Hello Management! The genuine customer who has booked a room at Little Saigon Inn Motel. We were coming here three times and this was our last time won't be coming back. The female staff at the front desk was never courteous and often stared at us. The microwave at the front office was very old, unclean, and it is needed to be thrown away. There was no extra electrical outlet by the bed for people using an inhaler machine. The entire room needs to be remodeled. New carpet mats New floor New tile New paint A new phone that is working to dial up to the front desk The front desk manager is needed to train for customer service skills, she was really rude. The location was great if you're visiting Little Saigon, the rooms were basic, but the service was dog shit. The owner/manager or whatever (tiny Asian lady always in her fake Chanel outfit) was a complete bitch. I've asked to switch rooms bc there was no hot water and the lights barely worked and I wasn't allowed to at all and when my niece came looking for me with her dog she tried to call the cops on her even though she wasn't staying there at all and had walked there from the neighborhood next to it simply because she had her dog with her. Wouldn't recommend this place at all and there's better places to be staying at if you're wanting to visit Little Saigon. read more

We asked the employee to come and they didn't come at all and this wasn't the first time like I've gone here multiple times and one time the bed wasn't even made and they didn't even clean it and no sheets and blanket. Don't come to this trash ass place. We are staying almost more than a week (3 rooms). I wish we paid more for a better hotel! It's dirty, dusty and has spiders and bugs. Bug bites!!! The first night of arrival (Saturday 7/16 at approx 3am) my sister and little cousin woke up the morning of with twobug bites each. As I am writing this, my sister found out she discover another bug bite. It is not cool. I finally got the chance to read the reviews people wrote and I wish I did my research about this place. Also, the blankets is dirty with stains (people doing the nasty). The sheets had stain. The pillow itself is yellow, not the pillowcase cover. When I came into the hotel I moved the pillow off the bed to check and there were other folks hair in the bed from the previous guest. One more thing, the room service folks came in tidy up but I'm not sure if they gave us a new towel, but they folded my towels back and put it on the counter. It felt damp when I picked up the towel cause I used the towel in the same morning. The front desk person said the manager will reach out on Monday morning, giving us a discount and changing the whole damn fking bed. She/He did not reach out. This place is a damn joke. Fk this place. If you want nice souvenir of bed bug bites then come here but if not... beware and be warned! Just don't come here. Pay more for a better place. read more

A very average motel room, its somewhat clean won't make you squirm but if you're an anal person, it might. It has old furniture and a small 32" TV that only has 13 channels, wth?? 13 channels and not one of them are movie channels, a no frills average room but its spacious, has a small table with 2 chairs, couldn't find the ice room near our room so we skipped it. Pictures are from a single king size bed. We stayed on a Saturday night and paid 114$ a night. There's a 100$ cash only deposit fee they hold and make sure they stamp 100$ deposit in red on the signed contract and keep that contract safe because they will need it back as proof you gave them the cash. Because they use this stone age system they get a 2.5 star from me. They would've gotten a 3.5 star but life's not fair like that. read more

The only good thing about this place is the location. Ifyou want to be in the middle of westminister and your visiting for food and whatnot. Otherwise the hotel is alright. It's clean but they miss a lot of things like. Giving us only one toilet paper roll and we have to go ask for more or wait till housekeeping comes and replenishes the place. Despite the reviews I've seen for this place, I felt there were a lot of qualities that were pretty good here. There is complementary coffee and newspapers at the office, as well as, WiFi and iron and microwave all at the office. Most thoughtful thing was that they put a legend for what channels corresponded to what shows. Other than that, the beds were hella comfy and there's even memory foam pillows. The bathroom was a little dirty, but I understand that over time it gets like that. The sinks and showers come equipped with a dispensable soap. Since you're in Westminster, you're going to be surrounded by Vietnamese people. P.S: parking is compacted. There is a high chance you will get your car scratched if you don't park carefully and be careful of other residents. I saw four cars parked on the divider line. read more

