Worst hotel and management has no idea what they are doing. Zero customer service and cleanliness is not here. What a shame.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Fridge and microwave included. Would have been a five, I suggest you bring your own pillows.

Shady Staff that are clueless and lie. Had a last min family emergency (we were supposed to be…read moreheaded to Disneyland and staying here) and I called at 11:30am the day before we were to come in (at 8pm) and asked to cancel or modify to new dates and when I needed to do that by, they said 3pm. I cancelled my Disney tickets/refunded and I received conf of the call to modify my reservation at the Ramada. I called back by 3 because the email was very vague "modify" and no new dates were on the email. I was then told I couldn't cancel through them it had to be through booking.com, I told them I didn't use booking.com I booked on their website. Clueless staff came back with "oh well you used Wyndham rewards and some points so you'll have to call Wyndham rewards to cancel or modify." I did this, but was told by Wyndham rewards line that the department I needed to do this with was already closed for the day (east coast time) they closed at 5pm. I'm in AZ and they're 3 hrs ahead of me. Was told to call back at 7am today and all would be handled. I did this and was provided a cancellation conf email and I modified my reservation to 10/10-10/12/26, moved my points, received conf of modified reservation. 20 mins later I get charged $130 by Ramada. I called and explained everything yet again and the staff with maybe one good brain cell tells me they don't accept wyndhams cancellations or modifications and I've been charged a no show fee. Unreal. Crooks. I asked to speak to a manager, one isn't in till Tuesday, 2 days from now. I'll report to my bank and send all proof but I've waisted hours of frustration and money on this nonsense. Avoid! I just cancelled my October stay and I'll book somewhere else. Shame on you! Taking money from a mom just trying to take my kids to Disneyland for the first time. Updating with hotel response: included screen shot of unprofessional lying Ramada response. They're delusional, this manager and Staff are pathetic and rude.

First off the location is great for the parks, it's a doable walk when your feet are still fresh but if you're too tired they have their cute little trolley that drops you off and picks you up from the parks once an hour. It's a very quiet hotel, i've never had any noise issues staying there. The rooms are always clean and the beds are super comfy. Another plus is the A/C's always work great and since they renovated they're in the ceiling so it cools a lot more evenly. They've got a pool and hot tub plus a small wading pool for the little tykes! They've really stepped up their continental breakfast as well. Lots of choices and great things to grab for snacks later inside the park. The staff is always phenomenal and friendly. From front desk, to maids, to groundskeepers and security guards everyone smiles and greets you when walking by. We like a specific area of the hotel and they almost always honor that and are very personable. The price is pretty comparable to other ones in the surrounding area when you factor in parking fees for them. My family is usually willing to pay a little extra for that Candy Cane Inn charm. More affordable than any Disney branded hotel but still that great Disney level customer service.

My favorite items from the breakfast were oatmeal, banana, pound cake, hard boiled eggs, and the cheese cubes. The shower had what looked like 2 faucet types...the lower one had water that was too strong at times. Parking spaces were ok the narrow side but thankfully there were a good number of spaces open. Only 1-2 blocks from Disneyland and dca, which was very nice.

Room was exactly as expected, it had the necessities: queen bed, two nightstands, two wall lamps that emit supermarket quality fluorescent bulbs with wall switches, and the main light switch at the entry door hits the main room and closet light. the bathroom was a little cold (couldn't figure out where the draft was, but oh well). Closet had hangers, no safe in the room, but a rather large mini fridge and microwave were present at least. large LCD wall mounted tv with directv/hbo channels available. bath amenities were minimal, shower is a little slippery (no non-slip rubber mat inside the tub, so be careful) and takes a bit of finangling to get the hot water to your ideal temp in the shower -i basically got HOT or just too hot to be warm-hot but i dealt with it. no bugs in the bed/room or bath, minimal noise from neighbors and housekeeping was on point. paint and finishes looked good. walking distance to local shopping center with lots of food options available.

They said they were fully booked and this was it and that this is the room we had on or reservations on their system. (Yeah right. They still tried to charge us for the larger room btw.) We had to be somewhere asap so we left, came back and tried to talk to the man at the front desk again... Same song and dance. We were about to give up when we noticed the broken bed as soon as we sat on it. Then we looked underneath and saw the dried blood stains. . . . Yeah, we got out of there the very next minute. Because of the B's this place put us through we couldn't get another room that night and had to head home. 0/5 Stars stay away!

From the moment you pull into the driveway, you know you're somewhere special. I chose valet parking, which is about $60 a night. They also offer self-parking at a lower rate if you'd rather save a little money. As soon as you walk through the doors, you're greeted with the most amazing signature scent. It honestly reminds me of walking into an upscale Las Vegas resort. The lobby is elegant, there's a beautiful bar, a well-equipped fitness center, and a gorgeous pool area. We spent some time at the heated pool and jacuzzi, and it was the perfect way to unwind after a long day. The jacuzzi even has water features flowing into it, making it feel like a true luxury resort. The rooms are just as impressive. They're modern, elegant, and incredibly comfortable. The carpet was so soft, the bathroom was beautiful, and the entire room felt clean, relaxing, and upscale. Now, here's the decision I had to make. I could have booked a theme park view room where you can see Disney California Adventure and the fireworks from your balcony. But instead, I chose a resort-view room because I really wanted to experience the hotel's rooftop restaurant, Rise. And I'm so glad I did. When we checked in, they were able to get us a reservation for 8:30 p.m. The restaurant is reservation-only, so I definitely recommend planning ahead if you can. We arrived just before sunset, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. The rooftop has glass panels all around, so you have an unobstructed view of Disneyland and Disney California Adventure while you're enjoying dinner. Then, at 9:30, the fireworks started. Watching the sunset fade into the Disney fireworks while enjoying dinner on the rooftop was honestly one of the most magical experiences of the trip. It was worth every penny. So if you're celebrating something special, planning a romantic getaway, or just want to treat yourself to a luxury Disneyland experience, The Westin Anaheim is an incredible choice. It's definitely a splurge--but if you're looking to feel a little bougie, relax in luxury, and create an unforgettable Disney memory, you won't regret staying here.

When I arrived, the concierge remember me (and my son) from our visit last year. That impressed me! The room was comfortable as always. It was also large and comfortable. This hotel has one of the best fitness centers that I've ever had at a hotel. Only a few very high-end hotels have ever come close. The property is also in close proximity to tons of attractions for the kiddos. Love the property and the staff are awesome. Will definitely be back again!
