You needed towels and called front desk? You go get the towels from front desk yourself. Low on liquid soap and/or shampoo in the dispensers? You are out of luck. They don't even check before you check in. Low speed internet... ugh...

A very average motel room, its somewhat clean won't make you squirm but if you're an anal person, it might. It has old furniture and a small 32" TV that only has 13 channels, wth?? 13 channels and not one of them are movie channels, a no frills average room but its spacious, has a small table with 2 chairs, couldn't find the ice room near our room so we skipped it. Pictures are from a single king size bed. We stayed on a Saturday night and paid 114$ a night. There's a 100$ cash only deposit fee they hold and make sure they stamp 100$ deposit in red on the signed contract and keep that contract safe because they will need it back as proof you gave them the cash. Because they use this stone age system they get a 2.5 star from me. They would've gotten a 3.5 star but life's not fair like that.

The only good thing about this place is the location. Ifyou want to be in the middle of westminister and your visiting for food and whatnot. Otherwise the hotel is alright. It's clean but they miss a lot of things like. Giving us only one toilet paper roll and we have to go ask for more or wait till housekeeping comes and replenishes the place. Honestly I feel like I can find a better place for around $100 but like I said location is good.

Toilet paper holders, disgusting. This is day 1 moving in...

Not clean, Not sure if the house keepers clean the bathroom properly.. ( see pictures added) If you want to see something nasty look behind the bed. Dust, shit and leftover food from idk maybe 2006. Only thing i liked was location. Near target, restarants, 99 cent near everything. Never coming back here again because it was so dirty didnt felt comfortable. One more thing, its so loudy, could her my neighbor complaining about their son for hours. The other day it was party and they keep going till 04 am.. even thou i called reception ... im not sure if they had the music loud or the walls just too thin.. Anyways. Short info, it was too expensive for this dirty hotel.

First off the location is great for the parks, it's a doable walk when your feet are still fresh but if you're too tired they have their cute little trolley that drops you off and picks you up from the parks once an hour. It's a very quiet hotel, i've never had any noise issues staying there. The rooms are always clean and the beds are super comfy. Another plus is the A/C's always work great and since they renovated they're in the ceiling so it cools a lot more evenly. They've got a pool and hot tub plus a small wading pool for the little tykes! They've really stepped up their continental breakfast as well. Lots of choices and great things to grab for snacks later inside the park. The staff is always phenomenal and friendly. From front desk, to maids, to groundskeepers and security guards everyone smiles and greets you when walking by. We like a specific area of the hotel and they almost always honor that and are very personable. The price is pretty comparable to other ones in the surrounding area when you factor in parking fees for them. My family is usually willing to pay a little extra for that Candy Cane Inn charm. More affordable than any Disney branded hotel but still that great Disney level customer service.

They said they were fully booked and this was it and that this is the room we had on or reservations on their system. (Yeah right. They still tried to charge us for the larger room btw.) We had to be somewhere asap so we left, came back and tried to talk to the man at the front desk again... Same song and dance. We were about to give up when we noticed the broken bed as soon as we sat on it. Then we looked underneath and saw the dried blood stains. . . . Yeah, we got out of there the very next minute. Because of the B's this place put us through we couldn't get another room that night and had to head home. 0/5 Stars stay away!

We thought this place would be awesome since it had good reviews. It was a late night and we didn't want to drive for the night because we were super tired. Came there and the guy at check in was super nice. Woke up in the middle of the night itching and it felt like I was getting bitten by something. I woke up to a few welts on my legs to find that I had been bitten by bed bugs. We ended up leaving in the middle of the night not even checking out. Couldn't another place so slept in the car in a nicer neighborhood. Thankfully I didn't go home with anything from there. Didn't ask for a refund or anything because it wasn't worth doing. Just wanted to leave. This review has been in my drafts for awhile. So it could be different now and hopefully this issue has been resolved. Would I stay here again? I don't think so. Definitely use caution and check your room prior to staying!

