I learned about the event with Chateau La Femme happening in my area and I felt an immediate yes in my body. I didn't know why I felt strongly in that moment but I trusted myself and I jumped. This experience was primarily for me and my intention was to FEEL sexy and beautiful in front of the camera-to really enjoy and take in the experience and express this part of myself. I could not have been in more capable hands! The set was beautiful! Shari made sure everything came together smoothly and Linda made me feel so at ease in front of the camera from the start. I was swept away feeling like a sexy pampered celebrity for a day. The photos turned out so beautifully I decided to purchase the whole shoot and a book for my husband for our 22nd anniversary. It was a moment and I wanted to remember this creature I had been reintroduced to. It can be so easy to forget our beauty and sensuality in the tumult of daily life and work. I had never posed or worn such little clothing infront of strangers or a camera. Not only did they make me feel at home, but they instilled confidence in me and posed my uncoordinated body to look like a Super Model- I LOOKED ELEGANT! I mean I would do it again just for the fun of drinking some bubbly and getting pretty... My fiance would love it if I did! Haha! But all jokes aside, the photos they create are masterpieces worth keeping for a lifetime. They say a diamond is a symbol of forever love for a woman and I think boudoir photos are about the equivalent for your man! I also like that they make thoughtful, quality looking keepsakes to showcase your photos in so you don't have to worry about framing or printing etc. There are so many good pictures that I plan to get a coffee table book made as a secret anniversary gift for my 1 year anniversary!  All in all: Don't question it if your wondering if Chateau La Femme Photography is worth it, IT IS WORTH EVERY PENNY. I'm very frustrated…read more But this Studio is so much fun and they deserve the stars.I did this for my boyfriend for his birthday and was so excited about the gift. I had a really great experience,and the employees worked so hard to make sure my gift was going to be perfect for him. It was not my first rodeo when it comes to boudoir but they are definitely up there with my top places. I loved the style of the photographs and the way the photographer accomplished getting the right shot. I thought the girls that worked there were really great and sweet, I would have loved to not have to dress in the bathroom, but I can understand seeing as they are in a new studio, Hopefully they put that together soon, and that would be my only complaint. If you are nervous about this type of things the employees are wonderful at making you more comfortable and at ease. I have had some bad bad experiences with other places and these girls really have something going here because they are this good already. the only reason I give only 4 stars is because of the new studio but I'm sure once that is taken care of it will be a 5 star place, no doubt about it. The other great thing is they are inexpensive for what they do. I have paid over $200 for just one print so finding out I got 8 photos for $99 was worth it all on its own, I purchased the groupon and don't regret my choice at all, and also ordered more photos in an album that came out great. My friend and I went here for our first Boudoir experience and were less than impressed. We showed…read moreup a little bit before our scheduled time, only to find an empty, unlocked studio. So the door was open, no sign to show that it was even the right place, and no employees to be found. Eventually Chelsea's assistant shows up and didn't even really greet us or introduce herself. We walked into the studio and honestly the first thing that popped into my head was, "what have we gotten ourselves into?" The studio was dirty and very unorganized. The first little room is the office, makeup, hair, changing, and waiting area. It's literally right by the front door. So if someone walked in and you're changing, oh well. My friend and I got a less than desirable makeup job and both our hair looked the exact same. It seems that they were not very confident in their own skills and kept asking, "Is that OK, is that OK?" So finally Chelsea shows up and she didn't introduce herself either. Whatever, we were there already so my friend and I tried to make the best of the situation. The girls ranted and raved about how they were going to coach us, but when it came time to take the photos is was a lot of, "I don't know, what do you want to do with this outfit?" Then we ended up doing a bunch of awkward poses that really didn't accentuate our bodies. Chelsea seemed annoyed to even be there and also annoyed by her assistant so that made it a little awkward. We ended our session a little over an hour early because it was just done. We were both over the whole situation. All in all, I think it's great that two young women are trying to start a business, but there definitely have a lot of loose ends to work on. Clean up the studio, clean the bathroom and work on your communication during a shoot. I want to do this again, but I will have to choose a different studio. We got to choose 7 photos to be edited and it was hard to find 7 that I actually liked.

She did an excellent job on my hair and make-up and much like other reviews, definitely worth spending the extra $30 on eyelashes - I have thick natural lashes but with the lighting you really do need that extra Oomph. I appreciated her helping me lay out my outfits and choose (I brought SO many options that I needed the help to narrow down!). I never felt pressured to buy any of their lingerie (though boy was I tempted! It is a beautiful big loft space, airy and bright. The actual room where you are photographed is luxe. You walk in and are like, seriously? Can I LIVE here? A girls boudoir heaven. Skye was my photographer and I LOVED her! She was witty, fun, kept me informed and included me in the process instead of just telling me what to do, she allowed me to play a little and to suggest ideas, too. Loved her energy and passion for her work. She is a talented photographer and the results were so beyond what I had expected... WOW. She made me feel and look great! When I came back to view my photos, Hannah was incredibly professional but kind and warm. She was patient with me as I sifted through ALL of my photos and narrowed them down to the final few... it is soooo hard to decide! The person who edits and re-touches is a miracle worker. I actually had my shoot at the Beverly Hills location and came downtown to view my photos weeks…read moreafter my actual shoot. The Beverly Hills location actually closed recently. So, day of the shoot...I bring in clothes and photo ideas because I am type A and I know what I want in my head so I came prepared or so I thought. Akilah did my hair and make up. She's as awesome. Very nice to chat with and made you feel comfortable from the very welcoming in. The hair and make up turned out perfect. My hair was beautifully curled and it turned out incredible in the photos as did my eye make up. Somehow you managed to make it look like I had false lashes on which I didn't. So, thank you for that! Next I had my pics taken with Kimber. Kimber has a way about her that makes you feel comfortable, beautiful, sexy and alive. Not only will she direct you during the shoot but she will also help with outfit suggestions, and help you work in your suggestions you came with. And she will reassure you that awesome shots were taken during that outfit gallery you had on. Flash forward weeks later when I came downtown to view the photos. First, they normally want you to view them a couple days later but they were so accommodating with me when I had to make the appointment so far in advance. I arrived late and they displayed no attitude whatsoever. I met with Hannah who showed me around, got me a water and helped me review the photos. I am more than picky so we went through these multiple times before I finally settled on my magnificent gallery. Hannah was patient with me and understood my attention to detail I made in each photo. The photos I would be proud to show off. I was so happy with this entire process. They are very clear with you during the appointment setting process to check the website and review all the information. That's your responsibility. I didn't know how to pose or what to expect, so I was pretty nervous walking in. That feeling disappeared quickly. Elili instantly made me feel calm, confident, and comfortable. The only reason I hesitate on giving 5 stars is the combination of the price of the prints/books combined with no access to digital versions of the photos. I understand a photographer not being willing to part with their digital photos, though if that's the case I would hope that there would be a few more budget-friendly print or book options for the patrons not interested in or capable of spending hundreds of dollars. In this modern day, I am seeing more and more "green packages" offered with photographers, where the customer pays for a digital book or cd or something along those lines. They are still paying for the photographs, but perhaps not paying the steep price that these books were. Additionally, I have made a number of books through websites (apple, flickr, etc), and while they may not be quite the same quality of the books Tammy offers, they certainly satisfied the need. Ultimately, I would just suggest that some less financially-alienating options be available for the people without a full bank account.
