Ohio does not play with it comes to polish food and this spot did not disappoint- tiny place like- lives up to its name for sure- sweet service, very friendly faces- good prices and best of all- BEST POLISH FOOD. Portions- out of this world, variety, come on- wow. They don't offer seating, so do what we did and have a polish picnic in the park- grab extra napkins because you are going to be salivating before you get to the park- spot on! The pierogis, sausage, cabbage roll, beans and butter roll were all part of the tour of Poland- everything you could ever want. My friend got the BLT- "best BLT I've ever had" go On already- get you some food from the Little Polish Diner-

Ate here today with my parents and sister to try this place out for quick bites and trying out another Polish food called pierogi for the first time. We had definitely brought different kinds of pierogi to share together to at least satisfy our taste. It was definitely great and delicious. The service there was also patient and attentive. Finally, I will come back again next time when I visit Cleveland.

quaint. Home cooked Polish food. Best perogies in town. If you are in the area you have got to stop buying and get the tour of Poland

YUMMMM! So I had been here before years ago, and honestly don't remember being that impressed. Decided to give it a go again because when I'm home visiting I need my fill of Eastern European food and have been on a quest to find a suitable replacement for Sokolowski's (RIP). I came on a Friday so I could get some cabbage and noodles along with my tour of Poland. Everything was delicious! The cabbage rolls were so tender and the sauce was amazing. The pierogis were slathered with butter and onions as they should be. The kraut was heavenly. Not too sour but rather sweet and the kielbasa was juicy. Heck, I even liked the canned green beans. The cabbage and noodles were delicious. Definitely tasted some garlic in there. I'm actually going back this Friday to do it all over again. I think I found my spot :)

Most delicious and unique pierogy with 6 different kinds of flavors I have ever tried, the sauerkraut is beyond my expectations and the sample of mixed sauerkraut with sausage is quite successful even though I didn't use to enjoy sour food! The amount of food is munificent enough to support my whole day! Just hope eat-in can resume one day.

Absolutely incredible place for pierogi and polish cuisine! We can't wait to be back in the area to eat here again!

After finishing a hike at West Creek Reservation I went onto Yelp to find a place to grab a late lunch and one of the options was the Little Polish Diner which I had heard good things about. Since they offered a reasonably priced fish dinner I figured I would give them a try. Found street parking right across the street. Inside I found out why they call the place Little, the restaurant is a single wide storefront diner that looks like it was decorated by Grandma. The friendly staff informed me that they were doing takeout only since if they had people seated they could not provide 6 feet separation from those waiting to takeout. After reviewing the compact menu and the specials board, I decided to go with the lunch special of a fish sandwich for $5, instead of fries I choose the cabbage and noodles. The order was ready in about 5 minutes and I went to my car to enjoy it. Imagine my surprise to open the takeout box to find a large, but thin whitefish fillet, nice and crispy topped with cheese on a nice sandwich bun with lettuce, a huge portion of the cabbage and noodles, plus coleslaw and tarter sauce. The fish sandwich was very good, the cabbage and noodles were excellent and the portions were exceptional. When I am in the area I will be back to the Little Polish Diner, great basic food well prepared and an exceptional value for the money. I don't think you can go wrong here.

Have nothing against the restaurant but central and Eastern European food just doesn't interest me other than roasted pork and some of their beef dishes and of course sausage. Wanted to try out pierogi today. They have many flavors, surprisingly the best I like was the sweet blue cheese, the worst was the stuffed potato, and I imagine if my favorite kielbasa were used as stuffing I would have liked it better.