If you're looking to splurge a little and want that luxury, resort-style experience, The Westin…read moreAnaheim is absolutely worth it. From the moment you pull into the driveway, you know you're somewhere special. I chose valet parking, which is about $60 a night. They also offer self-parking at a lower rate if you'd rather save a little money. As soon as you walk through the doors, you're greeted with the most amazing signature scent. It honestly reminds me of walking into an upscale Las Vegas resort. The lobby is elegant, there's a beautiful bar, a well-equipped fitness center, and a gorgeous pool area. We spent some time at the heated pool and jacuzzi, and it was the perfect way to unwind after a long day. The jacuzzi even has water features flowing into it, making it feel like a true luxury resort. The rooms are just as impressive. They're modern, elegant, and incredibly comfortable. The carpet was so soft, the bathroom was beautiful, and the entire room felt clean, relaxing, and upscale. Now, here's the decision I had to make. I could have booked a theme park view room where you can see Disney California Adventure and the fireworks from your balcony. But instead, I chose a resort-view room because I really wanted to experience the hotel's rooftop restaurant, Rise. And I'm so glad I did. When we checked in, they were able to get us a reservation for 8:30 p.m. The restaurant is reservation-only, so I definitely recommend planning ahead if you can. We arrived just before sunset, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. The rooftop has glass panels all around, so you have an unobstructed view of Disneyland and Disney California Adventure while you're enjoying dinner. Then, at 9:30, the fireworks started. Watching the sunset fade into the Disney fireworks while enjoying dinner on the rooftop was honestly one of the most magical experiences of the trip. It was worth every penny. So if you're celebrating something special, planning a romantic getaway, or just want to treat yourself to a luxury Disneyland experience, The Westin Anaheim is an incredible choice. It's definitely a splurge--but if you're looking to feel a little bougie, relax in luxury, and create an unforgettable Disney memory, you won't regret staying here.

When I arrived, the concierge remember me (and my son) from our visit last year. That impressed me! The room was comfortable as always. It was also large and comfortable. This hotel has one of the best fitness centers that I've ever had at a hotel. Only a few very high-end hotels have ever come close. The property is also in close proximity to tons of attractions for the kiddos. Love the property and the staff are awesome. Will definitely be back again!

The hotel staff was very professional and provided options to the third party booker to rectify the issue, but ultimately I ended up keeping the room that was reserved for me. Again, not the hotel's fault at all. Unfortunately, on the morning of my second day staying here I discovered three bites that appeared to be bed bug bites. We immediately contacted the front desk and they were extremely professional and were able to book us another room. I was pretty upset as it cut out 1-2 hours out of Disney since we had to pack our stuff and move...I ended up filing an incident report as it was recommended by Jeovanni to have it documented. Huge props to Jeovanni for his professionalism and assistance with the matter. Mishaps aside, we had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Comfortable beds (aside from the bed bugs...), decent free breakfast, and I loved the convienence to Disney. The Toy Story parking lot is around the corner so we took the shuttle from there to get to the park.

I did not eat breakfast but it was well appointed. And the guests seemed to like it. I grab some hot coffee and it was good. My room was a king room on the end, 3rd floor. It was VERY quiet the first 2 nights. VERY. I got 2 great nights of sleep. The AC worked great (it was not a wall unit but a unit by the window). This is a super easy walk to the Toy Story parking lot. My room overlooked that lot. You can walk to the lot, go through security and hop on the Disney bus that lets you out right at the gate. Super convenient. CON-The 3rd night....there were maybe 3 teens staying in the room that connected to my assigned room. There was door connecting. They attempted to enter my room a few times. Which isn't super comfortable for a single, female traveler. Then they returned late (maybe they'd been at grad night?). They woke me up bc I could hear them. Is this the hotels fault? No. But it may cause me to pause when booking in the future. PRO-William and Jovani are the stars at the hotel. They were super friendly Everytime I saw them and asked if I needed anything. (Kevin and Adriana were also friendly).
