Burger truck is located in the Wyngate hotel. It is quite the weird location and did seem a bit rushed in the construction phase of the restaurant, notably with the finishes. Nonetheless, we were recommended to go try the burgers so we had to! We both got the classic burger which was a very well spiced meat patty with cheese, lettuce, tomato. The buns were fresh and overall the burgers were definitely worth it. The macaroni bites were delish! NOT the typical Kraft Mac and cheese fried pieces, but actually tasted like they made the macaroni. The fries were perfectly salted and crispy. We did also order Cajun fries which did not come and they were incredibly apologetic and took it off the receipt and still gave us the fries to go. The milkshake was chocolate but it did seem to really only be chocolate sauce on the cup. I would maybe try a different flavor but it wasn't chocolate-y enough for me. Worth trying, don't be turned off by location/ looks !

Great friendly service Excellent burgers! And the garlic fries were fire Used to be located on Rochester rd at a gas station, now it's just a bit further south tucked in a hotel by 75 and Rochester rd I'm sure we'll be back again, just top notch flavor !

Truck seemed clean and the surrounding area was also clean. Staff were very friendly. I ordered a BBQ burger and Reg. Fry. Wait time wasn't bad at about 8 minutes. That meant they were cooking food to order. The prices were reasonable. The food.... Burger was very mediocre. Nothing was wrong with it but also nothing memorable about it. Fries had a heavy coating on them and also an odd after taste. I'm not sure if it was from the coating or if it picked up a different flavor from something else that was cooked in the oil. This was a place that I have been wanting to try, I'm glad I did but unfortunately I probably wouldn't try it again.

Solid burger spot from a food truck! The burgers are juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. Customer service is great -- friendly and efficient. Limited parking and just a few outdoor tables, but worth it for the food.

Had heard a lot about the Burger truck. I am struggling to give it even 3 stars. The food had all the right ingredients so there was potential. Their service was okay, just order and pick up. No outside seating given it's a food truck. The truck looked new and clean. The burger was the overcooked, maybe I should have requested less well cooked, so the beef was dry. Probably the worst burger I have had in this region. The hot dog was also overcooked, not sure how they managed that. The fried didn't appear to have much garlic or Parmesan attached to fries until I got to the bottom. I'll try it again if someone took me there. It's halal!

Late night fries (fork is optional)

WOW!! The desk clerk said it's tasty he was wrong.... It's Amazing. I got a Bloody Mary burger and the wife got late night fries. We're probably could have just shared this huge tray of fries. They have music playing and even with a crowd it was pleasant. If you are staying at the Wynngate don't drive anywhere just walk down the hall. If you live in the area be cautious I could see this becoming an addiction.

Walking into Detroit 75 Kitchen in Madison Heights for a quick lunch, my expectations were high!…read moreFrom a visual standpoint, the food looks simply irresistible on social. Before I even got to the food, the restaurant itself made a great first impression. The property is incredibly well maintained inside and out. There's a spacious outdoor patio for Michigan summer days, along with plenty of indoor seating ranging from communal tables for larger groups to individual booths if you're flying solo. It's a thoughtfully designed space that feels welcoming no matter why you're there. Now, let's talk about the food. I'll admit something that surprised me. I've been to Detroit probably 50 times, and I honestly can't remember ever hearing about a Detroit-style cheesesteak. Judging by the walls covered in awards and accolades, though, it's clearly something they're known for. The sandwich certainly sounds like a winner on paper: ribeye and sirloin, provolone and Swiss cheeses, roasted mushrooms and peppers, caramelized onions, lettuce, tomato, sweet pickled jalapeños, aioli, house-made vinaigrette, all served on a freshly baked sesame roll. I mean... what's not to love? Unfortunately, this is where my experience took a turn. The ingredients themselves are good. The flavors are there. The problem is the execution. The ratios are simply off. The freshly baked roll completely dominates the sandwich, overwhelming everything inside it. The steak gets lost between all that bread, and instead of each bite showcasing the beef, cheese, and vegetables working together, the bread becomes the star--and that's not what you want from a cheesesteak. I do want to give credit where it's due. The portions are generous, and I especially appreciated that they take the time to make their own dipping sauces for the fries. Little details like that don't go unnoticed. There are plenty of positives here, and it's easy to see why Detroit 75 Kitchen has earned such a loyal following. But as someone who takes sandwiches seriously, I think this one is technically flawed. A great sandwich is all about balance, and for me, this one never found it. I genuinely wanted to love it. This sandwich lover just couldn't get behind the way it was built.
