I've never tried Hot Pot before, but I'm glad we made the decision to visit. You order the broth right from a computer screen at your table. It's a good idea to get a split pot, so you can try 2 kinds of broth. You will also order things to cook in the hot pot. You then go over to the buffet to choose your sauces. The Tahini is excellent, but there are lots of choices, like parsley, scallions, or garlic. They will bring the hot pot to your table, and set it on the burner at the center of the table. You may want to wait a while until the broth is boiling, then you can drop the raw foods into the broth to cook. This is a fun way to socialize with friends, and a delicious meal.

This was my very first ever hot pot experience, so I didn't know what to expect... The food was very good and the atmosphere was different than your typical restaurant. For those who have never been to a hot pot restaurant, you order on a table tablet and then they bring your food out. My friend, who had been to these type of restaurants before, said that the price was significantly more expensive compared to what she's used to for the food we got. I definitely enjoyed my experience overall, and would recommend it.

I was so excited to see that there is a hot pot place near Carnegie Mellon! I knew I had to try it. We ordered a half and half hot pot and was perfect to try for two people. Half of the pot we ordered extra spicy and they absolutely delivered! The teriyaki skewers were delicious as well. The interior design was amazing as well and felt very vibrant. Definitely try if ur in the area

We both accidentally ordered almost the same thing and we really would've been able to get away with just one bowl.

To be fair, this place just wasn't for us. I wish I had brought one of my chef friends who are more adventurous eaters but as it was, I brought my vegan husband and my vegetarian self. They had some wild stuff on the menu like intestines and octopus and a whole bunch of stuff that people who love food would probably love. It was just lost on us so I am giving it four stars because I think this small business deserves that and they do seem like a primarily takeout place or delivery, but I would personally probably just give it three stars because the food that I ordered was a bit bland, but I did order the most bland thing on the menu.

Just got skewers and they were alright. The meats were tender but they weren't that spicy.

For food we started off by ordering on their tablet and got some tasty skewers to snack on before the main event.

Unlike some other hot pot places I've been to, this place only charges for one pot and not for the food you get. I ordered everything that was available and it was all better then the last. I would especially recommend the pork, it was delicious! I had 3 orders of it. As I mentioned before, the food is delicious! While I couldn't get a photo, there was also a sauce bar. You had the option to get a premade one or get your own. I chose to make a teriyaki sauce and it was amazing! Definitely recommend checking it out while waiting for food to arrive. The waiter was so nice, I didn't catch his name but rest assured all of the staff is so nice and kind! They are very informative and know what dishes are good and bad. Now for the part that is hardest to nail down, the restaurant ambiance. I normally don't write about ambiance because to describe an amazing place to someone with just a few words is hard to do, but I felt I had to do it for this one. The restaurant looks very authentic and it is clear that they respect the culture that they represent.

Bao bao bao bao bao. There, I got it all out of my system. I was slightly concerned with the pictures, as the bao looked on the smaller size, but was pleased to find that the bao was a nice plump size. I went for the steamed bao with braised pork. Tender and flavorful with a dumpling dough that wasn't too heavy or too light. There's five per order so they definitely work as a good lunch for one or a sharable for two or three. The dipping sauce was good too but the bao was so good it didn't even need it. This place is on the way back from a weekly appointment of mine so I'll definitely be back... and I won't scarf it down so fast I forget to take pics!

I ate one lunch here. The exterior of the restaurant could be updated, but the interior looks stylish and clean. An employee promptly greeted me, seated me in a booth, and took my order. As of the time of this review, their website says that they offer 50% off grilled fish on Mondays, and the day was Monday, so I asked the waitress about the price and size of the fish. She did not speak much English, and she nodded and then walked away before I could finish ordering. But that is OK, because the serving size for the grilled fish was huge and enough for me. The Classic Spicy Grilled Fish was brought in a large tray to my booth. I am not sure of the type of fish, but it and its accompanying vegetables tasted delicious. White rice was on the side. Later, I ordered fried sticky rice cake with brown sugar and dipping sauce. They reminded me of donuts with a chewy inside, and I liked them very much. The total price for these two menu items was $30 plus a tip. I do recommend PF BBQ House. I think that this restaurant deserves more reviews and customers.

From the moment I looked at the menu, my instincts told me this place would outshine many of the nearby Korean restaurants and I was right! The first bite of the fresh and flavorful banchan (side dishes) immediately proved it. This small family-owned restaurant delivers genuine hospitality and warm service, if not efficient. We tried the seafood pancake, marinated kalbi(beef), tofu/seafood spicy stew, dolsot bibimbap w/chicken(mixed rice with vegetables in a clay pot), grilled mackerel, and pork bossam( lettuce wrap with braised pig's feet). Everything was absolutely delicious except for the bossam, which was a bit too fatty for our taste. Still, my family of five thoroughly enjoyed the experience of dining at this authentic Korean spot. It's a wonderful place for family gatherings, dinner with friends, or even dining solo. They do not have a liquor license, and while walk-ins are welcome, reservations are recommended for larger parties. Definitely worth a visit!

The server was really kind and checked up on us multiple times throughout the night. We ordered so many things from the menu and the portion sizes were generous to say the least. My favorite was the Japchae glass noodles. I've been to restaurants in the past where the noodles end up being too sticky but these had the perfect consistency and delicious sesame flavor. I will note that it was a little warm in the restaurant so in the summer combined spiciness would be an experience, but the food was worth it in my opinion.