One of the worst places I have ever been to. When i walked in the curtains were literally ripped. The bed had stains on it, it was dusty, they overall didn't even clean the place. The sink was cracked, and when I walked into the bathroom with the shower and toilet, it was so dark. I couldn't even shower without being disgusted. The drain looked like a million ants scattering. So gross! there's also some weird hole in the wall and a spider behind the chair beside the beds. It was so dusty. I didn't have a choice to leave because i was staying with my family, I sat on the chair the whole time and didn't shower for 3 days. It was that bad. Don't waste your money on this loser place, it was 200 dollars! I can't believe this, i'm disowning my family for being a cheapskate and not actually going to Los Angeles like they said we were. Found a large coach roach during our first night stay in room 123. Then the key cards stopped working. By the time we left on 1/16/2023, we left two bags of brand new food that we purchased at "An Vat OC". When we call and inquired about it, they told me that the cleaning team probably treated them as trash and threw them out. The food are brand new never opened. How can you treat them as trash? These are very delicious "Banh Trang Hanh Phi." Don't believe a word they tell you. Managers were not apologetic nor even try to ask the cleaning crew. They ate our food!!! read more

Clean enough! Free WiFi and parking. Located in the center of Little Saigon. 20-30 min away from John Wayne airport. For $85 a night, our room was on the first floor and had 2 queen beds. Late post. My aunt just came back from a trip to Vietnam with my dad on new years eve, 12/31/17 and we ran out of room in our house so she needed a room. I called everywhere while we were eating Pho at a restaurant and either they were sold out, required a minimum 2 night reservation or were ridiculously overpriced. Our first choice was Little Saigon Inn and unfortunately they were sold out at the time. So we went on to look for other places to board up for the night. We found one that was about 30 dollars more than Little Saigon Inn and had just parked and we were getting ready to check in but I got a call from Little Saigon Inn. As I sat in the car and my dad walking inside to chwck in, they called back asking if I still needed a room because there was a cancellation and they gave me the rate and I rushed in to get my dad to not check in. They wanted a CC to guarantee the room but I told them we were just a 10 minute drive away so I thought it was unnecessary and they said they'll put the room on hold for 15minutes. We got there and checked in. Front desk girl was very nice. Although I didn't stay at the Inn, this place is great, especially if you need someone to speak Vietnamese with as all the staff I saw that night were vietnamese. Room was nice and comfy. It was a fun experience. Glad everything worked out that night and got to save some money and stay at the location we first chose. read more

3.5/5 Located in the heart of Westminster, it's a good place to stay if you're planning to explore the area. The hotel itself is mediocre. The call for a reservation, a day prior to arrival, was extremely smooth and easy and I received a confirmation text after booking. You can check in at noon, which is earlier than the typical 3 pm at other hotels. The shower has good water pressure and hot water. The heater works great, it warmed the room in less than 5 minutes. The blow dryer is powerful enough to dry my hair in a short amount of time. It's the little things that I appreciate. The bathroom appears a bit dirty. There were stains on the toilet seat and bathtub, but it wouldn't wipe away. Besides that the rest of the room was pretty clean. They don't offer toothpaste, face wash, or lotion so come prepared. I only stayed for a night so I'm not too bothered by the negatives. It was $85+tax for a place to sleep that wasn't disgustingly dirty. I stayed on a Saturday night on the second floor and it was pretty quiet. I'd stay again if I needed a place to sleep overnight in this area. read more

