The worker let me know they'll be moving locations soon so be on the lookout for that. BUT, they offer delicious coffee and delicious breakfast sandwiches and fast friendly service for a reasonable price. Don't skip on the spicy breakfast sauce. I don't typically like spicy sauces especially on breakfast food but it is SO good. We make it a rule not to go to the same places when on vacation so we can try new places but we broke it here. We went back both mornings because the sandwiches were so good. The only downside is there is no place to really sit and eat outside so you would need to take your food to go and sit in your car, go back to hotel or air bnb, unless it is nice out and you can find a bench somewhere. I purchased pickled okra (which tasted great) and later read the label to see what they pickled it with. That is when I saw it had yellow dye as an ingredient. I thought that was odd for a local farm to put in their canned goods. Then I saw on the front of the label that said they were pickled "for" the farm. Something to consider if you factor that into a purchase. Either way, a worth it stop for a sweet treat.

Luckily, there were other popups scheduled for this week. On Wednesday, my boyfriend and I drove up to Kirkland for the Kirkland Wednesday Market. We arrived a little after 4PM and was able to snag parking in the area. It was $2.40 for two hours, which is amazing for parking. Unfortunately, the Halo Halo Shave Ice was already sold out by the time we arrived. We opted to order the Strawberry Mango Sago Shave Ice with an additional add on of Ube Ice Cream. The total was under $14 after the add-on and tax. The best part was there was no wait! It probably helped that it was a bit chillier that day. So happy to have finally tried Mike's Shave Ice. It was delicious and nothing like regular shave ice/snow caps. This is WAAAY better. I hope I can catch another popup soon to try the Halo Halo Shave Ice!

And waited and waited. After 10 minutes, they finished one of the orders ahead of us. It wanted until another 10 minutes before the next order came out. After 70 minutes we got our order. There were 2 employees working as slow as possible. They talked about their schedule, what they plan to do on their day off. If only they put a bit more energy into the orders. The watermelon was ok and the ice mixture was good. Too bad they don't know how to run a business.
