I'm surprised to see such poor reviews for Little Kicks. I'm assuming the experience is dependent upon the location. However, my daughter absolutely loves the St. Jerome's location (NE Philly) with Coach Erica and Coach Bella. I signed her up for Spring 1 and she loved it so much, I signed her up for Spring 2. The class exceeded my expectations, as I thought it was be mass chaos and kids running around with no structure. Extremely disappointing experience and even worse customer service. Less than 24 hours before the season started, families were told that the soccer season would be played on basketball courts. Having previously experienced a class on the courts, I knew immediately this was not something we wanted to participate in. Had this been disclosed before registration, we would not have signed up. The most frustrating part wasn't even the change itself--it was the way it was handled. I reached out multiple times looking for a reasonable solution. I initially asked to transfer our registration to a future season. Instead of working with us, my concerns were dismissed, emails went unanswered, and I found myself repeatedly chasing down responses. After 4 seasons with this organization, I expected far better treatment. It's clear that once they have your money, customer satisfaction is no longer a priority. My daughter participated in the Little Kicks soccer program at the Soccer Post in Cherry Hill. Great experience. Julie and the other coaches were so supportive of my shy daughter and went out of their way to make the experience so fun for all of the kids. Great way to introduce your kids to soccer. Horrible customer service. WARNING for everyone! Once you signed up, there is NO way you can change your choice even if it is 4 weeks in advance. I emailed Linda if i can make a switch for my son's schedule, NO answer. when i emailed her, the class my son signed up for is not even sold out yet, so i was hoping they will consider that but no. They don't even provide a phone number to call on the email confirmation provided. I had to search for it to be able to get a hold of somebody. And when i finally spoke to somebody they told me i am not able to make a switch since it is already sold out. They don't consider anything at all. They asked me if i know someone to sign up for that schedule in order for me to make a switch. What a scam. And even if i do, I am not recommending this type of business to anyone I know. read more

I went to sign up my toddler for a soccer class and was forced into selecting all times available instead of choosing a time. I was placed in a class that was past my toddlers bed time and Litte Kicks refused to place my in the other class, refund or provide credits. This is in response to not only my experience but that of all other reviewers. The refund policies are clearly stated in their materials, that does not make them any less ridiculous. The total lack of care for their customer's individual situations is astounding. I think a robot would have more flexibility and understanding than the management of this company. If I could give them zero stars I would. My son never even started due to how rude and nasty their administrative staff is. I wanted to update my email and Linda act as if I committed a crime. She was short, rude and nasty and act as if she did not want to take the information so that they could email me all the registration documents. The coaches were great but the communication about class cancellations and make ups was a MESS. They would post cancellations due to weather on the Facebook page and then later delete them and then wouldn't follow up until a week or more later on what the plan was for makeups. I've never received an email from the organization that was less than 7 paragraphs (much of which had nothing to do with what they were communicating) with random words highlighted and capitalized. It's a disaster, hard to navigate, and left us wildly confused. If your kid is really in to soccer, there's got to be a better organization that operates without all the chaos. read more

Had to cancel session enrollment for medical reason and Linda would not refund. I was canceling one month in advance of start of 6-week program. I further explained it was not a choice but a necessity. Linda's inflexibility and insensitivity validated the organizations non-caring and greed. Go elsewhere. read more

they wanted an emailed copy of my sons birth certificate to show he was his actual age, I have no idea why they did not trust the information i was giving them of my child. I felt uncomfortable emailing such personal information but finally agreed to it. When I did they registered him for the incorrect time I wanted and said that I could no longer sign up for the time I originally wanted. When I asked for a refund they said they could not refund me. Never made it to an actual practice, maybe the coaches etc. are good, but the management is sub par at best. read more

We love Little Kicks (Marlton/Medford)! The program is a good way to introduce little ones to soccer while mixing in some games that touch on other skills. Coach Tyler has been our coach for all three of our seasons. He is so great with the kids; he does an amazing job organizing the class and engaging those children who may be having a rough day/not interested in participating at the moment. His sense of humor keeps things fun for all the kids (and parents)! read more

