It was my first time at Little Luxuries Nails and I wanted to get a simple holiday design. I arrived early but it seemed busy so I had to wait about 10 minutes past my appointment time. My nail artist was Zoey and she did a FABULOUS job! She was very attentive! She cleaned up my nail nicely and worked with me to get the shade of green I wanted. I love that at the end she gave me a hand massage. The place overall can be a little loud since there's a lot of nail appointments all happening in the same room. Overall, I love how my nails turn out and will be going back!

When you first walk in the place is very clean and inviting! I love the design and the relaxing feeling you get. I got checked in quickly and had Zoey as my nail technician. She did a great job with my manicure and pedicure with gel for my upcoming wedding. Each service took about an hour each. I got the ombré which I've never done before and there were some hiccups but zoey still did a great job with my nails. Only reason I deducted was I had to wait a while to check out since their front desk person was away and I had to ask for someone to check me out. Overall good first experience but it's quite pricey and it's something I only do for special occasions. Definitely not feasible unless you're able to afford coming here every month for nails since their prices are high. As far as parking there are street and ramp parking nearby!

Just walking in you could tell that your experience will be luxurious. The space is beautiful and modern with a purple theme. The receptionist was very welcoming and accommodating to my walk in request, beautiful comfortable waiting area. Not the typical set up for your pedicure but so comfortable in the all white clean furniture space. The place smelled great and was relaxing. I love that the ladies were all wearing purple tunic and name tags. Christine worked magic on my toes she was so gentle, my toes got the best cuticle cleaning ever. Love my experience and absolutely love my nails.

I got a gel manicure. They did an excellent job and were meticulous with detail. Customer service was excellent. They were very friendly. The space was very clean. They were able to get me in pretty quickly, even though I didn't have an appointment.

I booked a full set of acrylic nails and polish on my toes, expecting to pay the $90+ advertised on the salon's website for a full set. To my shock, I ended up paying $150 just for my nails--plain red nails. Somehow, I was upcharged $60. Worse, the entire process took FOUR HOURS! The nail tech, while nice, clearly had no idea how to do acrylic nails. Every nail was a different length and shape, looking nothing like the reference photo I showed her. After sitting for hours, I was just ready to leave as I had other obligations. I've been getting my nails done for 15 years and have never experienced such poor service. Once I left, I noticed that my left hand wasn't even cured properly! The gel polish smudged all over my shirt and chest, with lint stuck to my nails. When I went back in, the manager argued with me, insisting that's just what happens with gel polish. This is completely untrue. I've been to beauty school--I know how gel is supposed to work. Properly applied gel does NOT smudge like that. I was scheduled to fix my nails the next morning but had to reschedule, and the earliest available appointment was five days later. When I went in to get them fixed, I was told they only had time to repair three nails. How does that even make sense? They ended up "fixing" 6 nails. Afterwards, the color didn't even match the rest of my nails! They told me, "gel polish colors change color over time." I've never heard that in my life. My toes are a different shade than my nails, and 7 of my nails are a different shade than the rest. I left feeling worse than when I arrived. Eight hours of work later, and I still hate my nails. This was for my birthday, and it was incredibly disappointing. I'm still shocked by the unexplained $60 upcharge for plain red nails. To top it off, they incentivize good reviews with a 10% discount if you leave a positive review. That explains why they have such high ratings, but my experience was truly awful. I posted a photo of my nails, the nail color vs. toes, and my reference photo.

I booked a couple's massage for my spouse and I and both massage technicians were amazing! Quite possibly the best massage I've received. After the massage I enjoyed the sauna and steam room. They have a soaking tub but it was out of order during my visit. I'll have to go back when that is operational to get the full experience Anda Spa has to offer. I would highly recommend treating yourself to a service at Anda Spa, they will take great care of you!

Now if the valet will be available is a whole other story. It took a considerable amount of time to drop off my car and I had asked three different employees about getting change for tipping and this proved more difficult than expected. I was greeted by Laura - who truly was the bright spot in this whole experience. She was on top of it and so friendly. She got me a locker and got me set up. I was eager to come here because they boasted a steam room, sauna, rainforest shower, and hot tub. Lukewarm would be a great way to describe this experience. The steam room just didn't get as steamy or warm as I would like, I had to turn on the sauna myself and wait for it to warm up (energy efficiency maybe) and the hot tub had water features that were spitting out ice cold water - cooling down the whole hot tub. I didn't venture to the rainforest shower because I couldn't bear to be any colder! I did love the tiled heated chairs in this lounge though! Normally these features would be my favorite and I could spend all day rotating but Anda spa caps you at an hour. There are a few lounges that you can check out. The one lounge has a few snacks, unlabeled tea, and fruit infused water. As some one with allergies - the mystery of it all wasn't great. The other lounge had weighted blankets. I was told to wait in either lounge for my technician. My technician was around 10 minutes late to my appointment without any notice. I had to walk out to the front to flag a staff member down to make sure I understood the instructions correctly. This definitely detracted from the relaxed vibe. The facial was in a brighter room than I'm used to and obviously you're downtown so it can be a bit noisy. The facial itself was good and the technician had strong hands though I wish I would've researched more about the products. My skin has felt dried out since and it's just not the best experience I've had. I'm going to check out some other spa options before I return here. Again - Laura was phenomenal and the space is clean and modern - I just didn't have the experience that I would've liked for the price.