WORST HOTEL I'VE EVER BEEN TO. Super noisy, and also very dirty. The first night I spent here, I saw a cockroach crawling up from the bathtub. Today, I found a leech/worm crawling under the toilet. Didn't have any toothpaste, or any toiletries other than body soap and shampoo. As mentioned, it's super noisy. Had a couple who had loud music and heard a lot of loud talking at 3AM. Not family friendly at all. The only thing I like about the hotel is the location. It is located in the center of good food places and stores like Target. My family and I stayed here this past weekend for one night during the Tet New Year Festival. After settling in our rooms we noticed a couple of things 1. There were a pair of socks (yes, SOCKS) underneath one of our beds 2. We opened up our sheets and were disappointed to find they were dirty, had some stray hairs 3. same deal with our pillows. 4. The shower mat in the bathroom was also filthy and black underneath. 5. DRUMROLL.....The prize had to go towards undoing all of the blankets and sheets and noticing a lighter flying out as I pulled the sheets away. YUCK. Finally, my cousin and I were willing to sleep there on the bare mattress as long as we got some clean sheets. The man who was attending the front desk offered us five sheets from the laundry room (which had a mountain of dirty sheets). He struggled for a good minute or two to find some clean sheets. My car broke down on the street in front of this hotel as I was leaving Orange County to drive up to Oregon. Not only did the people who own/work for this place let me pull in and park my car overnight but also provided me with a safe place to sleep in my car until I was able to get it towed the next day. Got into town late at night with tired kids. Saw this hotel in the middle of Little Saigon, in the middle of many Vietnamese restaurants, and was too tired to check the internet for reviews. Big mistake, this hotel has so many things wrong with it. --Nasty 50's-style bedspreads that were probably not changed between customers --No mattress pad, so you're literally separated from the mattress by a thin sheet. --Cracked mirror --Cracked and peeling paint toilet seat --No iron & ironing board --No bedside table between beds (we had to put drinks & watches on the floor at night). --No clock, no coffee maker, no tea --Electrical outlets do not have covers on them for some reason, and the outlets do not hold in electrical chargers. None of my phones were charged in the morning because the chargers slipped out of the outlets. --Old small TV with remote that doesn't work for TV --Weird lights on chains that are attached to the ceiling by hooks --Free Wi-Fi that works only if you are near the front desk Although it looked popular among Asian guests, for the price, you would be better off just driving a little outside of Little Saigon and stay at a chain hotel. read more

my family came to visit us recently and they wanted to be walking distance from pho/banh mi/sieu thi places, so they insisted on staying here because it was located in the heart of little saigon. i came to visit, i didn't personally stay overnight, but its horrible. everything was out of date, not really clean, non-smoking still smelled like smoke, and the worst part was that there were roaches! my family had to switch rooms, and the new one had little roach killer kits scattered thru out the corners of the room, yuck. and if you are on a budget, this place is not for you its about $80-125/night. horrible service, smelly rooms, not even worth $50. i do not recommend this place. motel 6 is better, and that says a lot! read more

