It's relatively clean and well organized. There are fitting rooms to try on clothes. They have a cool rewards program too. Earn 1 point for every $1. I'd pay a smidge more just to help support a worthwhile mission! There is an abundance of clothing, shoes, glassware and kitchenware. Then a smattering of all the other things to include records, cds, HS, books, decor etc. it's pretty big, but not overwhelming. It's always clean and pretty organized. The staff has always been kind, helpful and engaging on all my visits. Their pricing is extremely reasonable for so many of the items. I don't think I've thought twice about an item here due to their price. This is always a thrift location I like to visit.

About 2 hours later, Old Navy denied my claim via email. I called and was told there was nobody I could talk to who could help and that I would need to file a claim with my bank. I will NEVER buy from Old Navy online again. I love their clothes, but refuse to let them attempt to rip off like this ever again. Just go into the store and buy what is available there. It is not worth it. (There is no option to review their online business, so I am posting for the closest physical location)
