Lake Worth has plenty of LFL in the city and it's fun discovering them as I explore the city. I found this one as I was on the way to El Pueblo Chapin restaurant, (which is an excellent Guatemalan restaurant by the way). The box is well maintained and beautifully painted.

These aren't "borrow" books like they are at the regular library - these are FREE. Perfect for beach reading! The library box is located at the south end of the boardwalk of Oceanfront Park. The box is white and beige and has a single door. Mostly soft covers and some thin books today. A wide variety including the one that based the movie The Help and a Dean Koontz. The box is located in Sara Sims park south of the racquetball courts. It is a single post with a door and no shelves inside. Today, the contents looked to be some magazines and other books. It is in very good condition. The single door opens to reveal a single shelf of books. Not much to see today, some retired children's books is all. I tidied but nothing that I wanted to take with me today. The library does not have the usual indicator of its charter number and it does not appear in the Little Free Library database map. This beautifully painted library is located in Lake Worth Beach next to the gazebo along the…read moreboardwalk. From the library, there is a view of the beach and the grassy areas and it's a great spot to literally pick up your beach reading. I'm not sure if this is the same library as charter 28366 since that one has a sloped rood and this one has a peaked roof. Both have hand-drawn paintings, but they look different. As such, I'm thinking they are different. The library is blue with a yellow roof. A single door secured with an eye hook. Inside, a single shelf with a few books. Red and blue, it stands on a single post and has one door. Inside, not much today. A few children's books lying on their sides. A limited selection. This is charter number 138177. This LFL is located in front of the big library. It's well maintained, and tend to have more children books than others. Lake Worth has plenty of LFL in the city and it's fun discovering them as I explore the city.
