I don't know if I've ever seen an LFL with "two" libraries. Between them is a bench to rest. There is street parking here so you can rest your vehicle while you browse. Mostly paperbacks and some children's books. I haven't read Charles Krauthammer's book so that would have been my main choice today. The Little Free Library can be missed, so if you're walking in the area, worth a stop to read the signs and pick up or drop off books.

They are in good condition and this morning were pretty well stuffed with paperbacks, hardcovers and other styles. Fiction, non-fiction and children's books. A copy of "Purpose Driven Lift" appealed to me as I've not read that before and heard much about it. The libraries are in good condition, inside and out. This is charter number 59635. The online caption reads, "These two Little Free Libraries built by Eagle Scout Erich Max Jenne placed at the park near Swezey-Avey House are stocked by donations from the Friends of the Longwood Public Library as well as community members and maintained by librarians from the Longwood Public Library. It is assembled from unstained wood, perhaps a recovered shipping pallet, and could be hard to spot. It has a single door and over the top, the word "LOVE" is spelled out. Inside, only a couple of books and as I expected from this location, the are all religious-based. Not that there's anything wrong with that - people are welcome to stock their libraries with whatever they like. There is street parking nearby and a comfy bench where you can sit to read. I was waiting for the coffee shop across the street to open when I spotted this library that is in…read morethe front of the school. It is a white library on a single post. White trim and white roof, it's easy to spot against the greenery and the brown paint of the school. Inside, two low shelves that were packed with mostly children's reading. Lots of magazines and light reading, excellent considering the location. This library does not appear on the Little Free Library map or database, so I don't know who the steward might be. This is a fully loaded Little Free Library. I love stumbling upon these little gems. This one is…read moreright outside of the Harry Barnes Nature Center. It's nicely painted with a pretty red and the bookcase was loaded with a variety of books. It's worth a stop after visiting the nature center and walking the trail (with an awesome boardwalk).
