Got a sweet tooth check the cooler for large ice cream sandwiches. There are two levels and something for everyone. The Brix soda is from Grand Rapids and the pomegranate Lemonade was very good. I've never actually had any of Zingerman's candy bars so I bought two full size bars, plus a small version of the Cashew Cow. I think both the Zzang and Peanut Butter Crush were equally good. The store also has non-Zingerman's brand candies, such as Venchi, which is also a high-end brand. The shop doubles as a coffee shop, as well, and I think may have also had some small food items, but don't quote me on that. Overall, I would return the next time I'm in town.

i accidentally knocked over a figurine and it broke but trying to be honest with them i went to the…read moresales lady and i said "hi i broke this" and she's like "oh well u need to buy it" and i was like "cool no big deal it's my mistake anyways" (and it was $50 even tho it's sold online multiple places for $30) but then i pay for it and she won't give the item to me, she told me they keep it and send it back to the company to "get a refund" and i was like absolutely not you just had me pay $50 for it but you're going to send it back to the company to get refunded too? a little super glue and it'll look brand new (the tiniest piece broke off) but again i already paid for it so i'm taking it home. she started yelling and telling me that it's their policy although it wasnt posted anywhere and i told her that's sooooo shady and she argued with me for quite a while before she shoved it at me across the counter and then told me she was going to call the cops on us?? i expected better from a "local business." if i was trying to be honest and pay for something i broke so your business didn't lose a profit why am i being treated like the asshole?

Had my Exmark zero turn picked up for some maintenance. I was contacted Friday saying it was done…read more I called them to schedule delivery and was told they couldn't until I paid. I said I want to come in Monday, pay and speak to the service manager about my bill, it was excessive for what they did. Found out the earliest they could deliver it was 10 days out. Are you kidding me? My mower was purchased there so I figured I'd get treated well, not the case. I will never be back, I had been told not to take it there, should have listened. Update...My mower was delivered back after being completed for 10 days. Zero oil in the hydraulic reservoir and two idlers were replaced that are fine. I spent $950 dollars and they deliver it back with no fluid in the reservoir. They did not perform the service correctly and were not able to tell me when they could fix it. I will begin proceedings to dispute the charge. Do not ever get service at this place. Second update...The issues have been resolved, so far I've added 16 oz of fluid. I was refunded for the idlers that were replaced that were not bad. Unfortunately this should never have happened. Weingartz has lost me and probably more as customers. This is my memory of Weingartz and it will be shared when anyone asks me about the business.

I wish this place had Weetabix, but they no longer carry it, and due to the viral trend, they are sold out all over. I loved the variety of interesting foods. I would come back for some of the candy and other food items. They also have some interesting home good items for sale, like a yakatori grill, couches, etc... The people working here were extremely friendly and chipper. The only issue I have is that their prices are higher than most places that sell the same products, so I would not come here for items like Buldak noodles unless you really cannot find them elsewhere. My wife and I went to Things Remembered this past weekend to pick up some gifts for my niece and…read morenephew's first communion. All I can say is after witnessing the customer service given to my wife, we will never go back to this store again and will urge others not to either. My wife speaks with an accents and she can ask her fair share of questions. But that does not mean an employee AND a manager can treat her with the disrespect that they did this past weekend. When my wife asked about item engravings or about our Things Remembered reward account their response were either very short or with an annoyed attitude towards her. I now have remembered back 3 years ago the same employee and manager worked there when we purchased quite a bit of items for our wedding. And their attitude was the same toward my wife back then. This will always be unacceptable. This past weekend when we tried to purchase 3 items and have them engraved, their attitude and responses to my wife's question made her so upset and distraught that I went back in, instead of waiting the 45 mins for the engraving, I cancelled our order and then decided to drive an hour to another mall to purchase the items where we were met with respectable sales associates. A night and day different from the one in Briarwood Mall!! Needless to say, we will never go back to the Briarwood Mall, Things Remembered in Ann Arbor, Mi ever again!!!
