I went here late night for some tacos and they were some of the best I have ever had. I got a beef taco and a pork taco and both were incredible. Stuffed full of meat and flavor. We had planned to go get a burger for dinner before our red-eye flight home but after she took a bite of my taco, she said she wanted to come back to Little Fatties. For a bit of reference, I lived in San Diego for 34 years and ate Mexican food 3+ days a week....so a lot of tacos. We also travel to Mexico, usually Cabo, and I eat tacos there daily. So SO tragic this is only open Thursday-Sunday. I truly think these were the BEST tacos I have ever eaten. And it was our last night in Kuaui! We had tried to go earlier in the week and ended up somewhere much worse! I had a pork carnita taco and a chicken. My husband had the ahi tuna. I was a little nervous about the pork (with the jalapeno) but it ended up being my favorite! The shells are fried just until they're a little crispy, and oh so amazing!!! The meat is perfectly seasoned and tender and the toppings so flavorful. They'll give you extra onion and jalapeno if you want it but you probably don't need it, these are stuffed full.
