When I first got here, I went to the bathroom and it was pretty dirty. It smelled like bleach too, and the supply closet was open with a bunch of stuff sitting there. After seeing how icky the bathroom was, I was nervous to eat there & only decided to stay for a meal because my friend really wanted me to try their food. Honestly, I am SO glad I stayed and I really can't wait to go back again! The restaurant itself is super cute and has a beautiful mural outside of the building, which I snapped a pic of. I loved the tables inside and the wallpaper. I ordered the shrimp fried rice and ate it so quickly that I didn't even get a photo, hahaha! It was sooo delicious! That was definitely a comfort food choice, since I was trying lamb for the first time. And how was the lamb you might ask? Absolutely insane. Steak has been my favorite food for a long time, but I'm pretty positive that lamb has taken its place! Gosh it was delicious and they seasoned it SO wonderfully! It melted in my mouth and was so naturally buttery from the fat. It's certainly a new guilty pleasure of mine. I also tried the Sichuan chicken, which was pretty dang good! I really enjoyed the spice level and the taste of the dish! I was totally caught off guard by it being served cold (intentionally), yet I really liked it! Water and cups were given to us upon seating, and we ordered digitally via a QR code. The food came out probably 15 minutes after that, which was awesome! The girl who brought us the food seemed pretty sweet too. Dining here was more than just getting food. It was a whole different kind of experience for me, and it felt as if I was able to experience a few authentic cultural things, which I am very grateful for! Little Corner Grill House is located on a corner in North Oakland. Their inside is bright and clean and they have a bunch of tables for four people with a couple of tables in the back that can fit six people. We got a couple of canned drinks to try and I really enjoyed their tea and their coconut milk. For food we started off by ordering on their tablet and got some tasty skewers to snack on before the main event. We chose the customizable Hot Pot Combo B and couldn't resist adding in some prepared dishes like dry sauteed string beans and chongqing spicy fried chicken. The sichuan spicy butter broth was just fantastic to cook everything in! I thought that all that we ordered was a good amount of food and we were stuffed when we left. They're open until 2am every day which is much needed for Pittsburgh's late night food scene! read more

Came to Pittsburgh and of course this was the first spot I had to visit!! This is by far my favorite restaurant in the city for mala flavors. I always get the spicy dry pot and it is SO flavorful and delicious. The service is always amazing, especially because it's a family-owned business. They're always so sweet to me, whether it be at 11am for lunch or 1am for late night eats. And the restaurant is super big, clean, and really lovely overall! This is by far the most underrated spot in Pittsburgh and I really hope they get all of the love they deserve!! read more

Kinda crazy a place like this is open in Pittsburgh. The outside is unassuming and is located inside the old Rumi Grill. This hotpot/Chinese spot is open super later, I forget the hours exactly but I believe it's around 3:30am? I walked in around 1am craving for some authentic Chinese food after a night out and this place hit the spot. There were a decent amount of people there at that hour! I ordered some Chinese BBQ skewers (highly recommend if you've never tried before - Chinese bbq seasoning is very unique), fried rice, and lamb spicy dry hotpot. We ordered on this touchpad on tables so everything was clearly laid out for us to browse through. Some words may only be in Chinese though but you can ask the server to translate if needed. I couldn't find a menu online so here are some pics of a takeout menu. This is one of the only spots (or the only?) to get authentic Chinese food so late at night in Pittsburgh. I've never tried Hot Pot before, but I'm glad we made the decision to visit. You order the broth right from a computer screen at your table. It's a good idea to get a split pot, so you can try 2 kinds of broth. You will also order things to cook in the hot pot. You then go over to the buffet to choose your sauces. The Tahini is excellent, but there are lots of choices, like parsley, scallions, or garlic. They will bring the hot pot to your table, and set it on the burner at the center of the table. You may want to wait a while until the broth is boiling, then you can drop the raw foods into the broth to cook. This is a fun way to socialize with friends, and a delicious meal. read more

This was my very first ever hot pot experience, so I didn't know what to expect... The food was very good and the atmosphere was different than your typical restaurant. For those who have never been to a hot pot restaurant, you order on a table tablet and then they bring your food out. My friend, who had been to these type of restaurants before, said that the price was significantly more expensive compared to what she's used to for the food we got. I was so excited to see that there is a hot pot place near Carnegie Mellon! I knew I had to try it. We ordered a half and half hot pot and was perfect to try for two people. Half of the pot we ordered extra spicy and they absolutely delivered! The teriyaki skewers were delicious as well. The interior design was amazing as well and felt very vibrant. To be fair, this place just wasn't for us. I wish I had brought one of my chef friends who are more adventurous eaters but as it was, I brought my vegan husband and my vegetarian self. They had some wild stuff on the menu like intestines and octopus and a whole bunch of stuff that people who love food would probably love. It was just lost on us so I am giving it four stars because I think this small business deserves that and they do seem like a primarily takeout place or delivery, but I would personally probably just give it three stars because the food that I ordered was a bit bland, but I did order the most bland thing on the menu. read more

This place consistently delays orders and treats drivers disrespectfully. They hold 5-6 orders before handing anything out, so drivers wait 20-30 minutes for a $5 job. Instead of giving out hot orders when they're ready, they keep stacking more, and by the time the first ones leave, they are already cold -- which directly delays delivery to customers. When I politely asked about the delay, they punished me with a false negative rating. This is abuse of the system and harms both drivers and customers. If you care about speed, honesty, and professionalism -- this restaurant fails on all three. read more

The short haired heavy asian woman on your staff spoke to me with a rude tone. Instead of handing me the food she puts it on the main desk from where I was sitting. It's on camera. I'm handicapped so when someone does something rude like this I have to work much harder to find out if the two bags are my orders or not. I'm the Fantuan delivery driver. Two days ago she was very short, dismissive, and walked away when I was asking about the menu. She was not that way with the indian woman I was talking to. I helped the indian woman with the menu. Asian woman walked out door with little boy 10 minutes prior. Tablet indian woman grabbed had a dead battery. At my table a menu was working. It seems racial. I'm always very polite so I don't know why she feels the need to be disrespectful and or blame me for the new guys mishaps. She said there was construction work being done so she would not tell me where the bathroom was. I stopped delivering for little corner before because she complained about how my delivery bag was too big and her customers had to walk around.
