We started ordering from Little Mia's when our usual place just kept letting us down. Boy am I glad they did! I always crave a simple baked ravioli. Ever since I was a kid it's just one of my favorite comfort foods. Little Mia's didn't disappoint and their sauce is really delicious. They give great portions and a fresh salad. Their bread sticks are a nice addition to the meal and perfect for dipping. We have also tried their regular Pizza, a deep dish as well as their ham and cheese calzone, fried ravioli and meat balls. Been coming to Little Mia's for a few years, now, since moving to Brick. The food is always good, the environment friendly and relaxed. I just picked up a chicken parm dinner for lunch around 2:15 P.M., with a 20 oz. Ginger Ale. Guy behind the counter in the yellow shirt rang me up, $20, and I paid cash; done deal. As I was dropping a tip into their tip jar, he rapid fired through the transaction screen on the computer and didn't think I would catch the total cost of $18.12. I was stunned and just left, trying to comprehend why. Needless to say, unless I get a formal face to face apology and some sort of reprimanding, this review will be posted to other sites. I've tried the Little Mia's in Arnold Ave several times and love it, so when this one opened near my parent's house I was thrilled. Last night we hosted a large dinner / Anniversary Party for them and it was THE perfect venue! The service, the music! I was looking forward to trying this place, I hate to admit it but quite frankly-I am disgusted. After I received their menu in the mail, I decided to give it a whirl. As they had so many delicious options to offer. That's the problem-too many options. Are you an Italian restaurant or the Seaside boardwalk? We have been loyal customers to LG'S in Brick, we cheated on them one time and we paid the price. The guy who answered the phone, who was also the chef, was a very nice guy, as well as the delivery boy. The food however, not so nice. Pictured here you see ex:A & ex:B is Eggplant Parm with Penne pasta and a few pieces of spaghetti as a decoration. The eggplant was thin, slimy, yet burnt and rubbery. It appears to resemble dirty rolled up gym socks or roast beef that sat outside for weeks. The garlic knots were tiny, which were adorable bc I have kids but they were burnt to a crisp and drenched in oil. The jalapeño poppers were good but anybody can get those from a box and pop them in the oven. The garlic bread was decent. I cannot comment on the salad because I did not receive it. This place should be ashamed of itself. I'm not even sure it's an actual business... they'll take your money right away when you order online, but you will never see your food, and they won't answer the phone. Actually, they did answer at the 2 hour mark, where a rude woman yelled, "YOUR FOOD IS ON IT'S WAY" without getting any of my information... My date and I had a late lunch so we split a chicken and shrimp Caesar salad which was honestly the best Caesar salad I've ever had. It is BYOB, very good for a pizzeria. We originally started ordering from the Pt Pleasant Location ( even though we had to pick it up) When we heard they were opening a location in Brick we were over excited. We never had an issue with the Pt Pleasant Location with the food or the service. Since they opened in Brick, we have probably ordered over a dozen times, between lunch, dinner and catering. I was in there the other day to pick up lunch and notice the deep-dish pizza, so Friday June 11th we ordered a few dinners, zeppole's and a deep-dish pizza (1/2 cheese 1/2 supreme). Pizza comes and it was all supreme. I called immediately and was on hold for a few minutes (under stable since it was a Friday night). I asked them for a whole new Pie and was advised that it was a mistake I got someone else's pizza, and the other person got my pizza. So, I was told to keep the pizza I had and they would send a new one just Cheese. A few minutes later I get a call back and was told they will not send me a whole new pizza, but they had a few slices of deep dish that they can send me instead and I was ok with that as long as it was (4) slices. Pizza delivery guy shows up with (4) Sicilian slices. I call back furious and a gentle man gets on the phone and says "we don't have any Deep Dish" so I sent the Sicilian pizza. I told him that's not what I ordered, and I wanted Deep Dish Cheese, he said he would not send a whole new pie unless I paid for it. I told him I would pay for 1/2 since this was their mistake and he was arrogant and said "No I will give you 20% off" So then I said give me back 1/2 my money for the pie I already paid and he said "No" I told you 20%. So I told him we order from him 2-3 times a week between lunch and dinner and I was very disappointed and I will not be ordering from him anymore and his response was "if that's what you choose". One more thing when I told him he was supposed to be sending me 4 cheese deep dish slices he said the girl that answered the phone is new and she doesn't know the difference between Sicilian and deep dish and I told him this is a still on reflection on him, he should've made sure it was corrected. End result, No Cheese Deep Dish Pizza was delivered, and no refund was issued. So he now lost a ton of business from me and my ADULT children will not be ordering from him anymore. read more

WHO SERVES CHICKEN PARM AND MAKES THE PASTA OPTIONAL? Little Mia's does. I worked all day and was hot and tired. My dad and his neighbor were coming for dinner. I thought we might order from Little Mia's and have it delivered. I went to the website for the menu and ordered online. There is a tricky button I didn't know about. After you order the chicken parm- the screen has you choose your pasta and salad dressing. Food comes- no pasta for anyone. I call! What! It was either pasta or salad !! When I chose salad dresssing the choice for pasta came off. I never guessed the pasta was optional. I didn't see that! Now it's an hour later, everyone is hungry, and no pasta. The person answered the phone and I was complaining- he said "it's clear on my end, 4 salads" I said make it right and send some pasta - he hung up. Needless to say he didn't send a bowl of spaghetti. The food was adequate. I would be surprised if Italians owned it- more like a diner. I won't go back, Obviously. Look my husband and I are in business. It's rough out there trying to get customers and keep them. We bend over backwards to our own loss to make a customer happy. I didn't get that from Little Mia's. We spend $100 a week on take out- why wouldn't you want a customer that always spends their $100 with you? If the owner/manager said - ma'am I'll send over some pasta but I'll need to charge you- I would have been happier than cooking my own pasta and heating up side sauce. Now I'm annoyed, tired, cooking, and cleaning dinner. And the food was just adequate. There are better options out there for a tasty Italian dinner. read more

If I could give this less than 1 star I would. Thought we would give this new place a try, since we always support local business. Well, never again and I hope the managers read this! Had to call 3 time. 1st time left on hold. 2nd time hung up on (should have taken that as a bad sign), 3rd time young lady answered. Ordered a large plain pie and a Mias Stromboli for pick up. Told 25 minutes. The place was empty when my in laws got there. They paid with cash ($24.00) and they couldn't make change. The girl said everyone was paying with cards and the boss didn't go to the bank for cash. Good thing they had singles.... When food got home (5 minute drive) the stromboli was in a small box (lesson learned, even though they only have one size Stromboli on the menu, you can order a large) and the pizza was cold! Not just cold, it was not fresh and COLD. Like it was for slices, left on the counter with the hopes that they had foot traffic for slices and a soda, they are on Herbertsville Road with kids all over! This experience has left a cold pizza taste in our mouths. Back to your competitors across the street and around the block. I do not predict this place will be there long. read more

Pizza dough is tasteless and soggy. One of the worst pizzas in the area. Take some pride in your food.

Ordered 2 large pies and order of fries and an order of cheese fries,hands down the worst food I've ever eaten,the plain fries where cold and soggy,the cheese fries where equally as soggy just slapped with some hot cheese sauce,and the pizza seemed like they were premade,ice cold and stale when we got them,if my kids weren't starving i would have sent them back what a waste,how does this place have 2 establishments is beyond me read more