John & Loreta Family Restaurant is a diner tucked away in a plaza in Parma. If you're a breakfast…read morelover, this diner might be a good fit. They offer breakfast all day. It was the first search that popped up as I was searching for family style meal nearby. And so, I checked out this diner for breakfast. AMBIENCE: Mom and pop diner frozen in time. Think simple decor, worn booths, few dated tables, and mismatched art. The atmosphere is very relaxed and casual. Most guests were local couples. This is a no-frills food-focused experience. FOOD/DRINKS: Orders and payment are accepted at the counter. Your food order is delivered to your table. You will be provided with a tray so that you can later return your plates and cutlery on this tray. The restaurant most offers self-service. The menu is displayed overhead at the counter. The menu is simple, featuring breakfast specials, lunch specials, omelets, and breakfast sandwiches. This diner is very value oriented. You can order a meal for one for around $10, which is now a rarity. I ordered Gyro Cheese Omelet ($9.99), John's Favorite Salad ($6.99), and hot tea ($1.99). Omelet was served with home fries and a piece of toast. Gyro meat is not frozen, there is gyro spit located right behind the counter. The omelet was alright, but not notable. Omelet ingredients were scarce - meat and cheese. John' Favorite Salad seems like a Greek salad - tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, olives, olive oil, and feta. The dish seems not cohesive. It's just very light and lacking flavor. Hot tea was a mug with non-branded tea bag. Black tea only. To me the food was subpar. It wasn't really restaurant quality. It's something you'd expect to eat at someone's home, which might be its own charm. SERVICE: The service is indifferent unless you're a regular. It was heartwarming to see the staff call their regulars by their names. The service is so focused on regulars that at some point the regular cut me off in line. The guest just walked up and stood in front of me in line. I was genuinely amused by this development. I didn't have urgent plans so it wasn't a big deal. The waitress mentioned that he was just picking up an order and I'll be next. All in all, I didn't feel welcome as a new guest. PARKING: There is a large shared plaza parking lot for your convenience. In winter months the parking lot is not well salted, might be icy. This diner is a worthy destination if you're looking for a quick breakfast. It wasn't the best diner food I've tasted, it was just okay. I didn't particularly enjoy any part of my experience. If you're looking for cheap food and low key spot, stop in.

I met a friend for breakfast this morning, and everything from start to finish was spot on. I ordered the Sweet Jalapeño Sandwich: an English muffin piled with jam, bacon, an egg cooked over medium, and cheddar, served with home fries. It was the perfect balance of sweet, savory, and just a little kick. My friend stuck with her usual: the Banana & Bourbon Caramel Bread Pudding French Toast, topped with fresh bananas and their homemade bourbon caramel sauce, plus a side of pork belly. It looked incredible and, according to her, tasted just as good as it always does. We arrived just a few minutes after they opened at 8:00 and were seated right away. The service was friendly, attentive, and very prompt without feeling rushed. Scratch has such a great casual, local diner feel, but with a menu that's anything but ordinary. The portions are generous, the flavors are unique, and the quality is consistently excellent. Definitely a go-to spot for breakfast or brunch...you really can't go wrong here.

White walls, glass windows in front, a few things hung on the walls. Not fancy, but pleasant. Very clean. The food is phenomenal. I've been dreaming about their biscuits and gravy since my last visit. Still perfect. The home fry-style potatoes are what a lot of places try to serve but fail at miserably. They are crispy AND fluffy! Yum! My scrambled eggs were not at all greasy or oily. My iced tea was delicious and refreshing. My lovely wife had the chorizo hash, which I tried. Oh, my. So good. And the chipotle crema on top was just perfect. They have excellent diner coffee here as well. My service experience was immaculate the first time and just OK today. He was fine initially, but I feel like he kind of forgot about us after he checked on our food. We were stuck way in the back. Maybe he was on a break, which is fine. I spent time as a waiter in two different restaurants, so I'm sympathetic, but I did not get a drink refill, and I wanted one pretty badly. This is one of my favorite breakfast spots, and it feels like a hidden gem.

On the outside it's a big silver diner. Looks smaller than it is. Inside there is a good amount of seating and it's not small. Parking is right out front. We sat and ordered pretty quick. I got the chicken noodle soup and salad. Kathy got the Greek salad with chicken. We both got the Greek dressing. The chicken noodle was homemade with plenty of big carrots, celery, egg noodles and a bit of chicken. It was good. Could have used a bit more chicken but it was full of veggies and tasted good. Plus it was hot. Love it. Salad came and it was a decent size. Also lots of veggies. It was just enough food. And the price was great under $8. The Greek salad could have been a bit larger. I thought it looked a bit skimpy. But Kathy got a whole chicken breast cut up. She sub's out the gyro meat. Again dressing was homemade and really good. The desserts looked super good but we did not partake. The menu is good with Bfast, lunch, dinners. Everything from burgers, sandwiches, pasta. Lots to choose from and prices are decent.
