Hot pot nights just hit different We went in knowing we wanted both hot pot and Korean BBQ, and it was 100% the right move. Tons of broth options, high-quality meats, and so many fresh veggies to throw into the pot -- everything felt super customizable and fun. For a small extra fee, you can upgrade to the grand barbecue or do both, which I highly recommend because switching between hot pot and grilling at the table makes the whole meal feel like an experience. The key ambience was lively and upbeat, and the service was attentive without being overbearing. Definitely a place we'll be coming back to!
Great option for AYCE hot pot / Korean BBQ in the Pittsburgh area. It's $32 pp if you go with just hot pot or just KBBQ, or you can pay $6 more to do both. Hot pot is served individually so each person can choose their own soup base. Service was super quick and the quality of the ingredients were generally good. Overall I think it was good value for what we paid.
Pretty good ayce Korean bbq spot. Really massive space inside, and lots of parking out front. We were seated immediately. Our waiter was friendly. They have a bunch of different sauces in the center and "recipes" to build your own mixture. It's fun and goes into the whole theme of the place given that you cook your own meat, but it also would be nice if they could just have some of them pre-made and pre-mixed. They also have some fruit and desserts there, and some veggies like edamame and seaweed salad. We got the ayce bbq, not the hot pot. Every time we ordered something, it came out relatively quickly. Our favorites were the bulgogi, the spicy beef bulgogi, the garlic shrimp, and the short rib. We didn't like the steak with house sauce or the cumin beef. We liked the enoki mushrooms too, not the oyster mushrooms, those were tough and took forever to cook. All in all, it was decent, some dishes were better than others, but pretty sure we both got food poisoning from it :/

Our food came within minutes of us placing the order each time. They have a good variety of meat/seafood/veggies. I enjoyed the beef bulgogi and shrimps. I can't imagine getting both hot pot and Korean BBQ. We left with full tummies. I would appreciate if they had an à la cart option instead of all you can eat. Nevertheless, I can see myself coming back for more after that full stomach digests a bit.
We ordered Korean barbecue for lunch. You can only order the same as a group for the same table. (either barbecue or hotpot or both together) The server was very responsive to come for new orders and change our plates. I loved the spicy calamari and Salmon. I haven't had Korean barbecue for many years and I'm very happy with this meal.

The staff also cleaned our grill and added more broth to our soup as we dined. Everything was delicious and the service was great! I can't wait to go back.

We waited over an hour because we didn't have a reservation, but it was worth the wait! Our waiter was super friendly and helpful in making decisions. It's a little overwhelming at first because there's so many options! We went with the BBQ AND hot pot so that we could try everything! Our favorite was the bulgogi! We also loved the sauce buffet, where you could try different sauces and mix your own! Our waiter also suggested the Peach Yaikurt for a drink and it was so good! This place is a meal and experience all in one! It's a little pricey, but you do get your money's worth! What a fun experience!

It is $31.99 for all you can eat in 2 hours for the Hot Pot. The space is HUGE. They also have a make your own sauce bar. For food you order a base for your pot and then your pick of meats, seafood, vegetables, and noodles/rice. There is a cake and little ice cream cup option at the sauce bar. They also had a variety of boba teas. They had a basic menu of domestic beers. They did carry Sapporo- a Japanese beer-which is great. As far as the food goes, I think it was fine. The overall experience was really fun, but for me, I'm not a fan of the DIY restaurant model. I didn't think the meats were prepared in any special way that made them stand out.

There are about 8 different broths to choose from and a wide variety of proteins, veggies, and carbs to create your own masterpiece. We absolutely loved that the sauce bar had suggestions on what to mix together to make the perfect sauce. Our server was extremely pleasant, helpful, and checked on us often through the experience. We definitely enjoyed it and will be back!
So glad a ACYE hotpot and Korean BBQ place is in Pittsburgh now! This place is slightly north of Pittsburgh proper but easy to drive to. Everyone at your table either chooses to do Korean BBQ or Hotpot and there are SO many choices I had trouble choosing between my dishes! I enjoyed all the broths my table ordered and the sauce bar has many combinations to choose from. Sliced meats were good and great cuts, along with very fresh vegetables and classic Chinese hotpot tofu's and other sides as well. I was extremely happy with the options. Boba and alcoholic drinks are also available for purchase. Very spacious, clean, and very efficient. Our server was very attentive to when we wanted to order more dishes and this experience makes it more convenient than making hotpot at home! Highly recommend this place and good for large groups as well. Making a reservation ensures faster seating but the wait isn't bad either during non peak times.
You have your choice of either Hot Pot or adding Korean BBQ, and we did both. First we ordered our broth, then all the ingredients we wanted to add to our Hot Pot. After that we made our own dipping sauce, which was fun Both the Hot Pot and the BBQ were delicious, all using quality ingredients. Our server was very attentive and refilled our drinks and also switched in a clean grill twice. We had an enjoyable evening and loved the food.

