I was in town for the long weekend and had a recommendation of this place...so I stopped by! I was impressed the place was modern and clean...frankly..stood out... in a good way ...from other places in the same vicinity! The cafe offers many differnt kinds of drink and I had quite a bit of a hard time deciding what i wanted. I ended up getting a medium iced ojai (some sort of vanilla matcha latte if i were to guess from the taste-- $6)..and I really enjoyed the drink! It's not often that I stop by a cafe but this one offered a very pleasant experience. You could sit inside or grab some seats outdoors. My dog did enjoy the little time we spent relaxing hanging out in the sunlight! The next time I am in town again, I will definitely want to come here and try something else! read more

I was a little skeptical about trying their signature drinks but they are super yummy! I got the blackberry cobbler. Im not normally a lavender fan but it does work in this drink. My husband got the cortada. It was nice and strong with excellent flavor. The shop is super cute and set up well. We dont live nearby but if we did, I could see myself coming back. The main girl was training another one and she seemed very patient and kind. She also gave good advice when it came to the drinks drinks. read more

I was in town for a couple days and was happily surprised by how good the food, coffee, and ambiance were at Cyclelogical Coffee. I had 2 meals there and 3 or 4 coffee runs. All of it was fantastic, and the folks working there were very nice and reasonably efficient. My biggest regret is not buying one of the hats I was looking at, figuring I'd get another opportunity. Cute coffee spot in the White Mountains! I had the lavender oat milk latte and it was very good and my boyfriend for the drip coffee. We were able to sit on a couch near the fireplace while we enjoyed our coffee. The staff was friendly and prepared our drinks pretty quickly. They also have pastries and breakfast items as well . Cyclelogical Coffee used to be the heart and soul of our small town's coffee scene. When it was at its original location, it was hands-down the best coffee shop around. I started coming here years ago, back when the owner was there every day, pouring his passion into every cup. We bonded over our love for a good brew, swapping stories about the best coffee shops down in the valley. Those conversations over steaming cups of perfectly crafted coffee made this place feel like home. But things changed when Cyclelogical moved to its new location and the owner stopped working there consistently. The quality of the coffee started to slip. It was subtle at first, but as an everyday customer, I noticed. They even began roasting their own organic, high-quality beans, which should've elevated the experience. Instead, they started cutting corners with cheap ingredients like Kirkland brand oat milk--watery and grainy at best--or worse, Great Value milks and creamers, the lowest quality you can get. It's heartbreaking to see a place that once prided itself on excellence compromise like this. For years, I've been a loyal customer, ordering the same drink every day. But now, that drink tastes different every time I go in. The inconsistency is maddening--one day it's decent, the next it's flat or overly sweet, like the baristas aren't trained to the same standard. It's sad to say, but my home coffee, made with care and quality ingredients, tastes better than what I'm getting at Cyclelogical these days. That's not something I ever thought I'd say about a place I've loved for so long. I'm the kind of person who buys coffee daily and recommends Cyclelogical to everyone in town. I've sung their praises for years, but I can't keep supporting them when the quality has fallen this far. It's not just about a cup of coffee--it's about the experience, the consistency, and the care that used to define this place. I truly care about Cyclelogical, and it breaks my heart to see it lose its spark. I'm writing this review in the hope that it'll encourage the owners to make some changes. Please, go back to using high-quality milks and creamers, invest in retaining and training baristas to ensure consistency, and bring back the focus on crafting the best cup of coffee on the mountain. You have the potential to reclaim your spot as the best in our small town. When visiting the area I found no coffee shops that knew what an espresso recipe was except Ben at Cyclelogical. Ben knew his grams of coffee in, out and time. Ben was a very polite and helpful barista. Trust Ben with your latte experience! Will come back. read more

Pretty expensive for some mid food. 40 bucks for 2 small lattes, a breakfast burrito, and some TOAST. I'm not a picky person with customer service, but i walked up to the counter and he stood there until we said we wanted to order (no hi, or welcome in). The salsa was basically thrown on the counter in front of us, and the coffee was 3/4 full. IN A SMALL CUP. Furthermore, the drinks come out in a timely manner, however, if they tell you it'll be 10 minutes for any food, go ahead and multiply that by 4. There were no new orders after us, and it took 30+ minutes for me to get avocado toast. I don't think it takes this long at all sit-down restaurant; certainly not for toast. Also, while i'm waiting, there are about 3 people back there just grouped up talking. read more

The food and drinks here are phenomenal! I had a breakfast sandwich with gluten-free bread - the best gluten-free bread I've ever tasted in my life. This place truly is a gem! I'm so glad I found this place. They are kind of hard to spot, hidden behind an insurance business. Just look for the blue COFFEE sign. Their coffee is not only delicious, but so is their food. They have all the basics plus some specialty drinks. I opted for the blackberry cobbler. It was SO good without being overly sweet. Walking in, I wasn't expecting them to have anything but coffee but they have all kinds of goodies there! Shirts, hats, bags, all kinds of kitchen utensils and unique cups and tumblers. We were promptly greeted by the staff behind the counter, they were very friendly and patient with us while we took our time deciding what we wanted to order. I HIGHLY recommend this place. We had a great trip to Cyclelogical coffee and gelato today! They have added sandwiches and breakfast foods to their menu since last year when we visited. I had their iced half-caf orange cardamom mocha (which was delicious!) - it reminded me of a chocolate orange We also ordered the torto Porto sandwich (on gluten free bread) and the avocado toast with an egg on it. They don't make the eggs to order but it all tasted fine and fresh. I was excited to try the foccasia bread that is homemade. I imagine that it would be better earlier in the day, we were there for lunch. We also got a gf blueberry muffin that my partner and toddler said were tasty, and some gelato. A staff member recommended the butterscotch, saying it tastes like Carmel but I decided to get the bourbon vanilla(the bourbon was subtle) and salted peanut butter. It was a good combo and they were willing to put two flavors in a "single scoop size" cup. read more

My wife came to Pine Top for 2 days. We love trying out cool coffee shops and intended to try 2-3 coffee shops during our stay. The first place we tried was Cyclelogical Coffee and suddenly we didn't want to try others. We came back a 2nd time the next day and tried some more coffees. I got the Vamos (Spicy Mocha) and the Timber (and both were very amaflavored coffee's. My wife got an iced americano and a latte with cardamom, orange and cinnamon in it and both were also amazing. Whether you're a black coffee purist, an espresso enthusiast or a sweetened, milk heavy latte kind of person... this is the spot for you they do it all, and they do it all very very well. We also got the avocado toast on focaccia and it was very very delicious. Even their clothing/sticker designs are very well done. And as for the environment goes... it's the perfect place to work or study. Couldn't recommend Cyclelogical Coffee more. read more

The drinks, decor, staff and food are all five star status! My only compliant is it does seem to take awhile for the food and drink so it isn't necessarily a place to stop by if you're in a hurry.
