There was live music and a singer during our dining experience which was lovely and the sound was not overpowering where we couldn't hear each other during dinner. The restaurant offers full bar offerings and wines along with lighter bites. We ordered the onion dip platter, grilled cheese, and pizza Romano. The pizza great light and spicy. The grilled cheese was so surprising and very delicious - highly recommend as one of my favorites on their menu. The staff was kind and attentive and the ambiance definitely transports you to a nostalgic piano bar. The decor is Parisian chic and the atmosphere is cozy yet lively. I would definitely visit again. There is limited street parking nearby $$

I didn't catch the pianist's name, but he was awesome! Ambiance is an intimate, sophisticated vibe with a vintage feel - it's a cocktail lounge. It appears that Louise's has live performances nightly. Our cocktails - French gimlets were delicious! We ordered the Ultimate Charcuterie Board which comes with two meats, two cheeses, two choices of olives, and all the garnish. Everything was super fresh. The star on this board was the pickled green tomato. I loved it - the only thing is I wished the smaller boards were available mixed instead of having to choose between a meat board and fromage board unless you get the larger one. Service was good. Our waiter was friendly and our items came out fairly fast. Overall, I enjoyed it and I'm glad to have this new establishment in Jackson!

With vintage stools, cozy booths, and music from the 1940s and 1950s playing in the background, it truly feels like stepping back in time. You can order burgers, fries, custom sodas, and milkshakes, but honestly the milkshakes alone are worth the visit. We went specifically for shakes and ended up adding a basket of fries, which we absolutely demolished. The service was excellent -- our milkshake and fries arrived within just a few minutes of ordering. The fries were seasoned really well, though I'm pretty sure the secret is a slightly sweet sugar blend mixed into the seasoning. Either way, they were addictive. The milkshake we tried was the Ginger Finger -- a vanilla shake blended with Butterfinger candy and a hint of ginger that gives it a subtle bite. It was unique and delicious. There's plenty of seating for everyone, whether you're dining solo, as a couple, or with a large group. The walls are lined with interesting photos that add to the charm, and parking is plentiful. Overall, it's just a neat, memorable experience that blends good food with a slice of history. A solid stop if you're in the area.

It's a hidden gem in our area. We had 5 in our party Mary was our server. She was very attentive to us without being overbearing. Our food came out quickly after we ordered. 4 in the party ordered the Brent Burger with housecut fries and I ordered the patty melt with onion rings. My burger patty was juicy but lacked a lot of flavor. The Texas toast was grilled to perfection with crispy edges. My onion rings were good. I was a little miffed that I only got four but they were filling and tasted really good.
