Little Fork is a small restaurant in Greer. They have both inside and outside seating. We were greeted as we arrived, seated and our drink orders were taken. When we were ready the server came over and took our order. We had to wait a bit, but when our food arrived it was amazing. My wife and I agree that this was our best meal in the week and a half we've been in Showlow. My wife had the Chicken Caprese Flatbread and loved it. I had the pulled pork sandwich. It has just enough jalapeños to add a nice flavor to the pulled pork (for those who don't like spicy, I think you'll still like this sandwich). Great place! Highly recommended! P.S. For the owners (in case you read this). When guests arrive they're handed a menu with breakfast items on one side and lunch on the other. No times are listed for when breakfast stops and lunch begins. As the host/hostess hands the menu to people it would be good if they said something like "we're currently serving breakfast or lunch. We had a question about this and I heard at least two other table who had the same question. read more

I had the caprese with chicken and it was delicious. The wings are delicious as well. We had a party of 10 so we truly had a large variety of different dishes and everything was delicious. They have a lot to offer at the Little Fork. Coffee, tea, lots of pastries, cake, and fudge. The usual breakfast offerings - pancakes (they are HUGE), omelets, breakfast sandwiches. They have lunch burgers, sandwiches and the like. The back patio is so relaxing. The front of the restaurant has a little park area with picnic tables. We went there for some fudge and cake one afternoon, and breakfast the next day. Food was all great and the love the relaxing Greer ambience. The cafe is actually for sale, and the owners are eager to sell. I'm hoping that whoever takes ownership keeps the same quality of all the food and charm that the Little Fork in the Road Cafe has. Was greeted by one of the owners as I pulled up. Ordered the Big fork breakfast. The restaurant smelled of the fresh pastries coming put of the oven. I had to order a almond croissant to go. Everything was Absolutely delicious. The eggs were cooked perfect, and the biscuit was so soft and delicious and a generous size including the homemade milk gravy folks!!! Mmmm! I spoke with the owners and both were very friendly and accommodating to me traveling with my dog. They let me come get a fresh cup of coffee and sit on the back patio before they even opened! I have never felt so unwelcome at a restaurant. We were overcharged for a kids hotdog, which luckily we caught. We had to clarify that we wanted the fries that already come with the hot dog. We went outside to enjoy the scenery even though we were getting weird vibes, and we caught two people watching us from the window. We were waiting on our food for twenty minutes, so I walked up to check. The lady, who I presume is the owner, was downright nasty with me, even though I could see our order was prepared and waiting. She told me to give it a few more minutes. At the point, the chef walked it over to me. Luckily, it was prepared to GO, because we were out of there. We nicely threw away our beverages and dropped off a glass. As we walked out, the owner loudly said how rude. Yikes. Avoid this place and these people. Came here this past Friday afternoon . We were very excited to visit because of online pictures. The wait for a sandwich and burger was 1 hour and 18 mins . There was not many guests and if there were guests , they all had numbers on table waiting a long time too . We witnessed some families leaving and heading to the park with food trucks . The cook staff was very crazy to watch . One cook was yelling F bombs , threatening everyone he was going to quit many times, slamming doors . In front of children and elderly guests is just terrible. Another cook kept coming outside to smoke . One cook was maybe 12- 13 years old who had a terrible cough and maybe his older brother was 16 . They both seemed stressed out from the older cooks . We thought our buzzer to pick up the food was broken , but no apologies for the long wait and craziness from cook staff madness . it was so intense ! Coffee drink had no flavor. The food was just okay, did not match up to the online pictures . We should have went to the park set up with the food trucks ( coffee , pizza , hotdogs, ice cream and burgers ) They are fast , efficient and happy you came by ! We had previous plans to come back for breakfast over the wkend but we did not want to have more bad vibes & crazy wait times . So , we went to bashas in Eagar and made breakfast instead. Not ideal , but we don't have time for crazy people on vacations . Do yourself a favor , if you want a peaceful Greer experience- go to the park set up with the food trucks or lost resorts restaurant. read more

We were in Greer for a family vacation. I had the Juevos Rancheros, and they were phenomenal. The homemade muffins/pasteries are really good. Everything on the menu looked so good. And following them on Facebook/social media; I find myself wishing I could go back. The staff and owners were so friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant was so clean. They took a good amount of time to talk to us, and that really made the experience even more meaningful. They were working on making the front yard of the restaurant a fun place to hang out. Quaint little place with a great patio and wonderful view! Food was not phenomenal as other review suggests, with quite a wait. TIP: If you get there at 11:50 am you will have to wait till 12:05 pm to order because they do a complete change of shift. It was explained that the first orders after noon do take longer because they're switching the kitchen over. Nice, friendly staff. Once we noted that sweet potatoes fries were overcooked, they did replace them and they were quite good. We came in 15 min before close to have a quick beer and a small bite. The people who own this place were completely unwelcoming to us. They were downright rude, disrespectful, and made it so awkward to be there. They purposely held our food back on the counter until the chef specifically handed it to us because the owner was refusing to do so. They made disrespectful comments to us as we walked out, which is crazy as we have 2 young children with us. Please never go here. They do not deserve your business. First and last time to visit this place! Long story short: You cannot sit at a table until you place your order. You will be given a buzzer to hold. When the buzzer goes of you may then place your order. You will be given a number to place on your table so that your food can be delivered. Sound simple right? Guess again: We had a party of 4 but paid by couple separately. The person at the register acknowledged that we were a party of 4. It took 15-20 minutes for our buzzer to go off - not necessarily a problem. We placed our order and paid. Our 2 friends placed their order and paid right behind us. We all sat down at a table on the patio. At that time only 2 out of about 14 total tables were occupied. All inside tables were unoccupied. One hour later our food arrived. A server came by about 15 minutes later to check on us. Our friends told her that they were still waiting on their food, ordered immediately after ours. The server replied that the kitchen was really backed up. In the meantime 2 other tables had their orders delivered. After 1 and 1/2 hours our friends went in to inquire about their order. They were told that their order (patty melt & BLT) had not yet been started. The owner was not pleasant nor accommodating. When told that it had been 1 and 1/2 hours since the order was placed the owner simply acknowledged that fact. Our friends asked for a refund. She refunded their money but was not apologetic and did not offer any explanation. A man (assuming he was the husband or partner) then came out and rudely explained "This is Greer" as if that is a satisfactory explanation and told our friends to leave his property. The food was nothing special - our friends could not comment as they never received their food. I will give Little Fork in the Road 1 star - the patio and view are beautiful but the owners of this restaurant need some lessons on how to run their establishment. They need to read their reviews and take notes or there will be a "For Sale" sign in front of it soon. This is a very poor representation of the Greer community. We highly recommend NOT supporting this establishment unless you have plenty of time to wait for your order. This restaurant is one of a very few in Greer. There is a potential to become successful but not at this rate. As the other reviews recommended - visit the food trucks down the road instead! They are friendly and appreciate your business! They have great hot dogs, pizza, hamburgers, ice cream, etc - all at good prices and a very short time between placing your order and then picking it up!!! Highly recommended!! read more
