We went here for a quick and easy weekend dinner before the Orchestra. This place was pretty packed - we got one of the last two tables and it took about 20 minutes to get our food. It was topped with corn and a mix of peppers along with kettle-cooked japapeno chips and possibly some fritos. There was a ton of queso slathered on, dripping all over the tray. This was all on a high quality, fluffy bun. (4/5) Vincent Vega ($9) - For some reason, the chicken patty was cut in half even though I didn't think it needed to be cut. The patty itself was thin and breaded very evenly with a uniform thickness as if done by an industrial machine. If you had told me this was a pre-breaded food service patty, I would have believed you. It was on the dry side, although it was probably due to the thinness of the patty. I'm not really sure what made it a "Cuban Fried Chicken" The pickles were also kind of limp and soggy rather than being crisp. I wasn't a huge fan of this one. (2/5) Royale Fries Fresh Herb and Garlic-Parmesan ($4) - These are very unique fries, kind of curved like a potato chip but much thicker. The thickness is not uniform so there are areas that are crunchier throughout like a chip and some areas with a still fluffy interior. The parmesan flavor really comes through as a topping, although it seemed like a pre-grated Kraft parmesan cheese (5/5) Stick with the burgers and fries here and you won't be disappointed. read more

Went to the DIA with the kids and decided to go try this restaurant. The name and decor plays off the Pulp Fiction line about "you know what they call a quarter pounder in France?" The lils had 'Lil Burgers' which came with smiley fries and a drink for $6 which is a pretty good deal for a pretty good burger. My oldest and I split their Handmade deep-fried Doritos Ravioli filled with Jalapeño Nacho Cheese, served on 'New World' Roasted Tomato Sauce. It was just okay, the sauce being the best part. We also split the "All Up In Your Grill" Cheese Sandwich which consisted of "Cheese fondue, smoked gouda, parmesan, fried egg, turkey bacon served with roasted tomato basil soup." We skipped the turkey bacon. We also had a side of the garlic and parmesan, herb fries. These could have been warmer. It was also just okay. The soup was good but also wasn't hot enough. And it was a little strange that the mains came on metal trays and the appetizers were on regular, rectangular plates, but the soup was in a disposable plastic 'takeout' container. Some of the upkeep could have been better too. No napkins in the dispenser. I asked for more and got a stingy few more. I ended up using tp from the restroom too. What can I say, kids are messy?
