They have been in Kapolei for many, many years and is posted on the right side before entering K-Mart's doors. When I used to work in the Campbell Industrial Park area, This place was one of my quick stops before heading out to work. I recently stopped by here to grab a bag before shopping at Kmart. I haven't been here in years, actually it's been about a decade. But the ladies that work here are still nice and friendly as I remembered them. They serve 3 different types of Lumpias. 1) Shanghai 2) Pork w/ Veggies 3) Banana They're all ono delicious! You can also mix match or buy individually. I noticed that their $5 price tag for a bag of 6 pieces has risen by just a quarter. It's still a great deal! They have a few more food items other than lumpia on their menu. There's also Pancit. Then there's desserts such as Butter or Coconut Mochi and Bodbod! After all these years of selling lumpias out of their little food stand I must say that I'm pretty impressed that they are still here and in business for all those years even though there's Little Caesars and Wendy's in the vicinity.

#109 of 2017 This…read moremarket seems to be getting smaller every year. We still come every Friday because it is convenient. One stall specializes in papaya and bananas. I like the papayas. Other 2 trucks bring in vegetables. We easily spend $30 here. This is located in the parking lot for Ewa Beach Park across from the Ewa Beach Library and Campbell High School. Parking can get tough. You may find street parking easier. Along the fence are your nanas selling their home grown vegetables. You can bargain with them a little. Not sure why they allow this but it's worth to check them out. The trick here is to get thete at 8:45am 15min. before they open. Choose your fruits and veges then wait till it opens to pay. Getting there at 9pm when they do open, or after, most of the better quality products are gone. The market doesn't stay long. By 9:30am the vendors are packing or gone.

They have snacks, drinks, frozen food, eggs, canned goods, some dry goods, soap, and hair care. The majority of the items are geared toward Filipino goods, hence the name Little Manila Market. I love that we have a convenience store like this here. My daughter has been passing by with her friends to grab snacks after school. I was able to grab things for dinner, which made it really convenient. Overall, it's exactly what this neighborhood needed. Can't wait to see what else they will bring to this place.

Odd, as nothing really needed to be "cooked" very long. I noticed immediately that a majority of the tables were disgusting and there are flies buzzing around. In any case, I still decided to order my food as "dine in." I did some shopping while I was waiting, and of course, while I was standing in line (almost 20 minutes later) my beeper went off. You cannot silence it, so I ended up abandoning my place in one of the three cash register lines. Since there are only 3 lines, they do not move quickly. This is prime time on a Saturday, mind you. I went to turn in the beeper and get my soup. The soup comes in a flaming box with a bowl shaped opening with feet, where the stainless seet bowl sits. Now, I get that the flaming box is meant to keep your soup hot... However, WE ARE IN HAWAII. The ambient temperature isn't going to cool down the soup dramatically. IN FACT, I HAVE BEEN SITTING HERE WAITING FOR THE FLAME TO GO OUT, BECAUSE MY SOUP IS TOO HOT TO EAT. Additionally, because the bowl sits on feet, the beef bones weight keeps spilling the soup off one end. The soup is delicious, but this is the stupidest execution and presentation of something meant to be delicious and simple. Also, if the bowl is too hot to hold and drink from... soup spoons would be awesome. ‍

Shopping in Waipahu, O'ahu, Hawai'i…read more.. When I saw that there was a third location of One 2 Buy, I thought, "Wow, they must be doing well!" I'm glad that the first location moved to Coral Street... it has better lighting, parking, and organization. The second location in Pearl Kai is also new and clean! This third location, inside of Keiki Kingdom, has more of a warehouse vibe. There are open cardboard boxes so that customers can see the products. I like the fact that there are prices on most items. It's a satisfactory place to find unusual Asian snacks. My friends liked the Hawthorne candy - it was like individually wrapped fruit roll ups! The green onion crackers had packs of eight crackers in the bag. It's a fun experience! Take a look around! Parking is free! Note: this used to be a Walgreens!

A Waipahu Treasure Hunt!…read more One2Buy just opened in the old Walgreens location in Waipahu (across from the former Don Quijote), and you truly can't miss it....the building is painted bright and loud in the best way. When you walk in, you can tell they're still setting up, but it actually adds to the experience. The front is filled with claw machines, giving it a fun arcade vibe before you even get to the good stuff. Then you head in deeper and suddenly you're surrounded by rows of exotic snacks and foods from all over the world. Half of it I've never heard of, the other half I've only seen scroll past on TikTok. It felt like a full-on treasure hunt trying to figure out what everything was....thank God for Google Translate because nothing is labeled in English and nothing is priced. We just threw everything into our amazingly smooth shopping cart and hoped for the best at checkout. Honestly? No regrets at all. The best part is taking all your treasures home and having a blast opening everything and doing your own taste test or mukbang. It's such a fun experience, whether you go with kids, friends, or just your adventurous self.