A group of seven of us went here yesterday night for dinner. They put us in one of the private rooms because we made a reservation for eight people (someone ended up not being able to come) and it was lovely having that private space. The room can fit way more than eight people. I really like the sauce bar and the huge variety of items you can get to cook. We went with just hot pot items this time instead of both hot pot and kbbq which worked out perfect because doing both was pretty overwhelming last time.!

Let's start with the prices. Each pot is the same price at 30$ regardless of what broth you get. You are free to change it out at anytime and get any refill without paying more. Unlike some other hot pot places I've been to, this place only charges for one pot and not for the food you get. I ordered everything that was available and it was all better then the last. I would especially recommend the pork, it was delicious! I had 3 orders of it. As I mentioned before, the food is delicious! While I couldn't get a photo, there was also a sauce bar. You had the option to get a premade one or get your own. I chose to make a teriyaki sauce and it was amazing! Definitely recommend checking it out while waiting for food to arrive. The waiter was so nice, I didn't catch his name but rest assured all of the staff is so nice and kind! They are very informative and know what dishes are good and bad. Now for the part that is hardest to nail down, the restaurant ambiance. I normally don't write about ambiance because to describe an amazing place to someone with just a few words is hard to do, but I felt I had to do it for this one. Went in for lunch and had a blast. We had BBQ and Hot Pot. The service and attention were on point. The food was great, as we finished off a round our waitress was ready to take our next order. The redone decor of the restaurant clearly shows no expense was spare. Also have private dinning rooms available. We enjoyed all the different options both HP and BBQ. If you have not visited I suggest BBQ first as both is a lot of food. We enjoyed making our own dipping sauces from the wide selection of ingredients. So you can make your own special addition to your food. Finally, we are very happy with this new addition to the North Hills restaurant scene. We will be going back. read more

Don't go here I've been to all you can eat Hot pots/Korean BBQs before. If the meat is actually good, marinated well and they bring out SOLID portions then I actually enjoy it. I still think the whole cook your own gimmick is a waste of time but I think it's something everyone should try at least once. Just not here Go to a buffet instead. It will be better quality, don't need to cook your own food and WAY cheaper. $40 a person with tax. I spent less at one on the strip in Vegas that shit all over this The ironic part of it all was that on the drive over Cameryn didn't know that Hot Pot and Korean BBQ was when you cook your own food. She always said she would never go anywhere where you have to cook your own food... I think this experience solidified that she will never do it again It's super white washed inside. It's actually funny. VERY stereotypical of how you'd expect a place like these to be decorated. read more

Hong hot pot is a must if around the McKnight area! The quality of the food and protein/veg selection is amazing! Our first time in was an absolute blast! We got both bbq & hot pot and our server walked us thru the entire process. We tried so many different things and I loved the small portions so you could really try everything and get a second serving of what you really loved! Food was good here we went on their anniversary so they had an ice cream special like most standard Korean barbecue places with hot pot. Waiters were attentive and the food quality was decent. I wasn't a huge fan of some of their seasonings, but it's all you can eat so you really can't complain. read more

We had a reservation for 8 and they gave us this huge private room. FYI they have a ten minute grace period for reservations. The selection of items for both hot pot and bbq are huge and they have some premium meats like short rib for bbq and blue crab (seasonally) for hot pot. I love a create your own sauce bar and they had lots of sauce options plus they kept it very clean. I felt like Pittsburgh needed a hot pot/kbbq place and Hong bbq answered my prayers. read more

It's so cool that we have a spot like this in PGH now! This is a huge space and it's a great option for large parties. It's really pretty inside. They have a bar and a jukebox. Service is fast and the staff is so nice. Our waitress Macy was great and attentive. There is a large variety of meat, seafood, and veggies to choose from. You can do hotpot and/or kbbq. The whole table does have to do the same thing. At around $38 for both, it's a fun experience to do with friends. You definitely will leave full. There's a nice selection of soup to choose from for the hot pot. I liked the mushroom one. I also really liked the fish cakes and puffs and balls. They're so good! Nice selection of veggies too like watercress, bok choy, and snow pea tips. They did run out of snow pea tips. There is a sauce bar and a buffet of desserts like fruit and ice cream and cake. I really like how nice the sauce bar is and you can build your own sauce. The staff didn't bring us some of the stuff we ordered but it's ok, it is probably chaotic working there. read more

I The only reason I gave 4 star is bc the table has to get samething. I came here with a group of 12. It was about $35 per person before tax. You can make your own sauce at the middle food bar island thing but they don't give you ratios for the Ingredients. I wish they would. The parking lot is big and private. The meat comes frozen and rolled. The szchewan spicy broth was my favorite. The little cakes at the food bar were good too! read more

Had a wonderful time with family for a birthday lunch. It was all of our first time at any hotpot or KBBQ restaurant, and our server was incredibly friendly and helpful in explaining how it all worked. The food was plentiful and good quality, especially with the price. It was all pretty authentic, too, including the sausage and even with the buffet/sauce bar having chicken feet. The restaurant feels like you stepped into imperial China, very much luxurious and 'fancy' vibes to spare. Would fully recommend to basically anyone looking to stuff your belly!
