The low teacher-to-child ratio (only 4-5 children in the preschool class and around 7 in the younger class) means every child receives plenty of individual attention. My son started daycare as a very shy child who struggled with social anxiety, adapting to changes, and developing independence skills. With the teachers' patience, encouragement, and support, I've watched him grow tremendously in confidence. He now participates much more in activities, interacts with other children, and navigates transitions with far greater ease. My daughter was a very late walker, and even though caring for a child who wasn't yet walking required extra effort, the teachers were always patient, encouraging, and willing to help her every day.