Have had nothing but issues with this program. Two years in a row, two separate issues and my son can not attend the program- due to the mismanagement of the company. (Shame on me for giving them another chance) As explained in other reviews, Linda is unaccommodating and just rude. We registered our 3 year old daughter online for the 10:15am class on Wednesdays in Newtown. There were no other time options that worked for our schedule. However, during the registration process, the site required a second class time choice. I chose one, knowing we would not be able to make it work with our schedule just to get through the registration process. We also requested our daughter be with two of her cousins who were already registered and also requested she be on their teams as well. Our daughter was ultimately assigned to our "second choice" - which, again we knew we couldn't feasibly attend due to our schedule. I called to inquire and Linda told me it was too bad because we were too late (the class was marked available when I registered) and that there was NO REFUND, TRANSFER OR CREDIT available. We are stuck paying for a class my daughter cannot attend. Furthermore, Linda told me over the phone that our family members did not request our daughter on their teams, but I have screenshots from both showing they had. read more

Little Kicks Soccer is the best youth athletic program my family has ever attended. We started going four years ago when my son was just learning to run, and have been frequent customers ever since. Our youngest just started attending classes. Coach Jamie has taught our son for three years, and he is able to play with children almost twice his age on the school yard. The program starts with basics and coordination and evolves into scrimmages and organized games that help teach teamwork among other skills. I would recommend this program to anyone between the ages of 18 months and 8 years. Also enjoy the friendship our children have made through the years. read more

I was so happy to introduce my child to soccer. The first 3 classes went well but we noticed the coach becoming irritable with the children when they were just being typical 4 year olds. The ratio was 15:1 which was very high for little ones. I am very sorry I signed my child up with this organization and subjected him to a coach who should have stayed home and watched sports on TV. read more

Never got a chance to try little kicks out for our daughter, when registering you are forced to pick a 2nd time slot even though we could only do the first time slot. We got picked for the 2nd time slot, we asked to be moved to 1st time slot and was told no. Asked for our money back we were told no refunds. Asked to roll over to the next season we were told no. Stay away! Dishonest company with horrible customer service. Falsely advertises (on their Facebook page) a 1:8 student-teacher ratio, when in reality they have 1 coach to 15 students! The coach tries her best, but the kids do not learn much due to minimal attention, and this is an expensive class of $20 for 45-min. Office administration is incompetent, concerns expressed to management are not addressed properly and rather are brushed off and ignored. Customers' comments are deleted and blocked from their Facebook page- no respect for the paying customer. They also ran a fraudulent contest- asking parents for free publicity with Facebook check-ins, to win a free session- but they misled the customers and used fictitious names as fake winners. I can not say enough great things about this program. My shy 5 year old came out of her shell immediately upon getting on the field. Really disappointed with this company. The class size is so big, with such little kids, my child just runs around, and the coach has no idea because there are so many kids to watch and control. My child is not understanding the concept at all, after a few sessions of trying. It's really hard to get in touch with the management. They don't return emails and it's difficult to get in touch by phone. They will not acknowledge any sort of negative feedback (however true it may be). They were recently caught in a deceitful contest where they promised to choose a winner to award a free soccer session to a winner from each location, and they not only lied to their customers and made up names of winners who didn't even exist, but they wouldn't own up to it when asked. They continued to make up more lies, deleted Facebook questions regarding the situation, and even blocked their paying customers who were asking the questions! We were not happy with this place at all. Won't be doing any more classes. Our first session was great, our child could only attend two out of the six however for medical reasons, but the coach was absolutely amazing! He was funny, engaging, and the class size was perfect. After he fell ill, we were super upset having to stop, but they communicated that we could enroll in the next session at a prorated amount if we had a doctors note. This is where everything went sour. Emails and phone calls went unanswered. I had no clue if we were enrolled or not since no one would answer me. I called and called, and finally got an email response, and she said she emailed me back multiple times and I was the one who never answered. (Not true) finally we got in a class- the coach of this class was not even close to the coach we had the first time. The class size was huge- completely overwhelming for many of the children who couldn't handle how big it was . They jammed two classes into one small space, and the coach just seemed miserable. She even complained about how sick she was- uhm hello? If you're sick, stay away from children! We won't be going back to anymore classes. read more
