I was only a guest for 2 days and my room's Wi-Fi did not work until 1 hour before checkout on the 2nd day. It would've been better if I had reception and could use my phone's data plan, but it was a dead spot and I could not use my phone. The hotel did not provide any updates during the repair, but I do know it was not a hotel-wide outage. The elevator situation was also a complete mess. In all my life, I had never seen a line to use an elevator at any hotel. Average wait times from the lobby to my room on the 4th floor ranged anywhere from 5-12 minutes. It was MUCH faster to take the stairs, which I did multiple times. I'm sure the high traffic had to do with the dance competition that was happening that weekend, but this was definitely a nuisance. It also seemed like all 3 elevators were in working condition. The room itself was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly and parking was easy.

Only downsides are: there is a $100 room deposit required for every day you stay here, the AC unit in the room is old, there was a brief power blackout at 1am and all the lights went out. Her tone was rude, dismissive, and unnecessarily harsh from the start. Instead of welcoming guests, she lectured them about hotel rules in a condescending way that felt completely out of line. The situation escalated when she said, "If you want to stay, you stay, or you can leave if you want to cancel." No paying customer with a confirmed reservation should ever be spoken to like that. What made this even worse was the way she singled out and spoke to my brother's family--it felt targeted and uncomfortable, and honestly came across as discriminatory behavior. Whether intentional or not, that is completely unacceptable in any customer service setting. Because of how they were treated, my brother chose to cancel the reservation immediately. No one should have to tolerate that kind of attitude just to check into a hotel. Management seriously needs to address this. Staff behavior like this doesn't just ruin a stay--it drives customers away and raises serious concerns about how guests are treated.

My favorite items from the breakfast were oatmeal, banana, pound cake, hard boiled eggs, and the cheese cubes. The shower had what looked like 2 faucet types...the lower one had water that was too strong at times. Parking spaces were ok the narrow side but thankfully there were a good number of spaces open. Only 1-2 blocks from Disneyland and dca, which was very nice.

Parking in the area usually runs $25-$45 a night, and we got free parking. We also had breakfast both days, which I'd easily value around $40 for a family of four. That's already close to $100 in savings, so you're really looking at about $180 for the room itself. You also get a trolley/shuttle to Disneyland, which adds even more convenience. We arrived early in the morning before check-in and were still able to grab breakfast. Even though the room wasn't ready yet, the staff let us check in smoothly, and we got the room later in the afternoon without any issues. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Not luxury, but well-maintained and exactly what you need after a long Disney day. Location is a big plus -- close enough to walk to Disneyland, which is huge when you have kids and don't want to deal with parking or long shuttles. Breakfast is one of the better continental options. Not a fancy buffet, but solid and convenient before heading out. Service was friendly and efficient. Staff handled early arrival well and made everything easy. Only downside -- I didn't notice an elevator, so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. You can also hear the trolley at times, especially at night, but it wasn't a big issue for me. I saw this mentioned in earlier reviews and it matched my experience. Overall, once you factor in free parking, breakfast, and the shuttle, it's actually a great value for Disneyland. Clean, easy, and family-friendly. I would come back.

They said they were fully booked and this was it and that this is the room we had on or reservations on their system. (Yeah right. They still tried to charge us for the larger room btw.) We had to be somewhere asap so we left, came back and tried to talk to the man at the front desk again... Same song and dance. We were about to give up when we noticed the broken bed as soon as we sat on it. Then we looked underneath and saw the dried blood stains. . . . Yeah, we got out of there the very next minute. Because of the B's this place put us through we couldn't get another room that night and had to head home. 0/5 Stars stay away!

We thought this place would be awesome since it had good reviews. It was a late night and we didn't want to drive for the night because we were super tired. Came there and the guy at check in was super nice. Woke up in the middle of the night itching and it felt like I was getting bitten by something. I woke up to a few welts on my legs to find that I had been bitten by bed bugs. We ended up leaving in the middle of the night not even checking out. Couldn't another place so slept in the car in a nicer neighborhood. Thankfully I didn't go home with anything from there. Didn't ask for a refund or anything because it wasn't worth doing. Just wanted to leave. This review has been in my drafts for awhile. So it could be different now and hopefully this issue has been resolved. Would I stay here again? I don't think so. Definitely use caution and check your room prior to staying!

On my most recent stay, I was placed in a handicap accessible room that I did not request when booking. Not a huge issue, but definitely not what I expected. During the stay before that, on my last day, I stopped at the pool bar to relax and have a few drinks. The entire time, the bartenders and wait staff were either on their phones or arguing with each other. It made for a pretty uncomfortable atmosphere and took away from what should have been a relaxing experience. On the stay prior to that, I had a very negative interaction with a manager, which I reported in a letter. The response from the hotel was lukewarm and didn't leave a good impression. I felt I was treated poorly, especially for a property at this level, and the small number of points offered felt more dismissive than helpful. On top of that, tours were repeatedly brought through the gym while my guests and I were trying to work out. I understand the space may be open, but having multiple groups walk through filming on their phones, combined with the manager's reaction and comments, was frustrating and honestly left a lasting negative impression. I will say the front desk staff are excellent and the housekeeping team is outstanding. Unfortunately, the issues with other areas overshadow the great work they do.
