I absolutely wolfed down a dozen and still gave my buddy some puppy-dog eyes for a couple of his as well. Pan fried and steamed, either way you won't go wrong. The noodles were excellent as well. If I lived close to this truck I'd probably be eating here minimum twice a month, maybe weekly. Do yourself a favor and try them.