This place have great potential and have value for the price. The location is excellent right in the heart of little Saigon where all the action is ( great foods and famous Vietnamese landmarks are at). Phuoc, loc, tho is 10 minutes driving away, all the good restaurants are either across the street or down the block within walking distance. The check in and check out process are pretty fast and quick. The reception desk are very helpful and friendly. Their beds are very comfy with lot of pillows . I got a good night sleep after a long day of hanging out. The only sad part is management does not keep up with the building maintenances that the hotel slowly deteriorated. The AC does not get cold to the highest degree and blow out hot air. In the summer time where it about 100 degree outside, the room temperature inside is 90 degree with the ac on to the maximum. It's ridiculous!!!! I sat in the room all sweating like I was in a sauna. Room is fairly clean but the sink and bathtub are disgusting. I found hairs in them!!! The water pressures for sink and shower are too slow and weak. The hot water took forever to warm up. Toilet make loud noise when flushing. TV only have a few local channels and some of them have snow and not clear picture. The pool look gross!!! I wouldn't swim in that dump. The internet around the building has a mind of it own. The WiFi works whenever it feel like it. Parking lot is decent size. The space between each cars are very tiny so when you parks your car be very careful not to run into the other car park right next to you. You could bump or get your car or other one scratch very easily. The parking lot could get fill up at night when everyone is back to sleep. Not much to say but there is a Manager there name Nga Lu she is a total bitch, I always come to this hotel every time I come to LA and always bring my dog with me but for some reason she is so unfair to me saying that she will charge me $100 when I first walked into the hotel her co worker saw my dog and did not say anything about charging me. I went down to the office to ask her why did she charge me and she was being so impatient and a total pain in the ass. The main thing that got me mad was that I left the hotel she charged me $100 two times, when I already paid in cash directly to her face then she went behind my back and charged my debit card. She is taking advantage of everybody so everyone please be careful with this bitchass lady. If you're in the Orange County, Garden Grove, Westminster area and need a cheap place to stay, this could be a good option for you. It's summer time and the rate was $89-$99. Which I believe is not bad in comparison to nearby hotel/motels that are about $115 and up. (I mean, there's the motel 6 but I wouldn't suggest....due to some sketchy activities) We came once without a reservation and was told that they were all booked and I could wait a few hours to see if anyone would check out, so if that concerns you, I'd call ahead. The rooms are not anything special, however it doesn't look totally ran down like most motels do. They have memory foam pillows sometimes in some rooms, a small flat screen TV, properly working AC, plenty of mirror, and laminate/fake hardwood flooring. The bathroom is super small and the toilet scares me..I always have to put paper towels over the seats because it just feels disgusting. The whole room didn't have a really clean feel to it but you know, you get what you pay for. I've never actually seen anything gross or out of the ordinary but it's just not a clean feeling. I recommend wearing slippers or something at all times. This hotel is in the Asian area marketed to the Vietnamese crowd, but it doesn't mean you shouldn't check in! The employees are very friendly regardless if you speak Vietnamese or not. It just means you will most likely always see Vietnamese people hanging around outside and on the balcony lol This is an okay neighbourhood, I've never felt unsafe, and it's walking distance to Lees sandwich, 99 cent store, target and others. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Very convenient, because everything we needed was less than a few minutes away and it's right by the freeway. We didn't make any room reservations anywhere and saw this right when we got off the freeway. And decided to give it a shot. That was my fault, because I didn't even think to read any reviews on this place. It was a last minute thing. But, this review isn't about the location. It's about the hotel. The room had stained carpet, grey towels, not because that was the color, because the original color was white at one time, but because the towels are so old and had been used and washed so many times, it turned to that dull greyish color. I mean, it was gross, we asked for new towels but they looked exactly the same, so we ended up going to the .99 cent store to buy mini towels to use. There were two pillows in the room total, for 2 queen beds... Weird I know. And when we tried to call for extra pillows they said ok, and it was never brought to us. When we came back to the room we called and the guy at the front desk said, "what do you mean no pillows? " And he said come to the front desk to get some more. When I went to get them, there were no covers and he went to grab some and just gave them to me. The tub was very grimy, and when I used the shower, the water was not draining properly and was filling the tub, again, super gross. It wasn't even cheap, the price was $89 a night. So this was exactly as I expected, and my expectations were LOW. Along the lines of a Budge Inn type place, but perhaps lower. But since I knew what I was getting in to it wasn't too bad. The cons have been listed by other reviewers so there's no need to rehash them as they are all true. I will add that the "memory foam" pillows are extra thick and hard so you will wake up with a crick in your neck. I think the main draw of this hotel is the location. If you are trying to be smack dab in the middle of Vietnam this is a good base. We paid $75 a night, and I didn't price check nearby hotel prices but you get what you pay for. There is possibly the smallest pool I've ever seen in my life. You should stay here just to see the pool. There is a washer/dryer in case anyone needed to know. Our refrigerator actually worked too (shocker at places like this). See...silver lining. ;-) oh, and the wifi does work....every now and then. read more

Cozy. Love the hardwood of the floors. Though cold feet happen, it feels cleaner. Not a bad place to stay. Though I do understand why people usually have a wariness to small hotels/motels, this one is nice and cheap. Under a hundred. Shampoo and body wash dispensers in the shower and near the sink, so no annoying limitation of small bottles. Our room had two beds and was still very open. Very limited with utility items. Ice box and some cups. Two sets of three types of towels. Toilet tissue and facial tissue. That's it. Not complaining, just giving a heads up. Premium stay items in front office, along with a complimentary coffee and (Viet) newspaper every morning. All rooms are no smoking, but each room shares a bench and ashtray between them outside. Gonna say this again: all that and after tax it was $91 for us. Pricing is not painful and has comfortable rooms, and that's plenty to know. read more
