We had a nice little takeaway dinner from Little India in the Highlands the other night. I called in our order- it was very easy and the staff I spoke to was pleasant. My husband ran in to get it and said that the inside of the restaurant is stunning and that it was too bad we had our dog in the car and couldn't eat in! He had the chicken tiki korma and I had the Naveretine Korma and we shared plain naan. I appreciate the fact that they gave us plenty of rice for our entrees and the naan was good, although thicker than I've had from other restaurants. I think that while both of our meals were very good (and we ate everything- it all reheated well for lunch the next day) the food itself wasn't the best Indian either of us had ever eaten. But it was still good enough that we'd go back, especially to experience their dining room!

As an Indian restaurant lover and previous owner, I shared that there is too much sugar for my taste. The tandoori was superior. It came out steaming hot with delectable essence and a variety of citrus. The rice was cold and unflavored. The naan also quite bland. The chai was powdered. The service was incredible. Lakshmi and her colleagues treated us with respect and efficiency. She was receptive to the feedback given. The ambience is one of the most beautiful I've seen. A designer clearly took time to manifest a welcoming, cultural experience. It is perfect for family, dating, or a romantic anniversary. They have a full bar and are open to the main street in Highlands. It is sectioned off to create a harmonious and somewhat private dining encounter.

Hit the spot on a late night! after playing some local pickleball i was craving butter chicken and garlic naan and little India did not disappoint. We came in and ordered takeout at the bar. The server was so sweet and hooked it up with extra sauce cups of raita on the side instead of charging us $10 for a large side. I also got a lamb chettandu (i definitely butchered the name) it was the perfect texture and spiciness tho. Wish i ordered more naan lol. Will be back

It is really unfortunate to write this review, as I am a huge Little India fan and was hoping to write a ravishing review for the business. We walked in at 4pm and waited 15 mins to be greeted and seated to a table. We were given an option between bar seating, a table by the door, or a seat by the fire in the shared table. With no one else being at the shared table, my boyfriend and I opted for this location. We then waited an additional 20 mins for a server to come by, unfortunately no name was given to us, but he was wearing a backwards hat. We were ready, so we immediately gave our order. The appetizer comes out to which I have to re-ask for the Coca Cola I had initially ordered and didn't receive. We had already ordered our entrees, but ended up waiting ~20 mins in between being completely done our apps, until our food came out. Not a huge issue, but we were starving and had already waited so much time. We had ordered the saag paneer as one of our entrees, and as someone who gets this every time, I immediately knew something was off. We put this to the side and didn't finish. Server returns after drinks are empty, and upon asking for a refill, he rolls his eyes and walks away without responding. I was honestly shocked. After this we finished our meals and did not see our server for quite some time, enough time that we believe someone who was the manager came over to check in and by this point, we were more than ready for boxes and to cash out. The manager was very kind, efficient, and went above and beyond to grab us our restaurant week dessert to-go and finish out our stay. We love Little India, but will opt for another location next time!

Delicious food! Came here for the biryani and enjoyed everything else we ordered too - the chicken kathi roll, tandoori chicken, and garlic naan. Ordered takeout but will love to dine in one day soon also.

A ok. I have been eyeing this spot every time I come to Highlands Square and was craving some Indian food. I was hoping they still had the buffet but they stopped that awhile back. I came on Monday during lunch and there was availability to be seated right away. The inside has a nice vibe and I feel that you could come with friends or for a nice date. The waiter was friendly and helpful when I had questions. I am a butter chicken gal (no judgement) but decided to try something different because I do feel that this place was very affordable. I lucked out and caught them on a special day where the lunches were 50% off. I tried the lamb biryani which I have never tried before. I will say this is the kind of restaurant I like where prices are fair and you get a hefty amount of food. Hey I am a hungry girl, what can I say? I also ordered some garlic naan and it came with raita. Overall, the food was good but nothing eye rolling in the back of my head good. I felt a little more salt would have been great. However, I downed all the lamb biryani when I thought I might save some for later but nah...it was good that I downed it all. Let's be impressed I remembered pictures ha ha. Either way I would come here again to try some other dishes and I would bring a friend with me. Good place to come in when on 32nd in Highland.

