so cute and the fact that they do their future appointment reminder cards on little polaroids is such a cute touch. The process to add health info and fill out all of the forms ahead of time was also great -- much easier than trying to manage a squirmy toddler & having to fill out forms in the office. It was my 2.5 year old's first time at the dentist and the ambiance was so exciting and fun from the second we walked in. Patients get the VIP treatment and have so many stimulating things to do or look at to relax before they go to the dentist chair. My daughter was really nervous and they helped figure out a way she could sit on my lap during her exam. She was not happy about the exam, but they made the environment safe and light and sang songs to her which I think really helped. She will not stop talking about the prize at the end! My kids loved going here so much that on the drive home they asked if we can go to the dentist every day! The space is so welcoming and cute with fun things for the kids to keep entertained, and coffee for the parents (which won me over instantly). The theme is Little Cloud after Pearl and Onyx, the cuddly white fluffy Samoyed dogs that act as therapy dogs to calm the kiddos if you opt for it. They had the names of all three of my kids written on the wall welcoming them in for their first appointment which I thought was such a sweet touch. I brought all three of my very young children (4, 2, and 10 months) and the staff was so incredibly wonderful with them. Not a single tear was shed- it was all smiles and fun which I was surprised by. The kids had fun picking out their toothpaste flavor from a cute menu, and Dr. Rachel was just marvelous with them. The staff is great, the space is so sweet, and I got to take home a picture of my kids at their first dentist appointment!