Saag Paneer, Chicken Tikkaand Garlic Naan

this review was just for the iced chai latte and the veggie pakora, it would be an easy five stars. Both were fantastic and stunningly presented. The rest of the food (saag paneer, chicken tikka masala, garlic naan) was good, just not our favorite Indian food. Definitely worth a stop if you're in the neighborhood. The service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was great. Wheelchair accessibility: There is a double front door to get through. The doors are moderate weight and there's not a lot of room to maneuver between the two doors. There is a wheelchair accessible bathroom in the back, they were quick to show us where it was. It has grab bars and plenty of room to maneuver, although sink access was blocked by storage. The main bathrooms would be very hard to navigate with any type of mobility aid, other than a cane. The door handles throughout are beautiful and ornate, but make it difficult to grab if you have limited hand function. There doesn't appear to be any wheelchair accessible parking in the back lot. There is a singular accessible space across the street however.

There's a reason they've been around for 26 years and have four locations. It's that good! If you know, you know. My favorite dishes are always the chicken or lamb vindaloo, chicken tikka masala, veggie pakora and tandoori wings!! But also don't sleep on the biryani!!

I can't say anymore than what others say about @littleindiaofdenver. I know I can take any out of towners or any locals that haven't to any of their locations and they come out a fan. So the other day guess what? We're back! It was an unbelievable feast. These are really a great group. Great staff! Awesome food. Great rich decor that transports you to a place in India itself! No need to bust out your passport. Their cocktails are pretty and pretty stiff. They have a full bar. Food, service, and ambiance- 11/10! Visiting Denver from New York and I couldn't have been happier with my dinner at Little India. Firstly, the restaurant itself is beautiful. There was a live band playing jazz. The lighting was dim and cool. Couldn't get better than that. Our waiter, Oliver, was awesome. He gave us a great appetizer recommendation- the coconut shrimp. Me and my friend's eyes widened at the first bite. Absolutely delicious. We also had the veggie samosas, they were good. My chicken tikka masala was the best one I've ever had. Super thick and tasty. The chicken was great quality. The garlic nan was perfect. Overall, amazing Indian restaurant all around!

    Pani Puri

Couldn't have asked for a better ice breaker as who is just getting introduced to Indian cuisine. Little India's dishes were flavorful with beautiful presentation both times I've been, my first time favorites were the pani puri and onion rings - 2 things I don't normally eat but wouldn't hesitate to order again! I love sitting by the fire pit for intimate settings but the place is gorgeous, not a bad seat in the house and you can always expect good service!

I love Indian food and ever since I moved from Atlanta I haven't found a whole ton of great Indian restaurants in Denver. My friend and I decided to eat here for dinner and I was highly impressed by the food. We ordered the veggie samosas, butter chicken and chicken tiki masala. Everything was delicious! Both dishes and rice were cooked perfectly. The menu had a wide variety of dishes to pick from. They also do a lunch buffet daily that I want to try next time I come.

My friend and I arrived with laptops and left them closed. The whole place has an Elle Woods sleepover energy: pink-adjacent, unapologetically cozy, a little magical. We enjoyed our treats, caught up and people watched. And yes these are treats. There may be alcohol at other times; we were just there for coffee and tea, and the specials leaned floral. I had something built around orange blossom that drifted between citrus and honeysuckle, delicate enough to feel like a mood rather than a flavor. Lovely, if not exactly life-changing. But that's the point: Hello Darling pulls you in with its aesthetic and keeps you with its comfy, cozy seats. Definitely equally suited to a solo work session or a two-hour gossip spiral that was supposed to be a work session! Come for the drinks, stay because you forgot you had somewhere else to be.

The service was OK unfortunately we got there towards the end. I think we had about 30 minutes and we told them when we came in. We just wanted coffee and to use the restroom which to be fair wasn't really that impressive to them. We were definitely not intending to stay long. We really just needed to use the facilities and you have to buy something in order to use them.
